Great service from Camila I have been coming here for a couple of years. I Did not know that the margaritas are made with wine. They are really good not like the other places we have been in the past. We had three different margaritas, all very good. The appetizers and dinner all good. We had the lava dessert and the crepe dessert and cortadito yummy.

I had an amazing dining experience at La Reyna! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere. The owner, Fred, truly goes above and beyond to make every guest feel like family — his passion for the restaurant and dedication to quality really shine through. The food was absolutely delicious and authentic, capturing the true flavors of Mexico. Every dish I tried was packed with rich, genuine spices and made with fresh ingredients. The Molcahete and the quesabirria were my favorites! Whether you're craving classic tacos, flavorful enchiladas, or savory fajitas, La Reyna delivers every time. The service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and efficient without being overbearing. It’s clear that Fred and his team take pride in providing a top-notch experience for their guests. If you're looking for authentic Mexican cuisine with great service and a welcoming atmosphere, I highly recommend La Reyna Mexican Restaurant. I’ll definitely be returning soon!

Absolutely fantastic! The guacamole was huge! The shrimp tacos were delicious! Most importantly, the service was super friendly and the food came out fast. I will definitely be back

We've been to La Reyna several times and it has been consistently good. Been here with friends, family and date night. I will say it can get expensive for a large group. We came with our family of 5 and it was pricey. Good thing the food is worth it. La Reyna is an authentic Mexican spot hidden in Countryside Shops where the Publix, Mathnasium, Club Pilates and UPS Store is located. It’s nestled right next to Melting Pot. Very small and incredibly charming spot. There’s a little photo opp area right outside before entering. The staff is friendly and nice. The food is consistent and delicious. The drinks are great as well. On our most recent visit, we went on a Saturday during brunch. Literally caught the tail end of brunch before it ended at 2pm. They now offer brunch on Saturdays and Sundays at 12-2pm. A small window but I’m all about brunch so I would work around this. Lol. We went with another family. Nairet was our server and she was absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, patient and accommodating. For food and drinks, we ordered the following: • Chilaquiles with Green Sauce • Mexican Mixed Ceviche (Mahi Mahi and Shrimp) • Tampiquena Steak • Kids Quesadilla • Tamarind Margarita Everything we ordered was yummy and presentation was on point. Ceviche was literally perfection. Served with large fried tortillas, crackers and hot sauce. Chilaquiles were so good as well. Eggs ordered over easy wand still perfectly runny. Kids enjoyed their food as well. Steak cooked at the perfect temp of medium rare. I will say, even their refried black beans were so dang good, it was smooth and creamy and had great flavor. Ate the black beans with the rice. During previous visits, we’ve had a few different items listed: • Carne Asada Tacos • Chips & Salsa • Villamelon Tacos • Shrimp & Mahi Mahi Molcajete • Fajitas • Burrito • Micheladas The Chips & Salsa was served with their house red and green sauce which was so good. The Carne Asada was tasty. Unfortunately the Villamelon Tacos weren’t as good as we hoped, the steak was overcooked and way too chewy to consume and we had to send it back. The chorizo and pork crackling was a nice touch. Micheladas were bomb. The fajitas were so fresh and on point. My kid loved their burrito. The best and most memorable dish we’ve had here is definitely the Shrimp & Mahi Mahi Molcajete! It’s pricey at $35.99 but the portion is massive and the generous portion of jumbo shrimp and Mahi Mahi make it totally worth it, so much amazing flavor in this dish! Get it!!! Consistent and authentic Mexican food. The vibe is so charming and cute. Service is great. Cannot go wrong here if you’re craving Mexican!

This Mexican restaurant is truly a gem! The food is absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and full of authentic taste in every bite. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect place to enjoy a relaxing meal. The staff is friendly, attentive, and always welcoming, which really adds to the overall experience. What makes it even more special is the owner—so lovely and genuinely caring. You can tell how much pride they take in their restaurant. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a delicious meal and a great dining experience!

Google
I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Let me start by the service, we go here once a month if not more and every time we go the service is outstanding. The food is phenomenal and delicious and the Margaritas are the real deal! The atmosphere is immaculate and it’s a kids friendly place. The owner that is always there is on top of everything and checking on tables regularly. Absolutely love this place and I have recommend it to so many others. We will be back as usual!

Yelp
I was greeted immediately and was seated at the smaller table next to their decorated tree. I sipped on their watermelon margarita rimmed with Tajin while enjoying the decorations around me. I ordered shrimp tacos and they smelled heavenly before devouring them. I got full quick! You get 3 tacos per order and I picked the shrimp ones. Camila took care of me. She was very attentive and very quick.

Yelp
Very Disappointed! We were excited to see a New Mexican restaurant in our local Publix plaza. My husband and I are vegans and we saw that they had some vegan options. Sadly, no vegan cheese, no vegan meat, and no vegan sauces (other than salsa). They did not add rice and beans to the entree of a vegetarian burrito. It came with a handful of chips. There was a $4.99 charge for a basket of chips and salsa. The chips were not home made and they were stale. Not many redeeming points for vegans. Sadly the waitress never returned to fill our water glasses the entire meal. The decor is colorful and upbeat. The regular menu has a lot of options. Not the best choice for vegans.

Yelp
I had heard about this place for years and finally went yesterday. It was lunchtime and we were the first customers. It got fairly busy which is a good sign. Now I am one of those who usually prefers American style Mexican food to authentic Mexican food. It is just what I am used to. But I wanted to try this place. Our server brought over chips and 3 salsas to start. We did not even ask. The chips were flavorful and not too salty. Two salsas were a little spicy and one was sort of more subdued. None were that thrilling to me yet I could eat them all. I ordered a chicken burrito. This was pretty tasty. The ingredients tasted very fresh. It was also very filling. My meal came with chips and guacamole and some had melted cheese on them. I did not think the guacamole was too good. It did not have enough flavor for me. The melted cheese was pretty flavorful. Our server was very kind. I really liked the way the restaurant was decorated. It is a nice place that is near where I live so it is convenient.

Yelp
Let's start off with the cutest whimsical tree in the heart of this restaurant, it makes such a cute center piece. Great little hole in the wall Mexican food in broward. Great for the locals away from the ft lauderdale craziness. The food was hit or miss for a few items. We definitely loved the steak tacos and green chili enchiladas but the chicken tacos were very dry. On a high note, the margaritas are massive and delicious!!! Due to being so little and packed service took a little longer than we'd like but it's ok. Support small business always!

Yelp
Ambiance is lovely. The dining room is tastefully decorated. Service was great and friendly. As for the food, I would not call it Mexican, and even far less authentic Mexican food. Other than for some namesake of the dishes I would not have identified them as such in terms of flavor and taste. There was also none of the staple onions or cilantro mixture on the tacos The food tasted fresh and was well prepared, just not Mexican.

Yelp
The Queen needs to knock her chef/owner over their head with her crown. I'll explain. I brought my mom to try their Birria Tacos. Birria Tacos have always been in my court. I ordered a Mango Margarita and it arrived with the Tijan Seasoning. I didn't realize that is how they serve it and asked for one with a sugar rim. No worries. Is this how our day is going to start? After many sips of the Margarita, our waitress gave the bad news. They were out of Birria. How? How could this be when it is featured as the week's special? Off with their heads! Just kidding. Our waitress suggested the steak fajitas. They are good, but I'm sure the Birria Tacos are better. They played Christmas music which set the stage for the holiday season. I'll return but will call first to make sure they will be able to accommodate my Birria Taco craving.

Yelp
The food is good. Last time we were there the service was iffy. It's nicely decorated with the Mexican flair they prefer reservations.

Yelp
Excellent authentic Mexican food! Wow!! Great hidden gem. From the waiters excellent service to the drinks & food cooked to perfection. Definitely coming back.

Yelp
Eh, conflicted feelings. Tasty food, albeit expensive. They also don't offer complimentary chips and salsa. Honestly that last bit is admittedly whatever to me, as I'm often complaining that whatever complimentary food they serve you has the sole purpose of filling you up. That said, I showed up at La Reyna with a massive craving for tacos and they delivered. Delicious carne asada tacos (4 for $16 give or take). They also gave me a jalapeño sauce that was divine and made the difference. The meat in my tacos was a tad dry for my liking, but the sauce fixed the issue. I kind of wish I had ordered more food, but I just couldn't justify spending more money. This seems like the type of place that they want you to eat an entire meal to walk out full. Again, no chips and salsa, and while I had my tacos, they weren't as stuffed as other places. If you then look at the menu, almost everything is around $10+. I also wish they offered more individual appetizers. It seems the majority of the appetizers are meant to be shared. I saw queso fundido on there, guacamole too. I didn't see elote or tamales though, which are traditional staples of Mexican cuisine. They did have a pretty full list of margaritas and other cocktails however. If I had felt like a margarita, that's probably the one other thing I'd have ordered. They looked great. I'd recommend this restaurant for a date night or even a reunion with friends. I don't think this is the type of place you go to as a solo diner. I spent $20+ on tacos, tax, and tip, and meh - I just think this is too much for the amount of food given. On the plus side, the service is very attentive, and the restaurant is quite festively decorated, so there's that.

Yelp
The most authentic Mexican restaurant I have been to in a long while! A great michelada and tlacoyos with cochinita pibil.

Yelp
Came for a late lunch on Sunday. The restaurant decor is very cute. We were seated right away. We ordered the queso fundido as an appetizer which was good. As our main dishes we had the chicken fajitas, and the steak tacos and burrito. The food was good, nothing that wowed me, but overall a good restaurant with good service and food.

Yelp
While visiting Miami, my boyfriend and I were hungry after a day of shopping. I did a Google and Yelp search for restaurants nearby and stumbled across La Reyna! Authentic Mexican Cuisine? Count us in! We made it to the front door and alternated pulling the locked door and reading (and re-reading) the restaurant's open times on the glass. A lady walking past us in the plaza told us we were supposed to enter via the door around the corner! Oops! As we rounded the corner, there was a really special gate with colorful little houses and light strings attached, piñatas and banners hanging from the ceiling, and vibrant flowers. Upon entry, we were greeted by a hostess and seated promptly. The decor inside was just as cool as the outside! There was a tree in the center of the room with glass hearts and dolls attached to it, as well as hearts and strings with pom poms hanging against the hot pink walls. The wooden chairs at each table had assorted color wraps tied to them. It's a fun ambiance but also very comfortable! Aside from us, there were only two gentlemen, each dining solo, so it was a quiet and peaceful lunch. The service was kind and attentive! We started off with chips and salsas as our appetizer. I loved that there were both yellow and blue corn tortilla chips in the basket. All of the salsas were yummy, but we agreed that our favorite was the green salsa (creamy jalapeño salsa) followed closely by the smoky one (morita salsa), and then the roasted tomato salsa. For my meal, I ordered the shrimp tacos (description: "Grilled shrimp, green and red peppers, white onion, avocado and its own house salsa made of avocado. All served on medium sized blue corn tortillas"). Wow! They were presented so beautifully and were equally delicious to match! I loved the blue corn tortillas--so different and special! They were stuffed with the fillings and drizzled with my kind of sauce level (a lot!). I've had a lot of shrimp tacos and these were the best I've ever had. My side of beans and rice were also tasty! My boyfriend got the shrimp burrito (description says "includes: shrimp, slow-cooked black refried beans, bell peppers, onions, lettuce and a creamy chipotle sauce just to add flavor (it's not spicy at all). All wrapped in a warm 12 inch flour tortilla. Our burritos are very large and are served with nachos and guacamole. You gotta be a good eater to finish one of these guys!"). They aren't kidding when they say "you gotta be a good eater to finish one of these guys!" My boyfriend is 6'3 and has a big appetite, and he only ate half! To be fair, he did have one of my tacos, but still! I don't think he would have been able to finish it regardless. It is stuffed full of ingredients! I had a couple of bites--so delicious! The nachos served with it were a unique and yummy touch too! The final verdict? Our lunch was so good, after our meal, with genuine sadness, I said to my boyfriend, "I'm sad we can't come here weekly!" It's pretty expensive, but worth it. Next trip, we will definitely return for more! I'm super interested in trying several dishes that caught my eye, as well as dessert we didn't save room for this time! Thank you so much for serving us.

Yelp
Beautiful restaurant with great ambiance, and decor. I give this restaurant three stars because of the quality of the food, and the portion size of their dishes doesn't justify the price. We ordered the green enchiladas, the portion although small when compared to other restaurants was still enough. However, the chicken was not season at all, and also very dry. The side dishes of rice and refried beans were mediocre. The rice was dry, unseasoned, and barely warm. The refried beans were pasty and again lacking in temperature. For dessert, we ordered the Crepes de Cajeta. Flavor wise they were delicious, but portion size they were tiny. Crepes are so inexpensive to make, that the restaurant could be more generous with this type of dessert. Service, was good. All the employees are amicable and cordial.

Yelp
We have eaten here before and enjoyed it. They are advertising a special, Taco Tuesday so we decided to take the drive. We are here and noticed that their taco Tuesday special is for Tacos at $3.99 each. When we look at the menu, the regular price for the same 4 tacos is $13.99. Two dollars LESS than their "Special". This may sound trivial, but so many people in this world seem to want to fool each other. I am so disappointed that this restaurant also wants to lead people on, deceive, and fool its patrons. We have referred many people here. Imagine how foolish we feel sending people to a deceitful place. We will finish our appetizers and then go to Sicilian Oven por a pizza dinner. We may not all have even had tacos. It is the principle of not wanting to support anyplace that us thus sneaky and tries to deceive. How else are they playing games? Ingredients?

Yelp
The food was very good and the server that it was Jose he was very nice but I have a bad experience with the manager he waited to the last minute to tell me that he was going to charged me for 4 people that they couldn't make it to the reservation for my daughter birthday wait for the last minute to tell me that so that's why I never coming again.

Yelp
I ordered food through UberEats and it was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a cheese quesadilla and the cheese wasn't melted. The quesadilla comes with sour cream on the side and the amount they put was literally dime sized. I also ordered a side of their queso and it was watered down and tasted terrible. I would highly recommend choosing another Mexican restaurant.

Manuel E.

Yelp
This is our second time visiting this restaurant, and I am glad that we came back. The food is amazing as it was before and the server was a very nice lady taking care of us. This is so far the best Mexican place I have been in South Florida, and I would recommend for a great experience and the price is affordable.

Yelp
Loveeeee La Reyna ! They have great food & it's authentic Mexican cuisine! Definitely a must try, doesn't get as busy on the week days and has a good drink menu . Will be trying them soon for Cinco de Mayo !

Yelp
Let me start by saying this place is really well setup. The ambience is an easy 5 stars and it is worth a visit just to see the decor. It is the type of place you could see yourself frequenting. Servers were all very friendly, but just not very attentive. I waited 10 minutes for a server so that I could order salsa after my food arrived. This is unfortunate, as they weren't very busy. I think they were in the back snacking. The food was good. Fresh chips and salsa (not complimentary), good flavorful quesabirria, wonderful and bubbling hot queso fundido with chorizo (terrific). The flautas were meaty, but dry and not worth ordering. Overall, besides the lapses in service, the big detractor is how steap their prices are. Their margaritas have a nice taste and presentation, but are pricey, especially considering they are wine based (not tequila). For me to be a regular, the drink and food prices would need to be quite a bit lower. The restaurant was crowded early, but had cleared out by 8:00 pm, so I am likely not the only one that feels that way.
google avatar

Francisco G.

Yelp
The food was bland and tasteless. The only thing worse than the food was the service. The waitress ignored us on multiple occasions, and the restaurant was basically empty. When I got the check, there were items that we had not ordered. Be careful. Take a good look at the check if you decide to dine here.
google avatar

Yelp
My mother was visiting from Port St. Lucie and she wanted Mexican food. It's nearly impossible to find a Mexican restaurant down here that is as authentic as what I'm used to from Colorado, but La Reyna is one of the better spots I've found! I ordered La Reyna enchiladas which were as spicy as they promised to be! I LOVE spicy food and the sauce is made with Habanero peppers, but Holy crapoly it was VERY spicy!! The flavor was spicy yet savory and the portions were appropriate. I'd like to try another one of their enchiladas, because this one proved to be too hot for me even. Camila gave excellent service and the food quite good! The only reason why I'm giving this 4 is because I thought it was a little pricey for what we ordered. $58 before tip for 1 house margarita, 1 glass of wine, 1 cheese quesadilla and 1 La Reyna enchilada seems a bit pricey. Overall a good experience though!

Yelp
Have been here a couple times for lunch during the week. Food is consistent and tasty, usually fairly quick service. Staff on the other hand is sometimes hard to read ranging from seeming to be inconvenienced to just the basic civility. All the dishes pictured were very flavorful and filling. The chips come with a variety of different salsas/dips in varying spice levels. Sodas are served from cans vs fountain beverage.

Yadira R.

Yelp
After a few telling how good the food is I decided to finally come. I went on a Tuesday evening and the restaurant was busy but tables were still available so I didn't have to wait. Location is not too big, so I'm sure it will have a wait time on weekends. The decorations was really cute and the service was fantastic. We order the shrimp and fish molcajete and it did not disappoint! It was my first time trying this dish and I'm happy I did. We also tried the asada tacos, which they were a bit dry for my taste, but still flavorful. And for dessert we had the churros which is hard to mess up and they were great. Margaritas were good too. I would highly recommend.
google avatar

Ricky L.

Yelp
Great little spot. Great service. Lovely ambiance and environment. Word of advice to listen to the server when they say the La Reyna Enchilada is super super spicy! Lol... they know their stuff. Great dish if you can handle the heat! Overall great food and great service.

Yelp
Absolutely fantastic. The service, ambiance and food. We came here on a whim today to meet my mother in law as it was just half way, and we were all so happy that we chose to come here. Great menu not overwhelming and something for everyone. Great drink selection with AMAZING margaritas. We will be back.

Yelp
Great food and excellent service. Birria tacos are amazing! Perfect family environment.

Jade R.

Yelp
I was really looking forward to this place, but left kinda disappointed. The chips and salsa are not complimentary unlike other Mexican restaurants. The bowl of salsa they do give you is really small. I ordered the green enchiladas, this chicken was very dry and everything needed salt. Almost had no flavor. However my boyfriends food was really good. He ordered one of the burritos. And their guac is good. I might try this place again I'll just have to order something different. They place is SUPER cute though, and the servers are really nice.
google avatar

Morti Y.

Yelp
The food in this location is amazing. I had my first birria taco here and became obsessed. Their horchata is amazing as well. I find the hearts and decoration super cute, makes me want to stay there forever. I was late and the kitchen and managers were super nice as well.
google avatar

Alexandra R.

Yelp
We were excited to try a new place, I read some reviews and they all sounded good. But I was extremely disappointed. The best thing there was the bottle soda. The food was flavorless we had the steak with the Mexican rice. The rice was awful the steak needed salt (at least). We also ordered a burrito and it fell apart at the first bite, the tortilla was super soggy and some of the chips were stale. I also ordered food from the kids menu and was very surprise to see they don't accept substitution in kids food. If you're gonna have a kids menu at least be flexible some kids are picky and it's nice to have options. The waiter who took our order was nice but not very attentive. We had a party of 6 and ordered a lot of food but nothing left an impression we will not be going back.
google avatar

Danielle S.

Yelp
The food was excellent! Our server made you feel very welcome and truly appreciated us being there. Beautifully decorated and the food presentation was just lovely. My son took me for Mother's Day lunch. He ordered the carne asada burrito. Very, very delicious. I ordered chicken flautas. We will go back to try more. Enjoy!
google avatar

Colombian C.

Yelp
Amazing food the taste and the quality has been my favorite by far. Great place to enjoy authentic Mexican flavors.

Tatiana Z.

Yelp
The margaritas were delicious and hit the spot, however, the food was just okay. The chips were a bit stale, the green enchiladas had no flavor, the refried beans I'm pretty sure are Ducal brand, which are delicious but something where you can literally open a can and make at home. The "churrasco" tacos looked and tasted like straight up pork belly with all the gordito from the meat I guess? Overall very expensive outing, but because of the shrimp tostadas and margaritas, willing to give it another chance.
google avatar

Aysia M.

Yelp
What a great find! I've never been to Mexico but this is the first authentic Mexican restaurant I've tried that I actually believe them. Everything we ordered was great. - guac was super fresh and tasty - queso fundido was cheese pull IG post - quesobirria tacos outstanding best I've had - la Reyna enchiladas - super spicy be careful but also very good - Villamelon tacos: steak chorizo and chicharron yum yum yum - churros: crunchy and chewy with Mexican caramel Everyone was nice, the decor is very cute. Definitely check them out, I know I want to go back.

Yelp
I came to La Reyna for the first time with a group of friends on a weekend night. It was busy, but we only waited a few minutes for the staff to arrange seating for our larger party. While we should have made a reservation as we were a party of 8, it slipped our mind. However, the hostess appeared annoyed at our lack of reservation. Definitely our mistake, but poor customer service as there was no one waiting and the restaurant was not at capacity. The food was tasty. I loved snacking on the chips and salsa while the waitress took our order. We tried several appetizers, all of which were great. I had the shrimp tostadas as my entree, which was also delicious. My only critique is the lid of the glass water vase appearing moldy.

Cynthia R.

Yelp
Real mexican food tasted from a Mexican. Aguachile 10/10 Birria 10/10 carnitas tacos 11/10 Churros are delicious

Yelp
First time coming here after wanting to check out this place for a looooong time!! Came on a Wednesday night and although there were not many people there (3 tables total), my husband & I still had to wait while the 1 and only server they had took us to our seats. We're understandable as you should be during these Covid times. The place has lovely decor, inside and out. The waiter was attentive & friendly. The food was delicious and fresh! Their menu is huge and it took us a while to finally choose something. We knew we definitely wanted to start with guacamole- we saw almost every table enjoying some so knew it must be good!! O.M.G it was fresh and came out FAST & presented beautifully. It was also brought out to us with some salsa/chips. The salsa is complimentary so it doesn't come with alot. If you'd like bottomless salsa, it's just $2.50 For dinner I got the quesibirria & my husband got fajitas (chicken & steak). It didn't come with cheese so he needed to ask for some. When we got the bill we saw that he was charged $2.50 just for a small bowl of cheese, FYI. Great experience, authentic food & atmosphere. Can't wait to come back to try out their weekday specials (Taco Tuesday, Mariachi Thursday's) and on Wednesdays it's ladies night 50% off margaritas & children eat free! They are closed Mondays!

Yelp
Food is a solid 8/10! Service is always pretty good and it's so pretty in side. I love all the colors, i'm literally a child so things like color and quesadillas make me happy
google avatar

Pablo R.

Yelp
The overall ambience and decor of the restaurant is authentic and cute. Very bright and colorful. The overall place is not huge, but has a decent amount of seating. Food, pricing, and service were both good, but nothing particularly stood out. It's a good spot to go for a quick meal.

Yelp
Not planning on going back. I've never paid so much for Mexican food in my entire life. $100 for honestly not much. Waiter was apathetic and minimally helpful. I think she was annoyed that we were asking to try and customize the food but with very little vegetarian option, had to do our best. The $20 plate of veggie fajitas was greasy and filled to the brim with the cheapest vegetables (pretty much only onions and green peppers). Tried to ask for no green peppers, but they said it was a pre-made mix... Wanted vegetarian enchiladas but they only make chicken (once again, enchiladas are pre-made...who knows if they're fresh) so wasn't able to get that. Guacamole was uninspired and $13.

Mike S.

Yelp
over priced and small portions.. I got a burrito for $22 and all it had was chips and runny cheese whiz the burrito was no bigger than the one you buy in the freezer section at a convenience store . i want to add to those review i bought three Carne Asada burritos and one chicken and the box said Pollo was mine , i bit into it and it was carne Asada and my buddy got the Pollo . they say this place is authentic Mexican cuisine they obviously have never been to California A standard Taqueria has a burrito too big you can't finish it and usually it comes with rice and beans for $10-$15 some of the other dishes, looked appetizing, but they fail completely on the burrito

Yelp
Checked out this place today and loved it. The server was really nice and helpful, and the food was tasty. The margaritas are bomb! Cool vibes and tasty dishes.

Yelp
Their la Reyna enchiladas are superior but warning they are spicy! If you don't like spicy don't get it because these bad boys are hot! Definitely worth it though! We also tried the divorced enchiladas and just as delicious!

Yelp
The ambiance as soon as you walk in makes you feel like you're in Mexico. Bright decorations and chill vibes get you in the mood to try one of their pineapple jalapeño margaritas. The service was great and food came quickly. Portions are decently priced and you can rest assured you will be satisfied with a serving of their 4 tacos that comes with a small side of rice and retried beans. The tacos al pastor were pretty decent, with plenty of pineapple chunks. we also tried the cochinita pibil tacos, but it had way too much meat in my opinion--though it tasted ok. I have been to many Mexican restaurants and even to Mexico and though I might come back for the al pastor taco if I'm ever in the mood, I was not blown away by the taste. Might need to try a few different options before giving up on it altogether. Maybe their other plates are better.

Yelp
Delicious food and great service. A little pricey for the amount of food served. Otherwise, nice little place.

Yelp
10/10 recommend. Came here on a whim and everything was great. I ordered the carne asada fajitas and it was AMAZING! The chips and salsa we had for appetizer came with 3 different sauces with varying degree of spice. We also had the molten cake for dessert- which was as good as expected. Atmosphere is great, beautiful tree in the middle with glass hearts. Definitely feels like you're in a piece of Mexico and not Cooper City. Staff was extremely attentive and helpful. DEFINITELY COMING BACK. I took 0 photos because it was just so good.

Yelp
I had high hopes for this place because of the great reviews. The ambiance and people there are wonderful but the food was underwhelming. It didn't have flavor or spice...just very bland food.

Yelp
Such a pretty restaurant! On Thursday they have live Mariachi band- female lead singer! The food is exceptional! I like the salsa-- and homemade drinks! Their fajitas are good, guacamole! I tried the enchiladas-- not a fan but my husband likes it. Chicken is dry and bland! The burritos are really good! I would recommend!

Yelp
The food is the only redeeming factor. Work travelers: Do not order to-go meals. You will spend your night in the parking lot waiting. No utensils, so you're gonna have to stop at the lobby desk on your way back through. No receipt for me to do my expense report with. The QuesaBirria is actually very good and the only reason I'm changing my mind. Still *very* salty about losing an hour of my night and $25 I was expecting to get back and now cannot. Counting my time, those are some extremely expensive tacos, and for that, I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I hate.
