Went for lunch without prior booking (and a lot of hope) and got very lucky to get a table for a party of 2. Absolutely great experience, from the service to the atmosphere of the place: a 13th century convent, with a fire place in the Sacristy dating back from the 16th century where your meat is grilled.
Price are frankly fair for the quality, super fresh and local ingredients, and cooked to the perfection. As a starter, we shared a place of local “Cèpes” (mushrooms) literally melting on our tongue. Then we moved on the main artifact: a 180gr heart of Limousine beef Rumsteak (for me) and Filet (for my companion). Once chosen, we could see the butcher make the raw meat tender before grilling it on the fireplace. We enjoyed it so so much, it was probably one of the most tender and perfectly cooked meat we ever ate.
10/10.
