La Table de Pierre

"Le Mas de Pierre has morphed into a sublime, intimate and luxurious resort... and La Table has followed suit. The pair of chefs cooks up modern and locavore Mediterranean cuisine, with subtle international influences. Perfectly cooked and seasoned, there is an overarching harmony to it all: very nicely done." - Michelin Inspector

Wow. Just wow. From the moment you walk in, you know it’s going to be great. Staff is incredible. Food is art that also tastes out of this world. We did the 4 course, and squid tartar was a highlight. Langoustines also a fan favorite. Lamb tartar in a cone, something I wouldn’t order, insane tastes. Honestly the only thing that could be improved is the bread. It was good, but not boulangerie great. I don’t get the chance to go to many Michelin restaurants, but just to inform you, Fromage service is not included, and didn’t realize that; was so full I didn’t really need it but they offered. Thanks so much for having us!

Really impressed by the value and menu! And the ambiance, and the service and the decor, this place is a must 👌 The entrée/plat/dessert 45€ is an amazing deal for a hotel of this caliber. The servers are professional, something I really appreciate coming from the US where we have no notion of professional service and a perfectly timed meal. We had the squash velouté (comes from their garden on site 😍) the dorade (seam bream) and souris d’agneau (lamb). They were all excellent : perfect temp, perfect portion size, perfectly salted. I’m extremely picky about too much salt so that was appreciated. My dear dining partner always gets my dessert and the baba au rhum and chocolate mousse were—according to him—amazing. The wine at 50€ - 100€ is reasonable, we ordered à Côtes du Rhône at 45€ and we’re happy with it. All in all, a super dining experience that we will happily repeat 🙏

No tablecloth! Only a place mat covering half the table.

It's hard to express how charming, intimate and absolutely delightful it is here. How lucky were we to have this recommended. The scenery, the ambience, the delectable bites and the live music and singing have been absolutely divine to enjoy. An absolute must for a romantic evening or cosy night out with friends.

Cuisine is very well done. Some dishes are not as creative as others. Amuse bouche better than some dishes. 16 euros a glass of regular 10-euros-a-bottle wine.

Wonderful location. Food exceptional. Staff 1st class. A very enjoyable day. Valet parking allways a nice help, especially in the rain, and it was really raining.

Yelp
My husband and I had a fabulous time enjoying all the chef had to offer for dinner. We were amazed by both the presentation and the inventiveness of each course. Every bite was a delight and the service was wonderful. We commented to our server how this dinner was far better than the Michelin starred dinner we had had the previous night.

Yelp
We are here thrice for dinner while staying at this hotel. The service has been increasingly superb, the more we see of the staff the more impressed we are by their professionalism and knowledge of the menu, the area, and the wines they serve. We are also grateful for their endless patience dealing with my pathetic attempts at the French language (two years of high school level French, it embarrasses my husband routinely) and their own knowledge of English is so superb that the subtleties of wine region and varietal discussions are easily communicated. The food is created from local sources, and the delights of the gardens on the hotel grounds. Each amuse bouche has featured flowers and herbs grown on site, and each appetizer has been even better than the last we tried. A true highlight has been the VEGETABLE ELEMENT (I know, I'm a tried and true carni-phile, but dude, DUDE the veg!) of each dish. Our roasted vegetable appetizer we enjoyed this evening featured a stuffed squash blossom, caramelized tomatoes, and stuffed onion with olive tapenade, all rich and flavorful and fresh and delicious. This chef has even created asparagus that I not only eat, but ENJOY, and that is a true accomplishment. Eat here. It's pricey, yes, but the food and experience are worth it.
