"Supervised by chef Julien Roucheteau, this restaurant is a welcome gourmet addition to the dining options at this superb establishment. The contemporary Mediterranean-inspired menu takes inspiration from the local terroir – note the textures of pissaladière with house-marinated anchovy and a sweet onion espuma, or the tartlet showcasing figs from the Var, with its melting brambleberry centre. You might also like to sample their bouillabaisse (Fri and Sat), traditional octopus dishes from the South of France, or rockfish soup. The bouillabaisse was not only beautifully presented, but it was also delicious, making it a wonderful value for the price. However, if you're expecting a sea view from this location, I must clarify that you would need to head over to the pool bar and restaurant on the other side of the hotel to enjoy that experience.

I have led yoga retreats in this area a few times and each time, I book this restaurant for our last meal together. The menu is amazing, the wine selection is excellent, and the service is truly excellent. I love to work with La Réserve because they really strive to go the extra mile to make both my stay and my dining experience superb. It's always nice to get good service but La Réserve and La Table (their bistro) bring service into the level of art. Thank you!

Excellent quality French restaurant. We had booked and it filled up through the lunch sitting. Great service, friendly staff, variety of menu choices à la carte and a fixed price menu available. Happy to recommend.

very very very interesting 😎 boldly . you can feel the level of the chefs. took the advice and did not regret it. I recommend booking a table in advance. good wine list. quiet and peaceful and tasty. a must to visit. I recommend.

They canceled our reservation at 2:33- three minutes after the time. We were less than 10 min late because of the bus. We booked at the end of service at 2:30 to enjoy the beach first. They would not let us eat and now all of the restaurants are closed. Very unpleasant- if you want to get treated like dirt- come here. Choose a better place and save your day. Thank you for making us feel bad and ruining our lunch.
