Chef Jeroen is a brilliant artist with food who is a very nice man who speaks several languages including French, English and Dutch. He is truly an artist with food. Paired with an incredible wine list, this is a "Must Visit" place when in Central France. A truly great restaurant, with original dishes you will love, a great wine list, and truly excellent service.

We had a fantastic night here last night. Firstly the restaurant is beautiful - a very well done restoration located between the chateau and the church. Staff were so nice. Very welcoming of my little one which is always a worry when you visit a nice restaurant. Very knowledgeable and informative on food and wine. We even got to speak to the chef at the end which is a lovely touch. And the food was incredible! I only write reviews when I've been very impressed so would definitely recommend. Oh comfy chairs too! Seems a small thing but it's so important.

We had an amazing evening at this restaurant! Exceptional service, great (wine) recommendations and the food was simply delicious! They also have a really compelling lunch menu! The outside seating area is gorgeous - don’t miss this spot on your „Tour de Loire“

Outstanding. An absolute gem, and most likely the best-kept secret of Saint Aignan. Accommodated our family for a fantastic lunch under the trees next to St Aignan's castle, which we will treasure forever.

So much enjoyed the superb setting and equally the fantastic menu. Light / elegant and very tasty. Super wines as well . We all loved it , can’t wait to go back
