Doral Gets a Live Entertainment Focused Gastropub— and More Openings - Eater Miami

"From the team behind Coconut Grove favorites Strada in the Grove and Farinelli 1937 comes their latest restaurant: La Rue Bistronomie. Housed right by its sister restaurant, this French-inspired bistro serves up classic Parisian fare like quiche lorraine, endive salad, French onion soup, and roasted asparagus, all in a quaint, open-air setting." - Olee Fowler

the location is relaxing and comfortable, there are few products on the menu. we ordered the escargot but they were without shell, with little garlic it is too much butter. after we ordered chicken and duck which were less than tasty. finally creette susette which was a bit dry and with little Grand marineria sauce, and creme brulette which was too dry. in conclusion the bill was too high for how we paid

Very cosy place. A bit pricey for what they serve. Outstanding service. I should try other options as well.

Finally a calm place to eat really good food. The poached pears reminded me of my grandmother's cook! The service was excellent. I asked for a side of butter and wine sauce and they got it to perfection. Thank you. I will be coming back.

Food was good. However, we asked for the house Chardonnay and they gave us Chablis at $17/per glass. We felt rushed through the meal. We weren't even asked if we wished to order coffee or desert at the end of meal. Waiter just brought the check. I guess they were more interested in getting the fable because they had people waiting.

I wanted to love this place, I really did (I came here for Miami Spice with my boyfriend). I am a huge fan of escargot, and feel that the seasoning should never supersede the natural flavor of the snail itself. The dish was tasty but over seasoned. My boyfriend got the steak, which said 8oz steak on the menu (beware of this, as it came flattened and looked to be about 4oz max). I got the fish, and I know it was well seasoned, it just wasn't for me. Unfortunately we will not be returning ):

Food to be savored. Rich, simple elegant food. Both outstanding food and service. I did not catch the waiters name but he had an east coast accent with glases and made the experience what it was. Bistro seating was lovely as the sun set. I will go back!

This place is adorable. The flavor of the food is spot on. Cooked to perfection and dont leave without tasting the mussels. Service is great and they even have a small bar area to sit at. the outside patio is so quaint.
