La Soufflerie

Tasty soufflés. We stopped here for lunch during a long journey. We enjoyed the summer special of the three cold soufflés and the hot soufflé was also very well made and extremely cheesy! Pleasant outdoor seating area.

Jesus Christ on a pogo stick!! I think for one brief moment life had purpose and meaning. The French... man... my God. Can a floofy pillow of delightful flavor change your whole life? Get it together Linda: you know the answer was going to be yes. Go here. Eat the things. Get two or you're doing it wrong.

The soufflés are delicious, impeccable service

This has become a highlight of every visit to France. The staff set the tone 10/10, a warm welcome and patient. The food is outstanding. I have tried most of the souffles, both savoury and sweet and have never been anything other than delighted. I fully recommend here for anyone who would likes good food and a top service.

Do not pass by Angers without visiting this place! Welcoming hosts, centrally located and some of the most impressive soufflés you would have ever seen! The savory ones come with a side salad. If you would like to have a sweet soufflé as dessert, you will have to order it right in the beginning (the hosts explain this). Sweet soufflés come in 2 sizes, giving you more options. Reservations are not mandatory, but I would recommend it especially during busy seasons. One of the hosts spoke English, which made communication a little easier.

Loved it. Super amazing, we tried different soufflés and they are pure heaven. The owner is probably the nicest and most patient person you could ever meet. Support the locals in these hard times.

The best Souffle i have ever had, we had two souffles, one with Salmon and one with sea food, both were fantastic. After that we had two sweet souffles, which were also Delicious. Definitely will be back for more :)

They took us in shortly before closing and were very friendly throughout the visit. The souffles were very tasty and something new and different. A lovely visit all around.

I had not discovered non desert soufflés before trying this place but I was so pleasantly surprised. I tried the seafood soufflé and it was so delicious. The desert soufflés all looked really good too but I got the caramel one which was unbelievable.

This place is WONDERFUL! a whole menu of dinner and dessert souffles, with an amazing range of ingredients, a long list of specials, and lovely presentation. The service was great, and the place was inviting. Not even too expensive, for a very nice dinner.
