"Pierre Reboul has travelled far and wide. He was Michel Chabran's apprentice in Pont-de-l'Isère, then a member of the team under the great Jacques Pic (Anne-Sophie Pic's father) in Valence, before cooking in Paris at Taillevent and Rostang, and ultimately opening his own restaurants in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, Tain-l'Hermitage and Aix-en-Provence. His playful, creative, slightly molecular style of cuisine comes into its own in the elegant setting of this 16C château. We had an unforgettable dining experience at La Table by Chef Pierre Reboul. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtful and refined. We enjoyed the four course tasting menu, and every dish showcased beautiful layers of flavor, creativity, and the essence of Provence. Chef Reboul’s approach to seasonal ingredients, especially his use of olive oil, was truly impressive. Each plate was elegant without being overly complicated, and there was always a little touch of surprise that made the meal even more memorable. Service was warm, attentive, and perfectly paced, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. This was easily one of the highlights of our trip to Aix en Provence. Amazing experience in here. We had a really nice dinner and experience overall, with a really good service (in english), awesome mets and wine with great work in the setting, and even the coffee came with its own deserts and digestif ! I'd definitely recommend it if you have the opportunity to come.

Tout simplement excellent ! Une cuisine originale, raffinée et pleine de saveurs, où le travail du chef nous fait voyager à travers la Provence. Beaucoup de trompe-l’œil surprennent à chaque bouchée, de l’amuse-bouche au dessert : une véritable expérience culinaire. Une ambiance moderne qui casse les codes avec sa cuisine ouverte et son décor autour de l’huile d’olive. Un personnel adorable, du chef au maître d’hôtel, et un sommelier remarquable qui nous a fait découvrir de superbes accords mets-vins. Un grand bravo au chef et à toute l’équipe pour ce travail fabuleux ! Le meilleur restaurant étoilé que j’ai fait ! J’y retournerais sans hésiter ! PS: attention au noyau 🤪

L’accueil et le service par un personnel passionné, dans l’échange sur les saveurs, les vins, avec humour et discrétion, tout en professionnalisme ! Pour les différents plats qui nous ont été servi, nous avions choisi le menu en 4 plats, entre originalité et saveurs qui explosent en bouche, chaque bouchée est un délice ! Nous avons passé un très agréable moment lors d’une soirée d’été, en dînant en terrasse. Une expérience qui nous laisse un très bon souvenir et surtout l’envie d’y revenir pour découvrir la carte hivernale.
