"This small restaurant is perfect for anyone keen on fish prepared simply with a personal touch – and with the added bonus of providing good value for money. The restaurant belongs to the AIC network (Italian Association for Coeliacs) and therefore offers a good selection of gluten - free dishes, including bread and pasta." - Michelin Inspector

A fabulous dining experience with fantastic food, great wine and charming service. Well worth booking ahead to ensure your table. So happy we did.

Delicious, fresh and seasonal food, with proper service by the owner who has a stake in your meal and experience. Portions not too big, allowing you to enjoy a range of dishes and dessert if you choose, but still quite filling if you have a good appetite. Local-ish wines are available by the half-bottle which is convenient. (We had a tasting choice of the starters (this specific option was not on the menu but offered by the owner), the stuffed ravioli with eggplant, the seared tuna, and the ricotta-cinnamon-orange cake.) No terrace or outdoor eating, but the restaurant has an authentic (not commercial) Italian feel. This is not a touristy kind of place, but the menu has English descriptions below the Italian ones and the owner's English is good enough. Lots of regular locals come here, and the restaurant is featured in the Michelin Guide though their prices are reasonable. Tip: Reserve your meal late in the day or you might find yourself eating alone in the small restaurant which may feel awkward. On a Thursday evening, locals started arriving at 20.00/8pm.

We had an amazing time at this restaurant! The service was excellent, and the fish and seafood dishes were exceptional. The desserts were equally impressive. They have a great selection of wines and spirits—I highly recommend discussing your choices with the waiter. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and is situated in a fantastic location. I can't recommend this place enough!

Had a really great evening with some delicious food. Had a 4 course meal and a good white wine at a very fair price. I can recommend this restuarant.

Many celiacs travel to Italy for safe food, and there are many options to do so, La Rosa dei Venti will however treat you better than any other - like you are the star of the show, like you're the reason they operate. With a chef who has been a celiac for 20 years and a staff that will assure you every step and every plate. We wouldn't pick anywhere else in Milano to have that "special meal"

This is the kind of place you want to go to in Milan to have some amazing food. The service is fantastic and the place feels a little bit like family. It is a seafood place so the non-seafood is very limited. I asked if I could have "some pasta with gambas" off the menu and they made the most amazing dish for me. I will be back!

I had their pasta with vongole with dried tomato powder. It’s an interesting interpretation, but I would still prefer the more usual linguini vongole. One male staff seemed like a bit intimidating, maybe it was so language differences. Hence the 4 stars this time. 😅

Had the recommended appetizer plate consisting of 5 different type of seafood, each prepared with a different taste. Shared a whole lobster with pasta. Excellent service, very friendly and knowledgeable service.

Yelp
A little jewel near the city life hotel. Personal service, homemade dishes. Would definitely return if we stayed in Milan longer. So happy we found this little restaurant.

Yelp
We are Americans staying at a nearby hotel and decided to try this restaurant based on the Yelp reviews. In short, our dinner was delicious! We shared the fish sampler appetizer, and the squid, in particular, was as tender as I've ever had with a tomato sauce that was just right as an accompaniment. I had pasta with tomato sauce and my wife the linguini with lobster. Both were excellent. If I had any criticism it would be that the spaghetti pomodoro was a tad too salty, but the pasta was perfectly cooked and the taste of the tomato sauce was excellent. It enhanced the taste and texture of the pasta without overpowering it. My wife's pasta was excellent with just a hint of lobster flavor. The tiramisu for dessert was as good as I've ever had. One more comment regarding the wine we chose for dinner. We had a Pinot Grigio that was dry and delicious, a real treat at 26€. I don't live in Milan, but if I did, I'd definitely put this restaurant on my A list!
