"This bakery has been around since 1968 and has not changed its winning recipe since its inception, which speaks volumes. Patrons can order individual pastelitos or get a party box for 25, 50, 100, or more people—orders over 100 will require ample notice." - Stacy A. Moya

I ordered a pastry (Señorita Blanca) & a small cold milk 🥛 total $5.16 didn’t question any of the items only gave the lady $6, yes I added tips😃. The pastry fell short, I took first bite and it was stale. Stale food is no longer fresh or good to eat. Went back and complained. Drank my milk 🥛 not the best! 1. Stale food is no longer fresh or good to eat. She replied “not truth” (upsetting). 2. Expensive. Señorita Blanca $2.00 Small styrofoam cup $2.95 (charged like a cafe con leche) My bitten pastry was left for them on counter hopefully management will take note. This place La Rosa Bakery is on my Do not return 👎 List.

I have had high expectations of this bakery but my recent experience has been very disappointing... I purchased a chocolate cake for a very important occasion a day before.. surprisingly the cake lack of flavor....and was not the same as a sample offered to me at the bakery....low quality products ... do not buy from here and take your business somewhere else

Sweet mazapán chicken empanada, meat empanada and pastelitos. They all taste very good. I won't recommend the croquetas,.are too soft.

Made a quick pit stop here for some coffee and a pastry. Got an expresso and what I think is a beef empanada. It was great and, service was great.

Love this place, I've been going for years, but todays purchase was different. Most of the pastries I bought tasted great, but once I got to the pastelitos, I was shocked! It tasted weird; it didn't have the usually guava color and taste to them and they were so small too. I would hate to leave a bad review but I was honestly not satisfied with my purchase since the best part tasted terrible!

A fantastic Cuban bakery! We've enjoyed numerous treats from this gem. The flan is the real deal, rich and creamy and yummy! The eclairs come in both chocolate and carmel, not large but such a treat. The beef empanadas are crunchy and filled with deliciousness. We enjoyed visiting with the lovely woman working the counter. Good luck to her son at FSU!!!

This place has been here forever. The pastry is Fantastic. The Cuban sandwiches are Fantastic. The cakes are Fantastic. The bread is Fantastic. The cafe con leche is Fantastic. The service is Fantastic. Make sure you get a ticket number. The place gets packed. It's no wonder because you can't go wrong with whatever you choose!
