We’ve dined here many times and are never disappointed. On our most recent visit, we chose the €65 dégustation menu, which offered more than enough food and an exceptional overall experience. The amuse-bouche — a crab bisque with octopus — was outstanding and set the tone for the meal. The canette was remarkably tender, easily among the best duck I’ve had, melting in the mouth and beautifully complemented by its accompaniments.
Every course was thoughtfully composed, with flavors that worked together seamlessly and demonstrated the chef’s excellent palate. The quality is consistently high, the portions generous for the price, and the ambiance and service both refined and welcoming. If you have the opportunity, I highly recommend visiting.
