La Table de Cybèle

"A Franco - American couple is at the helm of this neobistro. San Francisco - born Cybèle rustles up original recipes in the kitchen, using premium produce: fricassee of snails, shiitake mushrooms and home - smoked duck. Fine dining and sustainable development go hand in hand here." - Michelin Inspector

The food was absolutely fantastic. We were really looking forward to trying Albufera, especially since we’re already regulars at Bacav’ (run by the renowned Emile Cotte) and were also clients of the previous owner of La Table de Cybèle, before she sold the business to Albufera. We introduced ourselves as neighbors and returning customers, and to be honest, we were hoping for a warmer welcome. The restaurant had just opened a week ago, so it’s understandable that the team may have been a bit overwhelmed. That said, there was a mix-up with our order—they brought the wrong dish—and while we were happy to keep it to avoid waste or delay, it would have been nice if someone had acknowledged it, shared a bit about the new ownership, or even offered a coffee or dessert as a gesture. Hopefully, we’ll get the chance to connect more next time, as both neighbors and loyal customers. Despite that, the food was truly delicious, and we highly recommend trying it!

New restaurant in Boulbi! You need to come and taste what this talented chef is offering here! Everything is fresh, healthy and tasty! This is the first time I had such a pleasure to eat the boeuf with sauce ! And I could not resist to eat the rest of the sauce with the help of their homemade bread. It was incredibly delicious. And the entree was super refreshing and booming on my tongue with every bite!

Wow! What a treasure in Paris! Pretty good price for th quality offered! A real gastronomic delight! Everything from menu proportion, to decoration, to staff is simply deliciously harmonious. This is one of my favourite prices. The food is exquisite. I love the chef and would definitely recommend again. The white wine proposed by the chef is one of the best wines I have ever had! Amazing!

This place is what it looks like to be. Expensive good food in a very little quantity. Expect 15€ a starter, 30€ a main, 10€ a desert and 13€ a glass of Champagne. The service is slow, but you can wait eating good bread which is the only things which is going to really feed you there. The dishes are beautifully presented! Staff is nice. Calm and jazzy ambiance. You should avoid to think this place as a place to eat because you are hungry but rather a kind of very fancy and expensive French tapas. A small degustation. I am not convinced that the small portion make it a great place. I was expecting a bit more of originality.

The restaurant is blocking 4 public electric car charging!!!! That is not legal and not fair. The public infrastructure is not yours to block. Do better and free the chargers!

Very tasty - a bit pricey but absolutely worth it! We had some food restriction (gluten free) and a picky kid - everyone was thrilled! The deserts were amazing 😍 French quisine at its best

Yelp
Definitely a new favorite! My only problem when going to this restaurant is that I always inhale my food before remembering to snap a picture to post on Yelp. Luckily this last time I remembered to right before I devoured my butternut tart (RIP potentially wonderful main course picture). The menu changes according to what ingredients are available at the market, and the quality of the dishes is always consistent. During my most recent visit, a friend and I tucked ourselves in at one of the bar tables (I think that's what they're called?) against the wall. I had a fantastic glass of Languedoc with my lamb and we finished our meal by splitting the dome au chocolat and the butternut dessert. Both were creamy and rich and needless to say, not a word was spoken during that portion of the meal. The dome au chocolat comes with salted caramel cream and the butternut tart has a crunchy almost graham-cracker-like bottom. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
Excellent food with fresh produce. Very service minded owners - I would actuelly give 5 points if the staff were as quick and good as the owners. The staff was a bit 'overtaken' by the success.... so it took 20 minutes to get the menu and to get a glass of something for the aperitif. But except that: perfect. Very good quality for the price paid.
