La Quartina

We went with our 2 small kids 3&4 years. Staff was super friendly. They prepared an amazing large room for us with a beautiful balcony overlooking the lake. Perfect to have a glass of wine while the kids sleep inside in the evening. Delicious Breakfast buffet with lake view. Playground and pool right in front. All you need for a long family weekend getaway. Thank you so much team. Especially Sandro.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are luxe and we had great Service, the staff is extremely nice, this is my first time staying in a hotel longer then 2 days, and it has been a great experience, there is also great, fast and free wifi. There is also breakfast in the morning between 7:30 and 10:00

Very friendly staff who go out of their way to make your stay even better. Room was great, bed very comfortable. Fridge and kettle in room. Airconditioning did not work as it should but early June that was not so much of a problem. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Had the most amazing stay at La Quartina. The hotel is lovely. The room was newly and beautifully updated with every amenity and a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains and village. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming and all went above and beyond to make me comfortable (even giving me a ride to the train station at the end of my visit). The restaurant was amazing with delicious regional dishes and a fantastic breakfast. I hope I have a chance to visit again. It was a highlight of my trip to Italy.

Disappointing! |We went to this beautiful restaurant to celebrate the Mother’s Day. The food was really not to the level/price. Everything tasted bland, without any flavour, no palate tingling. Our son goes crazy for French fries and cotoletta but this time he didn’t even eat half his platter. |However the kindness , service and environment is very good, nothing to criticise about it.

I only went to ask if I could make a reservation for lunch. There was nobody. Then a guy came in, did not say good morning, even when I said to him. Before asking anything, he said " it's full", no rooms available. I said, I only would like to have lunch, he said, it's full as well. The worst service ever, no matter the Michelin stars when there is no human qualities, values and when a person is not willing to serve clients. I do not recommend to go there if you want to experience good service.

The hotel is located right on a beautiful lake. We had the apartment which is located at the 3rd floor with no elevator, so get ready to carry your baggage up the stairs... |The room is very clean, huge, with a fully equipped kitchen but with a few cons:|- The mattress is way to soft|- We had 2 terraces with a lovely lake view, but you cant see it if you sit on the chairs since the terrace railing is too high... |- The room needed some personal touch, a bottle of water would have bean nice and more lighting |The hotel owner are working hard to serve the costumers.|And last tip- when your telling the price- include the breakfast, or emphasize that it is not included (Although breakfast is good and the croissant are superb)

Wonderful location directly at the lake. Our apartment had a private terrace and we were positively surprised by the amount of space and storage room in the apartment. The dinner in the restaurant was amazing, beautifully balanced food. Also very good breakfast. Very friendly and correct staff. We will definitely come back here again!
