La Santeria Pizzicheria-Bistrot

Very good sea food, fishes, pasta, gently and accurately cooked. Good choice of wines. The restaurant is nice, with a small garden, the surroundings are tough quite crowded, parking is a mission almost impossible .

Very nice place, well furnished. Good cuisine. The wine list include many niche proposals. The service is careless, guests may wait long stretches of time without being able to attract the attention of the waiters. When you can get hold of one of them, they are quite courteous.

The best seafood meal I had in Rome yet; classy italian cuisine with some nice eastern contamination. The inner courtyard is very nice. Not cheap but fair for the quality, I'd say 40 to 60 euros for a three course meal. There are some very expensive items in the menu such as high-end oysters and caviar which can drive the bill way higher, so keep track of what you order. All in all, great place, highly recommended.

Recommended by a friend, La Santeria is fantastic. I would describe it as a wonderful little bistro that serves only the best local meats and cheeses and of course good Italian wines, aperitifs and digestives. The owner/hostess is very nice, and charming as can be. I went three times during my two-week visit in May 2013 and will return on my next trip. I highly recommend it.

The food, interior and overall atmosphere of this place was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately the lack of attention from the servers after our main course was a bit disappointing. We get that during busy night we might wait for a bit, but half an hour without even a glance at our table, while tables next to us got full attention, was frustrating. And so during the wait our intention of ordering dessert quickly changed to just getting the bill.

Loved everything about this beautiful eatery! The atmosphere, the wine selection, the food, the service. Very lovely place to relax in the evening. They even have a sit out garden area at the rear and great mood lighting all around.

Awesome seafood restsurant! Ive lived next door to it for 4 years, and am bummed I didnt try it out sooner. The outside is really nice, good drink prices too. If you want seafood, go here!
