"Located on the main square (Plaza Mayor), right next to the legendary Arco de la Estrella which provides access to the medieval walled city, this restaurant occupies an old two-storey house that now brandishes a contemporary interior. The à la carte, featuring dishes with a hint of tradition such as “pringá” gyozas, “migas del maestro” (a speciality made with breadcrumbs) with pork belly and free-range egg, and the grilled Retinta beef tenderloin with apple, is complemented by a tasting menu entitled Las Niñas (The Girls), in honour of the owner-daughters’ father, renowned chef Eustaquio Blanco." - Michelin Inspector

"An attractive bistro-style taberna featuring a terrace, a bar where guests can also choose to eat if they wish, and two dining rooms with stone walls. The updated take on traditional cuisine perfect for sharing includes seasonal and market-inspired dishes, daily suggestions and Miga’s signature dishes such as the langoustine salad, the exquisite aged-beef tartare, and the boneless tripe stew (“callos de Miga”)." - Michelin Inspector

Probably one of the best restaurants in Coruña. The menu selection was amazing, offers healthy options, seafood, and meat. Food quality, taste, and price is a 10/10. Ambiance and service is also top notch. We were 3 persons and each ordered 2 items from the menu and we were really full and satisfied. The serving is enough for sharing between 2-3 persons.

I’ve died and gone to pig heaven ☺️. After weeks of seafood along the coast, I was craving meat and wasn’t disappointed. The pig knuckles were divine, and so was the crispy pressed pig head. I wouldn’t recommend eating these two very rich dishes in a row, but that was my choice. Service was great, and unlike some other Michelin recommended establishments who take themselves very seriously, these guys clearly have fun with what they’re doing. My Spanish isn’t good enough to banter along, and there wasn’t much interaction, but I enjoyed watching the team have fun together.

Best dinner I’ve had in Galicia. Creative food that explodes in your mouth. The red prawn croquettes were to die for and the tempura langoustine roll was just delicious and indulgent. I enjoyed eating outside. It was pretty quiet inside.

It was our first night in A Coruña and we had the best first impression of the city after going to La Taberna de Miga for our first meal. Everyone working there is so welcoming, and passionate about every dish and every ingredient. Adrian, the founder, was a wonderful host and food-nerd in the best possible way. The dishes were new and exciting takes on traditional local ingredients. The flavors were exciting, subtle, and elevated. An absolute favorite place in Galicia.

Really nicely decorated contemporary restaurant with cozy touch. Well curated cellar with several of the best Galician wines you can find. Small yet delicious menu of traditional food with a contemporary twist that definitely make it work. Friendly and knowledgeable staff that definitely make the difference. If you’re around definitely should give it a try

A Coruña just keeps on giving. Another inventive perfect restaurant that would be booked up for months if it were in London's Shoreditch. Their off menu tuna in the bread, almond, vinegar and olive oil emulsion, coupled with the house fries, was the BEST 'fish & chips' I've had in my entire Northern life. PS. Only took 1 photo of the sublime appetiser...

Great restaurant! Every dish I ate was super tasteful. Dessert is a must here! The one with hazelnut is to die for.
