Our first taste of Cassoulet was in this restaurant and it set the bar so high! It was amazing We also had Confit Lamb. It was also good but not as mind blowing . We enjoyed the playfulness of mixing textures and tastes plus the presentation of our Entrees- Foie Gras. An overall great experience. Check it out when you are in the area

I am speechless. I’ve been to this restaurant on multiple occasions and every single time the food just tastes even better than the last. Each dish is beautifully plated and extremely flavourful. There are two extremely different but popular dishes you must try from the menu. They are the “Oeuf 64° truffes champignons” & the Cassoulet. The first dish is definitely meant for any truffle lovers it’s so light and delicious and of course has the great flavour of the fresh truffle. The second dish is a hardier meal and it is a specialty of this region in France so A LOT of restaurants serve cassoulet but I need to say that it is made the best here. I love this place so much that I am glad I got the chance to take some friends who visited from the US to eat here and they were just blown away by the quality and taste of the food. Overall, I would 1000% recommend this restaurant on your next visit to Carcassonne or for any special occasion if you live here.

A nice restaurant, very well placed if you happen to attending the Jean DesChamps theatre. Nice, if short, menu which of course includes the inevitable Cassoulet and some interesting and adventurous dishes. A really lovely soft boiled egg and pea starter, St Pierre, squid, veggie risotto. Presentation, preparation, and flavours can't be challenged.

Fine but not mind-blowing. Perhaps our expectations were too high or maybe just poor luck with our palate, but we were both a little disappointed with our mains. The entrees were definitely the most impressive part of the pre-set menus.

Service was very nice, modern interior. They offer a nice 2 dishes + desert menu. AVOID beetroot starter: had too much vinegar taste. Wine choices are good. Cassoulette is quite a big course with mainly beans.

We came for the cassoulet. Unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. Although it had all the ingredients listed on the menu the taste was very bland.

Amazing dining experience! They have several tasting menu options, and the portions are quite generous with even the largest tasting menu. The staff were incredibly friendly and the food was incredible.

High quality cuisine, good service. Quail and duck were delicious and we can really recommend it. The atmosphere inside is ok, but a bit hot
