I ordered the nachos asada , and they were delicious. They were way more then enough for just me. So I shared them with some friends. Fresh ingredients and didn't take to long for them to make either. Definitely worth trying!

Outstanding and delicious burritos! Highly recommend! The homemade tortillas are amazing. No frills food to power you through the day. Sweet people

The food is good. They serve fresh tortillas and they have my favorite melon drink. However, It doesn’t look clean in the seating area and the cashiers are not real friendly so it’s a 3 star.

The food is Great but the workers are rude O asked for an extra container of Salsa and I said that I would pay the extra cost for the container and baggie and they laughed at me ans said they cant help me anymore! What kind of customer service is that ! I wanna talk to the owner

Good food. I got the asada wet burrito with the red sauce. Definitely has heat. Great amount of cheese and sauce in my to go plate. Lots of meat. Great tortillas as well. I was a little sad I couldn’t get carnitas as that’s what I usually prefer for meat. Maybe because I came about 1045 it was too early? Asada wasn’t bad, but I tend to find it a little bland. I’d eat here again.

this restaurant makes fresh corn tortillas and fresh Pork carnitas. Nachos are fantastic, they also have meals to feed 4-8 people ( choice of meat - rice- beans- tortillas).

I get my tortillas here every 2 weeks. The service is great and the food is delicious. Definitely handicap friendly and plenty of parking in the back. There is no seating inside right now due to covid, But there is plenty of parking outside.

Ordered nachos with asada, but was given seasoned ground beef. I showed the girl working my food and she insisted it was asada even though she was looking at ground beef. I looked at other pictures of their nachos on Google, which confirmed I was eating ground beef, because othe peoples images looked like small pieces of steak. You know, like asada! What a bummer that I would've saved a lot of money if I just went to Taco Bell for ground beef nachos.

Quick, efficient service. The tacos are Great! If you don't believe me, try it yourself.

This place needs too be shut down it's nasty and disgusting for it too be a Mexican restaurant is a disrespect too all Mexican restaurants they literally gave me food poisoning this last weekend. Este lugar es un asco y cochinero para hacer un restaurant mexicano es una gran falta de respeto a todos los restaurantes mexicanos por favor no coman aquí. este último fin de semana me la a pasado en cama adolorido por la comida que me dieron. Además de eso todavía me cobraron un dólar 1.50$ por una bolsa de ciclo qué abuso de servicio la mera neta no se lo recomiendo mi gente. Y las que atienden son bien mal mozas deberían de correrlas también. Lo bueno que ya contact a Santa Barbara County Public Health Department. Por qué este lugar no debe que ser así .

the little girls for cashiers are RUDE & Disrespectful, if you are not Mexican & don't speak Spanish they will LAUGH at you for trying to read off the menu , i used to go here all the time but once i seen them treat people the way they do I WILL NOT COME BACK , out of place for how young they are , & THE ADULTS WORKING WITH THEM LAUGH ALONG they are unprofessional & in my case don't need to be working for the environment if they make people feel uncomfortable, & not enough , the foods good but would NOT COME BACK DUE TO DISRESPECT & RACISM DO NOT RECOMMEND, i

The tortillas were good. Soft. Warm Fresh off the press. Good portions served. Stars are for the tortillas. The chili verde sauce was flavorful but the meat was hard and dry. They should try cooking the meat in the sauce instead of cooking it separately. I wouldn't order the chili verde plate again. Carnitas were dry Lacked moisture. Menudo had good flavor. We waited about 15 minutes for our food Be ready to speak Spanish because the employees didn't know English

The service is ridiculous. Rude and not very welcoming to people out of town. The food is great but the cashier must hate her job. Order in advance they take a long time.

Here to say the food is amazing and the service is horrible. I seen a review saying it's bad service because they aren't Mexican and that isn't true they are rude to Mexicans as well. I called to order to go, spoke in Spanish and all and got a rude girl acting like she didn't know what I was saying and she was giggling with another worker too. Every time I come they are rude in person or on the phone. Only reason I return is for the food so strictly TOGO. And they are so greedy with the salsa you have to pay extra it is not included that's ridiculous.

The asada fries are amazing! We usually split the dish and it's reasonably priced!! It's always packed especially on the weekends but still quick service and well worth the wait!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. We show up and place an order. We are given a number and told they will charge when they deliver the food. 45 minutes later and we what's taking so long they. They say the carnitas are being made and will be ready in 30 minutes. We decide to wait. Only for them to come back and say again 30 minutes. The customer service is atrocious. If you drive by this town don't bother with this spot. Not worth the time you will waste.

2 stars because the carnitas, buche, and tortillas are really good here. However, their customer service is horrible. I love seeing good food in this area but with the way they treat their customers it makes me wish they were no longer in service. It is always a wait time here and if you get upset that they're taking too long on a meal that you ordered 30 minutes before they'll make you wait longer. I had gone in to place a big order for the next day and I paid for it, I specifically said have it ready at this time. I go in and they were starting my order. Waiting over 20 minutes I was hectic. I don't have the guts to yell or make a scene so I decided to post on here. Looks like others have experienced the same things too.

Holy smokes huge tacos . We got 15 carne asada tacos and it was enough for 2 meals . They use huge corn tortillas. So you can make 2 tacos out of one . Well worth it .

Best burrito I've found in Lompoc! Carne Asada and Buche are my faves so far! They do great deals on family meals s as well! Reminds me of one of the old school taquerias in SF I love so dearly

i enjoyed the food but the employees are terrible. I saw a review about how they use the racial card and I believe it. They serve the Hispanic community before anyone but they are also very rude to them. I was there this morning and witnessed a man wait for his tortillas and then was told to wait even longer so he waited a total of an hour. The man was upset of course and instead of apologizing for the wait they threatened to call the cops. I am bilingual so of course understood everything. I would have been upset also if they kept lying to me about how long my items would take. If the employees here treat people like that I can just imagine what they do to the food. It's safe to say that I will no longer be coming here and letting my friends and family know to avoid this place.

I'm giving them a solid 3 stars bc their chicken is bomb! Their tortillas are also pretty good. 2nd best in town. And it leaves room for improvement. I always see the staff working very hard. I suspect people who really don't like this place are foodie snobs about going to a Mexican restaurant where the clientelle is mostly Mexican. Yes, you will have to wait for your food. They also do large orders for parties, and huge orders of tortillas which probably slows them down. But the chicken,omg, I love it.

Went here once and WILL NEVER be coming back again! Came with my grandparents and aunt and uncle, we got a variety of different food, OMG they were so so bad in taste. We couldn't finish the food, we had to throw it all away, which was the shrimp cocktail, beef tacos, & enchiladas. The staff was ok, but they acted like they didn't like their job. Never again will we be returning!

This place is the spot in Lompoc. Rotisserie chicken, tacos, enchiladas.. their food is spicy but always good. My go to are the enchiladas de pollo en salsa verde. Bomb.

I've been coming here for years and I'm used to the racial treatment cause I'm white. Usually others get served before me but today the racial hostility was blatant and obvious. Signaling to the Mexican customer behind me so they could take their order. Every race has trashy people and La Reyna has it in abundance. I no longer even trust them to prepare my food. What ever happened to common courtesy? Never ever setting foot in here again. You would be wise to do the same.

This place is called "La Reyna" for a reason! Order tacos, the weird stuff: buche, tripas, lengua... they are THE BEST. My boyfriend and I roll our eyes in disbelief of how good they are the entire meal. The negative reviews on here make me sad! You don't go to a hole in the wall taco joint for great customer service, you go for the food! This place delivers. Meat is always tender, the tortillas made fresh and always warm. Salsa is on point. The girl at the counter is shy, but always very sweet to us. Bonus points if you learn how to order tacos in Spanish, and hey, it's a good life skill. I almost didn't want to review this place because I like that it's our little secret... but they deserve 5 stars for the quality of food they are putting out. Sorry folks, it's not fine dining - it's comfort food to the max and worth the wait every time.

honestly this is bull shit. you have me pay a decent amount of money for a big tray of carnitas to feed a good amount of people and give me a little bitch amount of onion and cilantro? at this rate i'd rather go buy those and cut them my damn self. and the meat is mediocre i don't recommend. STAY AWAY.

They would have the best carne asada fries in lompoc, of they just cooked the fries a little bit longer. As you can see from the picture, it's just a soggy barely cooked potato. It taste just like a raw potato instead of it being crispy. I order this and then flip it upside down and put it on my oven when I get home so it would be more crispy, which is sad since it should already be cooked properly. Regular carne asada fries already gets soggy from all the toppings after a few minutes, so you can feel my pain after the fries I receive is barely cooked already.

This place is disgusting as well with Henie employees. No respect from them! I had one of the worst dinning experience here. You would think that they could take some constructive criticism from a paying customer, right? COMPLETELY WRONG!! I decided to give this place a try, even though I have heard from a close source that it was nasty and at one time that a customer had seen a rodent inside. That deterred me in the first place, however I have also heard some good things as well. So being neutral and being fair to local business I decided to give it an opportunity to decide for myself. I did, and when the food was not to my expectation and and tried to explain to the sever/cashier ( with no eduction based on her stupidity answers) I decided this place is for un educated people who keep these people employed. In a customer service segment, you have to understand that it's impossible to please all the guests and you have to do your best to listen and better your place. It's a very IGNORANT TO ARGUE with the guests that are paying your wages. If you don't mind being disappointed with the food and the business employees care what you have to say, then this place is perfect for you!

Ordered Chilequiles, asada tacos and chicken quesadilla. All were excellent. The chilequiles I ordered had a red sauce which had an amazing spice and flavor to it. The asada tacos had more then enough flavor which came out amazing and quesadilla was on point. Salsa bar is simple and everything you thing from mild to spicy. I recommend as a place to go to have a meal at.

Super delicious food!!! Probably my favorite mexican joint for Tacos! The burritos were pretty good too but it's the tacos that keep me comming back. The place doesn't look like much but you wont be disappointed with the tacos. Tacos Tacos Tacos! Get you some! I wouldn't plan on eating there. It's setup for it but its better to place an order to go. Tables are dirty sometimes and I really think they are there more for a waiting area. Kinda weird but....Tacos are great.

Is frustrating that even though you place a phone order you always have to wait long time for your food . I was placed on hold for 23 minutes on the phone and then she just handed up on me. Is very rare when they deliver good customer service.

I bought a cocktel de camaron no flavor at all seems they just mix pico de gallo in the cocktel.. for $15.99 not worth it at all...

horrible service waited 40 minutes to get carnitas because they ran out but thought it was worth the wait since their carnitas are alway fresh, but was disappointed when I got home didn't get cilantro or onions and I had to warm up rice and beans and carnitas super dry and old . not sure why I waited 40 minutes for old carnitas was really hoping they were fresh . not work my 47.00..

This place used to be wonderful. Not anymore. We will no longer eat here. Cashier could not care less about good service or being polite. I asked if they had ceviche...which prompted a lengthy conversation in Spanish with the cook. I told the cashier it was fine if they were out, I would order something different...she said yes they had ceviche. So, I was served heated, cooked shrimp thrown in salsa. No Bueno. No one else dining, yet all the tables were dirty. Cashier stood examining her cuticles the entire time we were there. Floor gross, grimy and sticky.

This restaurant is awful and disgusting. Not only is their self service salsa station and location of the utensils the totally unorganized. But I paid $12.94 for watered down beans and old rice, and my carne asada tacos were completely drenched, as in sitting in oil. I almost threw up. Waste of money. You're better off going to taco bell than this dirty dump. Never going back.

Usually love going there for a burrito, sopes or nachos. However tonight wasn't the case when I ordered my usual favorite burrito al pastor. The girl at the counter didn't tell meI would have to wait extra because they have to prepare the al pastor meat. After waiting for thirty minutes I asked them to change my order to asada. The girl cashier got an attitude problem because I felt she should have communicated that with me and she told me I was being disrespectful. Well if saying that when you dont tell me it takes longer than usual because of what I order and I'm upset for lack of communication. I guess I'll take my business elsewhere were they are more professional and understanding to my needs. Good food can never be served with bad customer service.

Food is great. Customer service is terrible. Girl on the cash register ignores that she has a customer in front.. So she acknowledges her high school buddies to chat while I stand there.. Also I come from LA, all the Hispanic establishments are gracious in the amounts of salsa and all the complimentary items they let you have to enjoy the food. Here you have to pay a little extra to be able to get more than an ounce. Love the food, but customer service and satisfaction isn't here.

My husband and I went in to get dinner as we've previously done before.The food is usually bomb and i've had no complaints on the quality. It was pretty loud up at the counter and hard to hear/talk and I had to embarassingly ask the cashier to repeat herself several times which might have frustrated her. I have a regular I go for but this time I ordered something on the menu that I hadn't before and asked if it came with jalapeno which isn't traditional but I wanted to be cautious. She laughed at me in response and seemed pretty pissed for the rest of the transaction. When we got home and started eating our food I noticed that there were little chilis from the aciete in the middle of the beans and throughout the rest of our food. Unfortunate as this is the first time we've had any problems like this and don't really want to have a negative view of a place we frequent with friends and fam.

Best spot for mexican food i think i like the tamale combo with rice and beans and drink for a very good price.

The best thing here are the carnitas sopes. I also like the torta ahogada, and the barbacoa is really good.

I have been looking for a good little family owned Mexican food restaurant and well I found one!!! Friendly staff! Decent variety of choices, good prices, and well very yummy food. Every time we go they are busy! But our food always comes out delicious. So it's worth the wait. So far I have no complaints about this place!!! I will continue to go back and enjoy their food. If anything changes then I will update this review!!!

Great hole in the wall mexican restaurant. They have fantastic menu options and a big variety of offerings. They make their own tortillas and many times I have seen people come in and buy stacks of tortillas alone. Don't sell yourself short, try the food! My favorite are the wet burritos with the spicy green sauce and the nachos. The nachos can feed a family of four! Always have good service from the staff, smiling faces. This is not really a "full service restaurant, you order at the counter and pick it up yourself. I wouldn't want it any other way. If you like authentic mexican food, short wait times and friendly staff, try this place.

So I've been having issues with this place the past 4 visits. Each time I feel neglected and ignored while I'm waiting to order or pick up. No offense , but I'm the only white girl in line and I'm helped last even when I arrived first. I'm not acknowledged and then when I am, the cashier the last few times acts like I am a burden for her. I usually call my order a head of time. They pick up and put you immediately on hold. I called tonight to place my order. She says ok I have your order and was about to hang up. I had to stop her and ask for when it would be ready. 15 mins go by, I arrive and wait for acknowledgment like usual, only to then be told that they are out of fish for the fish tacos I ordered. Like really? Shouldn't you know this when taking an order? Okay, maybe they were not aware and it ran out after the call, but good practices is to get a customer phone number on a pick up? I don't know. Their service has just gone way down and this was the last straw.

So, I work at Home Depot & I've heard that this place has great food right. We the food was good but the service. SUCKED ASS!!! After we ordered we waited 45 min. Then they finally called our # just to tell us that they We're out of chicken. Now we can in with 7 people's order who's back at work waiting through their lunch break for their food... So while waiting, I asked for a small bag for the lime, the chick charged me .75 cents for a f2f ducking snack size zip lock baggie after we just spent $56 on all our orders!!! This is bullshit!

I used to live close to this place. Great spot to go if you need stacks of delicious tortillas. And whatever it is you are going to eat it with. Also their combos are good! Get food from this place for lunch once a week.

I ordered three carne asada tacos, i could tell the tortillas were just made, the asada was lean and delicious, and the extras were fresh and I can definitely see myself eating there again !!

The carne asada is delicious. My go to is the carne asada with shrimp burrito and spicy red sauce. Amazing. The fish tacos are huge and so good and filling. They have a great salsa bar and its spicy. All the meats are flavorful. My favorite place. Its all women cooking authentic food. Some times English isn't understood but the menu is also in spanish so it works out

It's so unfortunate that I have to give this place one star. I used to frequent this place because it was good at first; even choosing to ignore the young girls smirk every time she seen me.... I have no idea why? I didn't know who she was or why sh would smirk and act rude towards me... But the food quality started to slide too, It just wasn't as good. And ever single time I went in that place they would have almost every single table dirty! I finally got over it; food quality sliding; dirty flooring and tables, and of course the usual smirk from the young girl who's family apparently owns this establishment. No thank you.

Not sure why people complain about service. My third time here. Never a problem. I'm usually the only white guy in the place. Great prices, great food, nice salsa bar. Meat was well cooked an juicy! (Al pastor and Carne Asada) What's not to love?

Food is delicious! Wait is long, and the cashiers are super rude! I wish they had better service as in friendly staff and people whom are bi-lingual!

Staff was friendly and patient when we ordered. Food was great, nachos were ok, not the best. Salas bar was a mess. Flys everywhere because they keep that back door all the time where the kitchen Is located. Some salsa unknowingly are very spicy so be carful if you don't like heat. Floor was a little gross. Tables where Hardly wiped down.
