My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms and food are outstanding. The best food we had in Cuba. Though this is reflected in the price. Most of all I can't thank the concierge enough for the kindness she showed during our stay. We ended our trip on a high note thanks to this hotel and its staff. Highly recommend.

The staff went above and beyond. The concierge was the best we have ever experienced in all of our domestic and abroad traveling. They were attentive and always available to cater to our wants and needs. They had the best recommendations for sights and activities and they picked the best dinner spots for us each night. They had a classic car ready for us each time we were ready to venture out. The food and drink service at the hotel were top notch. The hotel grounds were immaculate. The staff very attentive and always making sure we were doing alright. We had our reservations about visiting Cuba as Americans but this trip far exceeded our expectations and it was due to the high level and quality of service we received with this hotel. I’d highly recommended to anyone visiting Cuba to come to La Reserva Vedado

As a neighbour to the restaurant I can tell you personally, the place is always busy. The restaurant features great food, which is difficult to find, and impeccable service. Often found here are the various diplomats and business people of Havana. I highly recommend the restaurant as a destination while staying in Havana. If you are looking for high quality true 5 star accommodation I also recommend staying with Dos Palmas several doors down. Gorgeous 5 bedroom grand Colonial mansion with great service and accommodation. Unique to this boutique hotel is the collection of antiques and authentic cuban military artifacts.

One of my favorite places in Havana. What I like most is the atmosphere and the perfect combination between Cuban design and contemporaneity. The backyard garden is the place I visit the most and at night the lighting is dimmed, intimate, perfect. It looks like a house straight out of Architecture's Digest. I recommend all the starters, especially the salmon salad and the crab dish

An oasis in the middle of Havana. Concierge Ana was professional, helpful, and delightful at every turn. The lunch and dinner menu and quality were excellent - the best we had in Havana. The entire restaurant and bar team - Gabriela, Lynette, Greta, Mauri, Jenny, and Ellie made us feel at home non-stop. We'll be back.

Lovely place. Beautiful restored mansion, high ceilings, nice art, open to breezes and gorgeous gardens. Restaurant that's so good people just come for that. Including wonderful breakfast buffet. And really friendly responsible staff. Manager Ana was great.

I would recommend anyone to stay here. It's safe, very convenient, peaceful and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful in many ways. Special thanks to Johns the concierge who made our stay in Havana even better with the numerous recommendations, from places to eat, memorable nightlife experiences and daily relaxation. Thanks to Weiney for the nice welcoming on day one. We stayed at 3 other places in Cuba and this was my favorite for lodging and feeling at home.

Kudos to Anna and the entire staff. We were a group of 5, ages ranging from 13 months to 72 years. The staff was amazingly accommodating and very helpful. They stored milk for the baby, relayed phone messages from our guide, and provided considerable assistance and guidance. And the garden is an oasis of green and loveliness. Wonderful for a cup of tea while waiting for the baby to nap.
