La Reserva

We stayed at La Reserva Vedado on our Havana tour and had a wonderful experience. Our room was spectacular -- very spacious with soaring ceilings and beautiful decor. Air conditioning was top-notch. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and the staff very friendly and accommodating.

This review is for the restaurant La Bodega (inside of the hotel La Riserva) where we ate as a group during a visit to Havana. The setting is absolutely beautiful, matching the inventive and interesting food. Delicious for the eyes and the stomach! We will return!

The Hotel is lovely, the staff is very attentive, Paula the property manager seamlessly worked out a reservation snafu and the restuarant was INCREDIBLE - Best Meals we had in Cuba and the cocktails were swell too! NOTE: We are huge foodies at home and abroad. We came back for meals from our tour and recommended it to everyone we encountered going to Havana! ||The hotel is in a perfect location to walk for sightseeing if you’re feeling energetic! The rooms were a bit chilly with only air conditioning, but we got extra blankets and got through our stay - In their defense, it was unseasonably cold for February.

The staff went above and beyond. The concierge was the best we have ever experienced in all of our domestic and abroad traveling. They were attentive and always available to cater to our wants and needs. They had the best recommendations for sights and activities and they picked the best dinner spots for us each night. They had a classic car ready for us each time we were ready to venture out. The food and drink service at the hotel were top notch. The hotel grounds were immaculate. The staff very attentive and always making sure we were doing alright. We had our reservations about visiting Cuba as Americans but this trip far exceeded our expectations and it was due to the high level and quality of service we received with this hotel. I’d highly recommended to anyone visiting Cuba to come to La Reserva Vedado

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms and food are outstanding. The best food we had in Cuba. Though this is reflected in the price. Most of all I can't thank the concierge enough for the kindness she showed during our stay. We ended our trip on a high note thanks to this hotel and its staff. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite places in Havana. What I like most is the atmosphere and the perfect combination between Cuban design and contemporaneity. The backyard garden is the place I visit the most and at night the lighting is dimmed, intimate, perfect. It looks like a house straight out of Architecture's Digest. I recommend all the starters, especially the salmon salad and the crab dish

Lovely place. Beautiful restored mansion, high ceilings, nice art, open to breezes and gorgeous gardens. Restaurant that's so good people just come for that. Including wonderful breakfast buffet. And really friendly responsible staff. Manager Ana was great.

An oasis in the middle of Havana. Concierge Ana was professional, helpful, and delightful at every turn. The lunch and dinner menu and quality were excellent - the best we had in Havana. The entire restaurant and bar team - Gabriela, Lynette, Greta, Mauri, Jenny, and Ellie made us feel at home non-stop. We'll be back.
