"La Sandia Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar, a family-friendly restaurant from the Richard Sandoval Hospitality team, is ending its lease at Park Meadows. The restaurant, which has been operating in Lone Tree for a decade, features a menu highlighting casual, comfort food. It serves brunch, lunch, happy hours, and rooftop dinners with a view at the Vistas of Park Meadows. Before closing, it offers specials like $15 bottomless brunch cocktails and $2 Taco Tuesdays." - Gigi Sukin

Absolutely loved the place, and the food. The service was a bit slouchy though. Took forever to get a spoon for my soup and salsa sauce for my chips! The roasted tomato soup tasted deliciously yummy. Recommended!

I was a little hesitant to try this place out after the most recent reviews, but am glad I did! The service was exceptional (thank you Mackenna) and the food was beyond delicious. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and seated promptly. The good was delivered quickly and everything was prepared and received as ordered. Additionally, our server was all over drink refills and checking with us. She also brought us our check promptly after we finished our meal. I will be going back to this place!

The food is decent. The service was good and very friendly. The appetizers and drinks are the way to go. Parking can be a pain on the weekends.

Excellently prepared and presented food, tasty for the tongue and the eyes. The service was also prompt and professional. Most menu items are advertised as gluten free, and the items I tested were in fact gluten free according to a Nina Sensor tester.

The food was great, but the service was awful! Our server was very rude and condescending. Why do they let him work here although he treats people like that? I was told by another server that he mistreats all customers like that. For me, service is everything.

Bottomless brunch drinks for 2 hours and the Benedict Mole is excellent. Mexican tradition and flavor.

Hard to imagine the food is worth the poor service. My husband and I were excited about the happy hour specials. We were seated and someone brought chips and salsa, then nothing. For 20 minites we waited for someone to acknowledge us and come take our order. Instead, someone brought over a sampler platter we didn't order and left as I was explaining that we haven't been able to order yet. Another couple minutes waiting while the guy took the platter to another table (who also didn't order it) and then we left. It was pretty empty, so business wasn't a factor for poor service. If it's this bad on a slow Thursday afternoon, imagine what a weekend is like! The salsa was good, but not worth the trouble overall.

When we first arrived our party of three was seated very quickly. Soon after that our waiter( Tony) came and was very very mean. We complained and they changed our server ( Johnny) he was awesome, he did his job very well! The food we ordered was incredible! My sister got the salmon which was perfectly cooked, I had carnitas, which are the best I've had on this side of the border, and my mom got the chicken which she loved. When we finished the assistant manager came to see us and had us explain why we had asked for the change of servers. She offered us dessert, then the chef came out and offered us dessert again. When we were about to pay the assistant manager came back and told us our meal was paid for. This restaurant really wants to keep their customers happy, the food is wonderful and the staff is attentive!
