"This building, almost cube-like in shape with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer breathtaking views of the beautiful surrounding countryside, is striking for its modern, contemporary design, with a delightful outdoor space that is perfect for alfresco dining. Originally from Puglia, talented owner-chef Carmela Straniero fell in love with the Langhe having spent time working in England and Italy. Her refined and highly personalised cuisine fully respects culinary traditions and is prepared using top-quality local ingredients." - Michelin Inspector

Very nice service (although a bit slow), but they lady we had was super friendly. The food is nice (try the pasta with mushrooms), but the desert of chocolate mouse was a bit disappointing. It’s a very nice atmosphere with nice views on the vineyards!

The restaurant is amazing - very nice interior and view. The menu is interesting. The plates looks wow, but the taste - something is missing. But in general we have enjoyed a lot from the visiting this place.

A wonderful place with excellent service and food. I imagine the view must be beautiful in summer as well. Highly recommended!

Go for the wonderful views and contemporary architecture, but stay for all the wonderful creations by Chef Carmela, she does a wonderful job of putting a twist on the old traditional recipes along with new creations. All very tasty. Good size wine list we assume it will continue to grow, The wine service is our preferred style very professional but relaxed and non pretentious, Looking forward to returning

We had made a reservation for six people for aperitivi — but the experience was absolutely terrible. We were seated at a table right next to the restroom, the service was non-existent, and after more than an hour — and only after we complained — we were given a few dry, reheated pieces of focaccia. After another complaint, we finally received the menu to order aperitivi — a full 1.5 hours later. I’m still at a loss for words. Perhaps it’s better not to advertise aperitivi with reservations on the website if the team is clearly unable to handle it. We had actually planned to return for dinner and add the restaurant to our list of favorites, but after this experience, we won’t be setting foot in this place again.

What a cool find! We stayed at the nearby Relais Juliette and were recommended to come here by our host. Our first visit was in the mid afternoon on our day of arrival. The building and interior are striking. This is immediately evident when you walk in on a glass floor over the wine cellar! The contrast to the local architectural norms are exciting and inventive. Our server at the restaurant, Fabio, was welcoming and spoke great English. We each ordered a few smaller plates off the lunch menu and everything was great. The cuisine here is very inventive. This is not a place to come for rustic Peidmontese food, although they do serve many of the local favorites done in their own way. We had sashimi shrimp, pasta with a meat ragu and pasta in pea sauce. The shrimp came with a parsley "sponge," very unusual! Paired with a nice Nebbiolo this was a great lunch. The prices are very reasonable considering the location, the service and the quality of the food. We came back two days later to try the dinner tasting menu. I had a seafood based menu which included grilled calamari and tiny local mussels. Another in our party tried the classic local style tasting menu which was also very well prepared and tasty. Definitely worth a try if you're in Peidmont! It will be an experience you won't forget.

Wunderful place! We have been here a few times, But the last visit made it all special. It was the last one of the summer series 'hangover friday' where there is a DJ and all meals and drinks have a fixed price. You buy tickets for drinks and food and then you redeem them for what you like at the buffet or bar while enjoying the great view and dance to the music. A great experience and it made our visit special. Will be back again!
