La Table de Jeanne

Cozy restaurant in Val Claret. Good spot for a goodbye fondue after a week of good skiing. Food is good also the service, and prices, well is Tignes in high season, so is not bad. We were 9 people and we ordered 4 fondues, 3 raclette, a croziflette and a variety of desserts. We payed 45€ each.

In a resort that is not known for its design charm, this restaurant is full of Alpine charm. The service was very good. The wine list is great. Starters were very good. I think after that they are a fondue and raclette restaurant. Ordered steak for mains. Very buttery, very salty. Ordered rare but still on the tough side. When plates were cleared and asked how it was, we were ingest and said that the steak was not cooked to our liking. The polite response was that it was 50/50 how people liked it. Perhaps stay clear of the beef when eating here.

The room is lovely and cosy, the staff friendly, excellent wine selection. Starters were great but we were disappointed with the beef steak. It looked impressive but was very buttery and over salted (to our tastes). Perhaps a better choice for raclette or fondue.

Birthday dinner - everything was excellent. The ambience, the service and in particular the food. You’ve got the usual price difference due to them having to deliver this delight halfway up a mountain

A cozy French restaurant tucked away in the lovely mountain town of Tignes. A hidden treasure for those seeking quality food. The Pork Chop and Angus Beef are both highly recommended and the rice pudding dessert was just awesome! Friendly and warm vibe, with a country style look that's just right for a romantic night out or a fun meal with friends and family. La Table de Jeanne focuses on fresh, local ingredients and makes every dish with care. The menu is not extensive but features traditional French dishes alongside new, exciting flavors, so there is enough variety to warrant a repeat visit!

We were a bit disappointed with this restaurant. Very nice setting and excellent service. The fondue was very good but it’s ridiculous to price separately the potatoes. We had two other dishes that were pork based and were very fatty - not the best part of the meat. Again the sides were priced separately so a simple pork steak with fries was 40 euro. Not worth it

Nice restaurant with a very cosy chalet/fermet vibe/good setting! The people who work there are gentle. It’s have also a very tasty menu with a good and large choice of wines! An perfect experience that you expect for a holiday in the mountains ☺️

Everything was amazing, the service was great and spoken both English and French which was perfect. The menu card was also available in both languages. Food was fresh and the quality + quantity you get for the price you pay is also really good!
