"Situated just a stone’s throw from the famous castle in Sirmione’s historic centre, this restaurant is immediately striking for its elegant and creative feel. The choice here focuses on four tasting menus, from which guests can choose individual courses à la carte style if they prefer. Francesco Turturro’s cuisine is creative in feel, including various fish and seafood dishes alongside a few meat options and a menu dedicated exclusively to vegetables." - Michelin Inspector

Had a wonderful evening at La Rucola 2.0 in Sirmione. We chose the AQVA menu with the accompanying wine pairing, and every course — including all the side dishes — was perfectly balanced, beautifully presented, and full of subtle lake-and-sea flavours. It’s rare to find a restaurant where everything on the plate feels essential, but here it truly does. The wine menu complemented the dishes beautifully. The glasses were modestly filled, but each pour did exactly what it was meant to do — enhance the experience without overwhelming it. Service was professional yet warm, and the calm setting in a little side street added to the magic of the night. Exactly what you hope for from a Michelin-starred gem: refined, creative, and deeply satisfying without feeling pretentious. Highly recommended for anyone who loves thoughtful cuisine and a relaxed fine-dining experience by Lake Garda.

Had maybe the best dining experience I can remember here. Not much more to say than that—I feel like I don’t even want to spoil anything for future diners. Really a must visit!

The best bread service in Italy. Lobster raspberry pasta to die for. Michelin 1*.

Excellent service and food quality. The taste of the dishes is truly inspiring, and the interior decoration is very impressive. Although Sirmione is generally a noisy place, this restaurant is located on a quiet street, offering a peaceful atmosphere. I truly appreciated both the service and the food, especially since I was in Sirmione to attend a conference that I didn’t particularly enjoy. Dining here allowed me to fully relax and temporarily escape from a town that I’m not fond of.

It was a fun experience, although the box opening ceremony was my least favourite part. Food itself was just amazing, especially the desserts. Restaurant seems to be very spacious and romantic, despite being in the rather small old building. Staff was very nice maybe bit too official, the lady with glasses is the best ☺️ The pieces were unexpectedly conversation starters and we had an amazing time, can't say it was not worth the money.

Spectacular food and staff. This place definitely deserves their Michelin star. Each dish was amazing, and the plating was just beautiful. Our fancy burger dish was creatively made with an iron in front of us (a fun presentation!). The waiters were very nice and we enjoyed their humor. We’ve been to a few Michelin starred restaurants, and this place was definitely one of our favorites!

Had a phenomenal dinner there last night 6/25/22. We had the 5 course chef's tasting menu with a lot of additional courses. All courses were good to great with exceptional lamb chops (the most tender we've had and addition of cheese was a surprisingly good addition. Also sea scallop crusted in squid ink and potatoes was amazing. All presentations were certainly stylized and added to the fun. My wife appreciated the mini ottoman they provided for women to place their purses. This was a memorable meal. Luxurious (lots of truffle and one with caviar) was seafood heavy as well. Most diners we observed were Italian as a minor footnote to some who offered this as a 'touristy' location. If you have the means and the time, it is worth a visit. We'll deserved Michelin star.

This was a great restaurant; loved the risotto. Certainly quite creative visually. The service was excellent, but slowed down towards the end. Too much bread. Some of the cutlery was a bit hefty for the course we were eating. We arrived 10 minutes early and were sent away, which was frustrating when it was raining.
