The food here is outrageously amazing. I gave them some money and said to make me whatever they'd want to. They not only gave me a bunch of food, but some of the best food I've had in a long while. Value for your dollar is amazing. The people working are incredibly friendly. I will absolutely be back so many more times.

Google
Nice little spot for yummy tacos, burritos, quesadillas and more! I personally had the carne asada tacos and the Al pastor tacos, as well as a side of guacamole and chips. Everything was delicious and came out quick. Mild or hot red and green taco sauce is an option also!

Portions are quite large on multiple items. Flavors are great and taste very unique, with strong hints of some of the best taco trucks we have ever been to. The only thing that was a bit of a letdown was the queso sauce because it seemed very flat/bland. Luckily, the shop has a large assortment of different hot sauces that can be used to fix any issue like that. Everything else was amazing, and I'm glad we finally tried this place. The Mulita is amazing. I'm definitely going back for more of them!

Went today for the first time. Didn't know what to expect after reading the negative reviews... My family and I are beyond surprised and just as happy as can be! For under 30 bucks we got a huge order of loaded steak fries, 6 tacos, and a chimi! The staff were very polite, asked if we had questions, and made us feel welcome. There were several Mexican gentlemen eating the food so I knew it was going to be good.... but we didnt expect it to be delicious!! All the sauces were great, steak was tender and flavorful, and my kids are stuffed. We also waited less that 5 minutes from looking at the menu to getting our food and out the door... My family agrees that we are now regular customers. Highly reccomend!

Google
First time here based on a good friend’s recommendation. I ate beef soft corn tacos (street style) that arrived hot and topped with very fresh onion and cilantro. They were also served with four different types of homemade sauces that were each spectacular in their own special way. I was pleasantly surprised by how large, soft and tasty they were while being moist but not greasy. The service was very efficient and friendly and when I asked for some fresh jalapeño, the owner personally chopped up a bowl for me at no cost. I lived on the Mexican border for 16 years and after 19 years eating around Norman, this is my new favorite for street tacos!

Google
Rarely do I find such low quality food parading itself for Mexican. The place is very dive-gross and not very clean. The staff is far from friendly and may very spit in your food if they decide they don't like you. I have reviewed many restaurants, and for years given great and honest feedback. This place was not a 1 time bad experience, it is a consistent observation. Gave it the benefit of the doubt, but as someone who is Mexican and speaks Spanish (understanding what is being said in the kitchen) its just not a place I'd feel comfortable returning to. Sorry. But that's where I stand on this. To each their own. This is just not for me.

Google
This place was so good, delicious and juicy flavorful Barbacoa! Rice and beans delicious! Hot sauces were very good as well, and the Agua Fresca’s were so refreshing and very large! 2 people ate and had a 32 oz drink for 27$!

Google
I absolutely love these tacos!! I work in Norman but love I'm Edmond and made a trip out of the way just to get their tacos and crack sauce! Flavor is so on point and I always ALWAYS get me an extra crack sauce and red sauce because they are house made and delicious! Very fast service too. Only reason I gave atmosphere a 4star is because the dining area tends to be hot, at least for me.if you do dine in u have a giant variety of bottled hot sauce to choose from!

Yelp
My favorite taco spot in Norman! The restaurant itself is a no-frills taco shop, so don't expect to be blown away by the interior. I haven't tried a whole lot from the menu because I can't get past the street tacos (and the sauces)! So delicious! Super quick service as well; I often stop and pick up dinner on my way home from work.

Yelp
Always delicious. Always fresh. To me, these are the best in town. Any doubts? Start with the al pastor tacos or mulitas and work your way around the menu!

Yelp
Small place in a strip of shops. Not busy when we went in. Everything cooked to order. My wife said her quesadilla was the best she has had in a long time with fresh flavor from all ingredients. Tried several tacos and though the meats were all good well cooked and seasoned) the tacos needed a little slaw or something to pop the flavor a bit. Great prices. Will come back again when I'm in the area.

Yelp
I've seen lots of good reviews so we tried it Saturday. I ordered two tacos; a barbacoa and an Al pastor. Both were very flavorful and had a lot of meat. I really liked them. I also ordered a torta with beef. It was good but probably won't get again because I liked the tacos so much more. Wife had a chicken burrito with rice and beans. It was so big she didn't finish it. She liked the rice but was disappointed the beans weren't the smashed refried beans. We ordered the chips and queso as well and I liked the queso. Chips seemed a little off. They were chewy and not crisp. Their internet was down so we had to go get cash. They were very apologetic for it and I appreciate that they did apologize. Things happen and it wasn't a big deal. The only reason for it not being 5 stars was the wife's burrito was supposed to be smothered and it wasn't and the chips weren't crisp.

Yelp
We had to stop in at this new-ish authentic Mexican spot in town. Some of the menu items are a very good value. Flavor overall were pretty good. They have a great variety of fresh salsas that help boost it, full bottles plopped down right on your table. Mmm, that creamy green one is especially yummy. My chimichanga was only $3.99, seriously. It was a good size too, not huge-huge, but just the right size. Flavor wasn't mindblowing, it was pretty good -- it was simple, but had more asada steak than I thought it would, along with refried beans inside. Asada was steaky in flavor like a fajita, cut into large cubes, it could have been a bit more tender. Chimi came smothered in a queso that made me think cheap Velveeta (add some chiles pls). But I'd order it again, for a cheap meal on the go. Adding sides of beans and rice doubles the price. And for some odd reason a regular burrito costs $6.95. I've also had their carnitas mulitas, which was basically a half-sized quesadilla and pretty filling for only $3.50. Carnitas plentiful and tender with good flavor. An order of sopapillas are a must here, come 2 per order for $1.49, and are completely covered in cinnamon & sugar -- soft, flaky, very tasty, with a cup of thinned honey to dip in. My husbands cherry chimichanga was premade and hard to eat without a plate to cut it on. The crispy shell had turned chewy and the canned cherries became a bit strong and overwhelming after a few bites. But it was a unique concept, only $2.99, and definitely has potential with some recipe tweaks. There are also other flavors such as peach and apple. No water cups, only bottled water (grr). Ooo, and my biggest pet peeve..No plates. Just paper trays like with gas station food. I debated dropping half a star just for this, since it makes food harder to eat. The family running the place is very friendly, but their super cute kids are all over the place, taking up space and tables in an already small dining room. We were forced to watch YouTube gaming videos on their TV the entire time. They also need to work on the cleanliness some. All of the tables had previous meal spillage on them. Plus the floors are movie theater sticky. Decor is so done on the cheap, it's both funny and endearing, with lots of Pancho Villa and random family and Biblical quotes hung all around. It's definitely a hole-in-the-wall kinda place. So if I lived nearby would I be a regular here? Quite possibly...But probably just for takeout. 3.5 stars.

Yelp
Best Mexican food we've had so far .Authentic fresh and delicious. We especially loved that they made me flautas on request. They are not on the menu but the cook knows Mexican food and was able to do them for me. Another factor we loved was all the home made sauces..very Authentic. Even the tortillas were homemade Loved it. Note this is a classic hole in the wall.. nothing fancy except the part that counts.. the food!! No fluff.. just delicious food served with kindness

Yelp
This is THE best place in Norman for authentic Mexican food. Everything is delicious, flavorful, and fresh. I go here probably once a week, it's that good. I love the avocado mulitas, and all the meats are yummy but my favorite is their chicken also, their crack sauce is named that for a reason: it's freakin addictive!!! Not to mention the owners are really good people; everytime I come here, I'm recognized and greeted warmly. Great place for takeout, or a casual lunch/dinner with friends.

Earl H.

Yelp
Nice people, not good food.just me but below average. You have to buy chips and salsa separate.

Yelp
I'm sorry folks but this was the worst Mexican food I've ever had. Took my son there and spent over $25 and it had absolutely no taste. Very cheaply made with liquid cheese instead of real cheese etc, etc. Folks do yourselves a favor and don't go here. We took two bites and left the food on the table and went to Jersey Mike's for a sandwich.

Yelp
Excellent food, absolutely delicious, great service and very clean . Oh and that homemade crack sauce is the best .

Yelp
La Reina De Los Tacos - Truly the Queen! Feeling festive and really wanting some tacos (a little more authentic and simple) then La Reina will not disappoint. They have multiple ways to order online or over the phone/in-person. The ladies at the counter are super friendly and the food was ready in no time. I ordered 24 tacos and it took less than 20 minutes to be ready (everything was hot and fresh). If you order the family packs (12 tacos) they will accommodate for a mix/match if you ask. They use double tortillas and load up with the meats (onions and cilantro are optional). Your choice of meats and flour or corn tortillas. I don't think the (corn) tortillas are homemade but it doesn't matter because the meat fillings are so flavorful. My favorite was the barbacoa - tender and moist, very delicious. The steak and Al pastor were equally good but the carnitas were a bit plain compared to the other meats and they could have been a bit less dry. Even with that, it was still amazing. Load up on The fresh Red and Green salsas, especially if you get the carnitas. The family was super satisfied (I was a bit nervous that they wouldn't like them because they are used to fast food tacos, but they loved them - especially the steak tacos). You can't go wrong here and it's a great value for homemade family style street tacos that are really wonderful.

Yelp
Small restaurant tucked away behind a 7-11 and next to a gyro place... but oh my goodness! It is an authentic hidden treasure. REAL Mexican food. The tacos are excellent and the Spanish rice was delicious. We are so glad we found this place. The staff is so friendly and the service was quick. Make the effort to visit them. You will not be disappointed.

Yelp
We're from Texas visiting friends in OK. I wanted some good tacos. They brought us to El Senor De Los Tacos, the food is delicious and filling. We appreciated the restaurant's friendly staff and hospitality. We have definitely found our to go spot here in Norman.

Yelp
We ordered some steak tacos, chips and queso, and a side of guacamole, YUM!! I've been really wanting to find a good authentic street taco place around my area and I think I've found it! The salsas that came with were also very yummy! The cilantro, onions, and limes were very fresh and full of flavor. We will be back!

Yelp
Wonderful people run this business. Authentic and delicious Mexican food. My favorite taco place in Oklahoma!

Ingrid F.

Yelp
I randomly encountered this restaurant when I was looking for places to order takeout on Uber Eats and I am glad I did. I ordered some kind of rice bowl and some tacos, which were all excellent. Their food was fresh and portions were pretty generous. It's kind of a hole-in-the-wall place, but it's one of those undiscovered gems that is really exciting to find. Highly recommend for authentic Mexican food.

Yelp
Very tasty, fast, clean, and nice! I ordered a steak burrito and a horchata. They were both delicious. Steak burrito was not greasy. I would definitely come back again!

Ashley B.

Yelp
Coming from San Antonio to Oklahoma; this is the first really good Mexican food. The enchiladas were delicious and the sopapillas were probably the best I've ever had. The staff were so warm and friendly. Overall a great experience!

Yelp
Best authentic food in norman! I haven't found a better place and I've been coming back every week. I've told all my friends and they also became regulars!

Yelp
I love you guys and your food but the white lady at the front had the worst attitude and doesn't know how shit is ran. Had to walk out while ordering because of how rude she was.

Kevin R.

Yelp
I just started eating here this week. I'm going in for the third time today! Outstanding, authentic, and full of flavor. Service is exceptional! So far, Al Pastor is my favorite meat. I've tried the carnitas, ground beef, barbacoa, al pastor. Make sure to try the homemade salsas.

Yelp
We came in from California and we're so happy to find real authentic Mexican food. The burrito was delicious with great seasoning on the carne asada. The guacamole was fresh and tasty and a perfect compliment to the burrito. If you want outstanding Mexican food in Norman don't miss this gem of a restaurant.

Yelp
This is one of Norman's hidden gems! The food is authentic and delicious, I go here almost once a week! The prices are also very reasonable for the quality. The queso and the green sauce is to die for!! Some of the best Mexican food in Norman!!
