What’s on the mnu? La Salumeria - located inside the Park MGM hotel’s Eataly There are a number of little eateries showcasing fresh to cook steaks, sandwiches, pastas, and pastries. La Salumeria is just one of the selections which has us coming back time and time again. We have had their sandwiches, toasts, salads and charcuteries and have never been disappointed. Always fresh and always delicious. The service is always above par as well. Though this restaurant is counter-order, the quality is always top tier, super fresh.

My recent visit to La Salumeria was nothing short of delightful, thanks to the incredibly friendly and helpful cashier who guided me through their mouth-watering selection. Opting for a custom panino, I was recommended a combination that was a true feast for the senses: focaccia bread filled with the most savory prosciutto salami and stracciatella formaggio, enhanced with a touch of basil aioli and fresh arugula greens. The result was a panino that not only satisfied my hunger but also left me reminiscing about the flavors long after the meal was over. It's rare to find a place that combines such warm service with culinary excellence. La Salumeria has mastered this blend, making it a must-visit for anyone who appreciates the art of a perfect panino.

Oh boy, let me tell you about La Salumeria in Las Vegas! This place is a meat and cheese lover's paradise, and the chef from Italy knows how to make a sandwich like nobody's business. I mean, seriously, I don't know what kind of magic he's working back there, but those sandwiches are something else. But let me tell you, the real star of the show here is the side order of fried mushrooms. I don't know what they do to those shiitake mushrooms, but they come out breaded and fried to crispy perfection. It's like a party in your mouth, and everybody's invited. So if you're in Vegas and you're looking for a good time (and some seriously delicious food), head on over to La Salumeria. You won't be disappointed, unless you're a vegetarian, in which case you should probably steer clear. But for the rest of us meat-eaters, it's a must-visit spot. 10/10 would mushroom again.

Google
Worst sandwich I've ever had. 2 slices of salami, one slice of cheese with a mountain of lettuce and bread. Find anything else!

Google
Wine and charcuterie at Eataly. One bottle was good, one bottle not so good (we think it was a corked bottle but we were lazy and drank it anyway... don't do that! Take it back to them and they will confirm and give you a new one if it's corked!). If Hank the security guard is nearby at the wine tasting place (SW corner of Eataly) he has great recommendations!

Google
Don’t expect to zip through the line this place is busy! But the wait is well worth it. We ordered the Grandissimo and had some wine at a nearby bar. A violinist was playing, people watching, it was the best time.

Google
The (30 dollar) sandwich was completely tasteless and the service was ridiculous. It took 30min to receive a simple cold sandwich and it was relatively empty. 2 people ahead of me even canceled their order. I wish I did too

Google
Salami and other meats, as well as cheeses and prosciutto for a build your own charcuterie board.

Yelp
Excellent choice at Eataly! Had the mozzarella and prosciutto platter - added Soppressata and some focaccia bread. Perfect light lunch for two. The seating area is light and airy - great for people watching. Meats and cheeses were fresh and delicious - and the bread was divine. A definite must while in Vegas.

Yelp
The portion sizes here are impressive and the quality of ingredients really stands out. We did the build your own panino and chose prosciutto and pancetta with fresh mozzarella, basil aioli and arugula on focaccia. It totaled around $40 which feels fair considering how loaded the sandwich is. Every bite was rich and satisfying with the cold cuts layered thick and the focaccia soft and airy. Since the meats and cheese are so flavorful and salty, I found myself wishing there was something tangy or pickled to balance it out, maybe a splash of vinaigrette or a sharper spread. It would elevate the overall bite from delicious to perfect. The ambiance is fun and energetic with a great view of Eataly Bar upstairs. Service was friendly. I would definitely come back to try more combinations and maybe explore their boards or bruschetta next time.

Yelp
it has amazing Italian cold-cut and cheese to choose from. I ordered the grandissimo which comes with six different type of salami and cheese for $41. There's a nice plate good enough for four people to share. Open area to sit.

Yelp
This place never disappoints us. This charcuterie board always hits the spot. Service is always quick and painless transaction. Eataly's ambiance is amazing. Everyone talking and enjoying life. Eataly's staff keeps the place clean and tidy. Thank you Eataly!

Yelp
Had a light dinner before our Mad Apple show at NYNY. La Salumeria had a beautiful Grandissimo charcuterie board for us which absolutely spoiled us. We also added burratA and focaccia. Paired with a wonderful chianti, we ate like royalty. Would absolutely go back again. Eataly has just about something for everyone.

Yelp
This is the best place in Eataly at Park MGM for a charcuterie board. They've got the works here and slice everything fresh for you before putting it on the board. Prosciutto Tour $26 - I like this one since it's simple and you get to try the different prosciuttos, comes with bread and it's a good sampler Grandissimo $39 - My favorite but the most expensive as it comes with everything. They choose the options for you so no picking anything out. Comes with the apricot mostarda, olives, and bread The olive oils dripped on my shoes when I was carrying it to the table so be careful!

Yelp
On the first day of our most recent trip to Vegas, we stopped by here for a quick bite to eat. La Salumeria is located in Eataly in Park MGM. We ordered the Grandissimo which was a whopping $41! It included 6 types of salumi and cheese. We also ordered both of the beers they had on tap. The seating you have to grab-- it's cafeteria-style. They give you a buzzer and you pop back to grab your food. The service was pretty quick. It also didn't take long for us to grab a table. The cheeses and meats were all delicious. Just a bit pricey. I wish they had more accoutrements! The bread was... such a letdown. Dry, no flavor. It would've been helpful to have a card with the cheeses and salumi listed.

Yelp
Stopped into the Italian market at Park MGM. Love this place. We decided to get a snack at La Salumeria in the form of a charcuterie tray. We didn't get to pick our cheeses or meats but we enjoyed the pre-selected variety. I wish they would have included a card with the tray so we knew what we were eating. A glass of white wine and Italian coke made the snack even more authentic. Great snack option.

Yelp
Food was alright. I wish they warmed up the cheese a bit more. Besides that no complaints.

Yelp
The reason for why I eat and try different foods and restaurants was fully justified when I had the fresh burratta from here. It was my first time that I had cheese like this with the sides, which is an add-on, but without it, it does not give you the ultimate foodgasm that you deserve. The olive tapenade was not what I expected so I will pass on that next time but the pesto is a MUST. It was so good, I'd go back and try the other cheeses and bring a group along so you try a bit of everything. The olive bread it came with was AMAZING, and they sell the same bread in the market at Eataly.

Yelp
Amazing stand at Eataly! So many options for meats, cheeses & sandwiches. I tried the Prosciutto Tour which had Ferrarini Prosciutto di Parma DOP Aged 18 Months, DOK Dall'Ava Prosciutto di San Daniele DOP & Tanara Giancarlo Prosciutto di Parma DOP and it was amazing! If you love prosciutto (or are into charcuterie boards) then you have to stop by here! The Prosciutto Tour came with bread and although it was delicious on its own, it would also be bomb with cheese (and some wine because it's lit)! Definitely recommend and need to come back for their sandwiches!

Yelp
Located in Park MGM at the Eataly section. Specially for meats and cheeses. They have a variety of options to choose from. We got the Grandissimo because honestly it's the best value for your buck. 6 different meats and cheeses along with garnishes. Price at the time $39. I was honestly pleasantly surprised by the size of the board. I was expecting a small board with a handful of food but they actually provided a lot. The portion was enough for me and my husband. They also give you 4 slices of bread. My only criticism is that you can't choose what kind of meats or cheeses you want, it's pre selected for you. Nonetheless really cool place and it sort of mAkes you feel like your in Italy

Yelp
This is the second time I have eaten here and ordered the same thing each time. You can say I enjoyed it each time. I love their cheese and the sides are pretty wonderful as well. I didn't remember getting bread last time I came here but I got it this time which added to the snack as well. The bread was a good compliment to the cheese and the add-ons. The place is located in the middle of Eataly in the MGM park hotel. I was able to use my MGM reward points each time so I didn't need to pay except the tip. The service takes a little which as they go in order and some of the other dishes they sell take longer to make. The Burrata cheese is delicious and the right consistency. The roasted tomatos, olives, and pesto are good as well too. I think this would make a good compliment to a small batch of pasta as well it is hard since I came here by myself. Service has always been decent but it is order at the counter and wait till your order buzzer goes off so not much besides helping with ordering and making sure you have all the tools to enjoy your snack. I will definitely be back here when I visit Vegas again!

Yelp
We ordered the "Build Your Own Panino." It was definitely flavorful. The Prosciutto was tender and delicious. The sauce on the bred was tasteful. Definitely would come and try more items on the menu.

Yelp
Had a perfectly nice charcuterie board snack with some wine. Not the cheapest eats, but it was good. Located In the center of Eataly at park MGM. Eataly has something for everyone but the charcuterie boards are a must.

Yelp
This is a cool booth because it's where you get the meat and cheese platter! It's not cheap but it's definitely fun to get one for the table! The grande plate gave you four meats, four cheeses, some pickled vegetables, fig jam, olives, and some bread for about $31. The meats were good overall: -prosciutto is always delicious and this one was no exception. Sliced thinly and packed full of flavor! -mortadella I'm not a huge fan of because it just tastes like bologna to me. -Salumi was also sliced thinly and delicious -there was another one that looked close to prosciutto but I wasn't sure what that one was. The cheeses were interesting too: -burrata was my favorite! It was very creamy. The flavor is not super strong but I like how cold and creamy this cheese is! -aged Parmesan (18months) had a nice flavor to it. I'm so used to the shredded or dried powdery kind so it was cool to eat it in larger chunks. -there was a VERY STRONG creamy cheese that reminded me of bleu cheese but like 10x stronger. I was not a fan -another block of cheese that was much more mild

Yelp
I bought the biggest Charcuterie board EVER! I really wanted to eat the whole thing and I tried but then I thought I was going to explode. If I kept eating my rump would of looked like two of those hanging Prosciutto. I had enough left over that I could spread it out on the airline drop down and have it as a snack on the airplane. I WOULD go back and I would order the same thing again.

Yelp
Cheesemonger & Kitchen! Want a meat and cheese charcuterie board with your vino? Get it here! They have stinky cheese, they have delicious cured meats, and they have wine by the glass or the bottle! This place also offers add-ons such as house marinated olives, housemade mozzarella, housemade pickled vegetables, housemade fig and apricot mostarada, marinated anchovies, and burrata pugliese if you want a more well-rounded board. No matter what you want in a board, you can create it here!

Yelp
I love love a good cheese board. This was the Misto. Their selections not ours but it didn't matter. The cheeses and salami the spread were excellent perfect for two to share. It was the perfect after dinner snack. This place is in the Park Hotel and casino Eataly. This is a fancy food court but better than what you'd expect. Food is great. Selections abound. Check it out. We weren't disappointed.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place in Park MGM and it was a nice little snack before dinner. We got wine from another shop and shared this charcuterie. Would go back!
google avatar

Michael W.

Yelp
Want a nice snack before dinner? Stop off at the La Salumeria counter in Eataly! Their cheese and meat boards are a show stopper. No joke, at least 10 people asked us how the boards were when we sat there snacking on our meat and cheese platter. If we weren't about to have dinner, we woud have gotten a bottle of wine with the $29 Salumi e Formaggi Misti Board. You can also add other toppings to create a really special and decadent board. While there are plenty to see and eat at Eataly, this is one of the counters that won't leave you disappointed. Cin cin!

Yelp
We ordered the grandissimo so we can try different meats and cheeses. It came with 4 different meats and 4 different cheeses. We added fresh mozzarella to our order as well. The mozzarella was surprisingly refreshing, a little firm on the outside and soft on the inside. In addition to the mozzarella, I really liked the truffle parmesan. They also had a spicy parmesan which paired really well with their apricot jam. All the meats were delicious, even my 2 y.o got into the action by eating their mortadella and bread.

Yelp
Reminds me of being in Firenze! The platter had the best tasting cheeses and meats I have ever tasted outside of Italy. I am a Italian, so I know what good quality is. Yes, it is in Vegas so you are paying on the higher end. The platter was $40. But the quality of the cheeses, meats, and olives make up for the price. This can easily feed 2+ persons. Highly recommended. The service was great and the staff is open to helping you if you have any questions. Eataly is a great place to choose what you want as there are many stalls to choose from. Highly recommended.

Yelp
Excellent meats and cheeses ! I love this place. They have several selections as plates and you can also buy by the pound. So good.

Yelp
November 16, 2019 Saturday - 3:15 PM for a snack 3 Adults Atmosphere - 5 stars Dinner - 5 stars Service - 5 stars Background - Just arrived in Vegas and missed lunch and we have an early dinner reservation. We just need to a small bite to hold us over. Atmosphere - Located within Eataly which is composed of a bunch of specialty shops. We actually found our spots on a counter looking into LA Salumeria. Because of this we were able to watch the crew work making up plates of yumminess. Food - As a group we decided on the smaller plater, Grande Piatto Misto, which contains of four cheese, four salumi plus two antipasti. You will just have to trust what they provide you as they do not call out any of those items. Do not worry these are Italian pieces of heaven. Service - Get in line and order from the cashier. After ordering the cashier will hand you a pager. Pickup is on the other side of the little market. Future - Yes please Italian style cured meats are awesome.

Yelp
Great meat selection and cheese but rude workers... Man would it kill you to be nice.. I asked for them to recommend something and when I said I didn't t like the item she recommended they gave me a dirty reply but it's like we'll recommend something else.. I spent good money there... And get forks and knives for your shop some of us don't want to eat with our hands it's Vegas we obviously played the machines.. And yes we have sanitizer but I mean at least gives us the option to eat with a fork..

Yelp
$30 charcuterie. 1 cheese completely inedible. Bread served with charcuterie inedible. Returned inedible bread. Replacement bread also inedible. Not kidding. We're talking croutons. Zero pride in this dish. If you want a real charcuterie go to bouchon at the venitian. Surprisingly costs less and 1000% better. FWIW it pains me to write this bad review because I love. Eataly.
google avatar

Phung L.

Yelp
Nothing better than ordering a charcuterie board with a variety of meats and cheeses and a couple of glasses of red wine and not a care in the world. Only downside was that they did not open until 11am so we had to wait a bit. Staff was good very informative on the cuts of meats, cheeses, and wine.

Adobo R.

Yelp
They advertise having over 200 cheeses, but you are only able to order what's on their menu (which is nowhere near the 200 cheeses they advertised). The platter we ordered was overpriced and underwhelming. The lady working at the counter also didn't know what kinds of cheeses were offered on the platters on the menu. I loved the atmosphere, but would never order from here, or any Eataly, again.
