So good!! I ordered the pork belly burrito and I added guacamole, Mexican rice, corn, cabbage and pico (tomato salsa), on a garlic wrap. They also offer spinach wraps as well as regular white and wheat. Everything was amazing and my son always loves coming here and is never disappointed. Try the smoothies as well!!

Although they have a counter, they are geared towards takeout. The food was good, particularly the carnitas tostada. As others have mentioned, the prices are high particularly for “extras.” But the tostada was only $5.99 which is completely reasonable. I also got a chicken taco which was $3.99 and though good, it wasn’t $3.99 good. Still, I’d recommend it for a quick lunch if you’re in the area.

Both here and Hyde Park always hit the spot! Having different rice options is great. I should probably try something else but always end up getting the Chicken Tinga Bowl with Cilantro Lime rice. So good!

My boyfriend and I recently started buying from this place and we have enjoyed it so much. The food has been so delicious and we are huge fans of the different menu options. We are definitely looking forward to ordering from here soon.

I ordered dinner to be delivered at 5:30. At 5:50- no meal so I called and they said it was sitting there and the delivery driver forgot it. I asked to have a new one made since it had been sitting there for 30 min now and was told “it shouldn’t be an issue with the container that it’s in” I was told it would be there in 15 min or less. 20 minutes later I got a call saying they were 9 min away (as my kids were in the tub and both crying) So I received my meal at 6:30pm (an hour later than I requested and 2 hours after I had ordered it- on a Monday night) I was never offered any refund or anything. Will not order again and my husband and I have been regular customers for years.

I tried the carnitas burrito and really enjoyed it! It was a great size, packed with plenty of pork and toppings. Every ingredient had a lot of flavor, and together, they made for a delicious burrito. I’ll definitely be back to try more stuff!

We just recently started going here. The food is EXCELLENT. We haven't had anything that we didnt love. And the avocado fries - to die for!! The location is a bit hard to get in and out of but it's worth it. The food is fresh and fabulous.

First off this place is super clean inside which shows how much pride they take in their business. The service is friendly and quick. The food is very good & I'm looking at trying more things off the menu.

Don't assume that your customers don't understand your language. Check your own biases

I used to travel to this area but due to this places early close was never able to get here in time. I've since moved and the wife and I wanted a quick lunch. We swung in and my goodness I should have made getting here a priority! Excellent food. Fresh, full of flavor and authentic. The restaurant is clean including the bathrooms with charming ambience. I just wish it was bigger for some tables. If you remotely like Mexican food hit this place up. Leave the chain burrito places behind and support local folks. Oh and the staff is super friendly and excellent!!

Well, I was in mood for shrimp taco. I was in Dedham center and stopped in at another Taco spot and told ran out of shrimp? I have driven by La Taqueria many times at rotary in Dedham. I stopped in to try and plenty easy parking vs Dedham center. I ordered a shrimp taco and a chicken taco.... Guys working there very accommodating. Well , the shrimp taco was outstanding and plenty of shrimp seasoned excellent. The chicken taco the same Outstanding and plenty of seasoned grill hot chicken. I am usually hesitant ordering from places where food sits out cold... not the case here. Nice clean restaurant. Prices fair and reasonable... this is my taco spot from now on... the shrimp tacos I could eat everyday.... Quick and all hot and fresh... looks like excellent delivery and takeout options ...

Placed an order to go and asked for sour cream on the side instead and paid for an extra and got neither with my bowl. The grilled chicken bowl itself wasn't bad but it is better to get certain condiments on the side 7/10 I went back to ask for the sour cream and the boy working there acted as if I was at chipotle asking for extra guacamole rather than the sour cream I paid for cheeseburger from here is surprisingly good as well as the fries 8/10 Tchips & queso are nothing special and the queso is hardly warm 4/10 lemonade is VERY tart but good 6/10 The restaurant itself appeared to be clean and there were plenty of places to sit down and enjoy your meal. I am not a fan of the customer service but maybe it was just a bad day for him. I will and have returned since

Ordered three tacos - two fish and one shrimp. Both of my fish tacos were so badly burned that they weren't edible. The rice was also so hard that even my dogs refused it. So disappointed! I tried calling them and they kept me on hold for over 10 minutes. What a shame!

Best burritos in the area. Our favorite is the sautéed fish burrito with cilantro lime rice, black beans, and everything on it. Tip: call ahead of time to have your burrito ready in 15 min. My Star Rating: 5 stars: Blew my mind, had a wow factor, will return 4 stars: I liked it but didn't love it, no wow factor, will still return 3 stars: I didn't hate it, but didn't like it either. Amazing restaurant option .. interesting flavors, served fast and HOT! 4 items ready in ~15 minutes. Fresh ingredients, spotless facility. Petite female for ~$30 I got a meal with leftovers. Expect to spend $20-$30 for a filling dinner for the average person. Although, burritos are less. I lived in Mexico for 2 years. I'd say the flavors and presentation of the tacos, flautas, and street corn are pretty close. Not exact, but much closer than a typical chain. Either way, I enjoyed what I got.

They are soo slow here it took 25 minutes to make one menu item in addition to being rude wail taking my order 9 employees and still took me 35 m to orde one taco.

Came here due to the good reviews but had absolutely terrible service. Came in to order food. Emely P. Took my order and asked for my name. Sat at the seat and waited for like 30 minutes without anyone calling my name. The seat is facing the outside. Witnessed many people coming and going for pickup. Finally came up to the counter to ask for my food and it was just sitting there. The whole time I can hear the workers fooling around and no one bothered telling me my food was ready. When it comes to food the Carne asada bowl was also salty and the overall experience have been ruined. Tacos were pricey and nothing special either. Still a bit confused why the rice were on the side instead of it just being in the taco.

Now I heard good things about this place but I was still shocked! The food was so flavorful and delicious and the variety was amazing. The pork belly tacos, mango habanero tacos and Cajun shrimp tacos are a MUST TRY! I love the sauce options and the quesadillas are perfectly grilled and packed with flavor (get the carne asada). Would 100% be back!

Tight seating area, but the tacos are amazing!! Overall good service, you can order online or order in person.

The best burrito I've ever had. You have to get the chipotle sauce AND the cilantro ranch. Perfect takeout spot when ur craving some solid Mexican food.

Avocado Fries very great. Tacos good. Nachos very good with all meats. No dine-in tables in restaurant very bad. Overall good.

Have been wanting to come for months and finally did tonight. Wow!!! We got 6 kinds of tacos. Our favorites were the shrimp, the shrimp mango, and the sautéed chicken. Pork and steak a little dry for our taste, but that's us. Fish was okay, which is funny because we thought it would be a top choice. We can't wait to try the pork belly option. Thank you for amazing, flavorful, and well priced food. We will sooo be back!!!

I never went here cause it's in a corner lot that looks like it'd be impossible to get into - it's the kinda location where you see the name of the restaurant after you've already passed it. But I did finally go and it's much easier to get in and out of and to park than I had imagined. They have an extensive menu - much more extensive than any of the other Mexican restaurants in the immediate area. I got the fajitas and they were incredible. Unlike other places, they don't have the meat already made, warming in chafing dishes. They cook the food after you order it. The chicken was delicously-seasoned and very plentiful. The vegetables were good - they weren't mushy or soft. The tortillas were fresh - the cheese was great. It was all good. And the portions were large. I was really impressed I went back today but this time ordered the same item online. My only quibble today was that they forgot to give me the lettuce, cheese and the pico de gallo. I paid for extra tortillas and got only one additional one. I called to let them know and they didn't really offer me anything other than saying next time to mention that I want the "salad" which is the cheese, the lettuce and the pico de gallo. I would get that anyway, so whatever.... The reason they still get five stars from me is that the food is very, very good.

This is the best latin menu in the area. Portion sizes are also out of this world. I am a big eater and the bowl is enough for two meals for me. I usually go with the steak or carnitas, but the mango habanero shrimp is extremely unique and delicious.

LOVE this little space, very colorful clean and bright. You can order in store, call, or order online. The service is efficient and friendly. We placed an order online and it was ready right on time. We realized we were missing one item when we got home and sent an email in. The store immediately called back, said they would refund what they forgot and would take care of us next time. Shout out to Alvin who went above and beyond super nice and friendly. The food comes in large portions, and there is a huge variety of options to customize and choose from. Bowls, burritos, meals, combos, tacos, smoothies, sides, and appetizers. The Yuca chips were so delicious and strongly recommend. The tacos were awesome and our friend enjoyed mix and matching the taco combo. The chimichanga was huge and very filling, very carby, delicious, but needed more sauce. My husband devoured the chicken tinga burrito. Bottom line, we will be back; great food, reasonable pricing, friendly service, we strongly recommend giving this place a try.

The food is three stars but the service is zero stars. The side of guacamole I ordered with a meal was brown all the way through, the kids cheese quesadilla had chicken, and they didn't include the order of chips and guacamole. I called repeatedly and either no one answered or they answered, said "please hold" and never came back. Eventually I drove there and they gave me the missing items without any apology. No refund. I won't be going back.

My all time favorite Mexican restaurant in the Boston area. Excellent food, reasonable price, relaxing atmosphere and attentive service. They expanded tables outside which is a nice option- its on a relatively quiet side street - street parking can be a challenge but there is private parking around back.

Good food. Get the order right most of the time. Prices a little high, but not outrageous.

We love the food at La Taqueria but they keep getting our orders wrong. Pick up. Delivery. They either put cheese on my kid's hamburger when we said no cheese or they just leave stuff out altogether. Tonight it was the cheese and no taco for my other kid. They're nice. They're friendly. They apologize and replace the order and re-deliver - but this time I was on hold for 5 minutes and decided to just drive back and take care of it. When I got there ( I was still on hold when I pulled up) they asked me if I had the burger with me to "take a look" and of course I didn't... Better service at the Hyde Park Ave La Taqueria. Too bad because the Dedham one is in such a convenient location.

This place is a hidden jewel. Everything taste fresh. So far we have tried the smothered Burrito, shrimp Fajitas and the combo appetizer sampler. Draw back to the sampler was didn't seem like enough to satisfy the cost. But, I highly recommend the Avocado fries!!!! Delivery is fast and food hot.

7$ for a taco and not the amazing food and service it used to be. too bad won't refer again

I like potato chips. Who doesn't. However, not all are created equal. Wise blows away lays. Greasy discharge? Pass. I prefer regular pringles to sour cream and onion. That's what I dip the regular in. Forget Cape cod and Pringles. Not for me. One's stale, the other's fake. Doritos and Fritos are disqualified. Not potato. My favorite. Lay's Barbeque. Hands down. Today I went to La Taqueria in Roslindale. I also like taco's. I went with one beef, carne asada. One pork, al pastor, and one chicken, Tinga. I also got street corn, known as elote. Lime, sour cream, rice and refried beans came with. Everthing was great. Messy but tasty. The chicken tinga shined brighter and I couldn't put my finger on why. It's flavor was reminiscent of something. Then it came to me. The aftertaste was spot on Lay's Barbecue Potato Chips.

Tried this place for the first time since we were heading to Dedham and was craving Mexican. I got that birria tacos which looks good but it was just too salty for me. My husband tried the 3 tacos combo and he liked it. I did like their corn. Would try again for others things but not the birria

This restaurant has answered my prayers for delicious authentic Mexican food that is so hard to come by in New England! Everything was fresh, delicious, well portioned, and absolutely spectacular. We tried the street corn which was amazingly well seasoned and came with lots of Cotija. The jalapeno poppers were so creamy and the cilantro ranch dressing is simply a MUST. The Al Pastor they have is truly a marvel, the first that I've found in Mass that I actually love and recognizes the importance of pineapple. The quesadilla was fantastic. Guacamole is very fresh and very well seasoned. Birria Taco special is amazing, meat is very flavorful and dipping sauce is liquid gold. We truly ate ourselves into a small coma because everything was so delicious. I can't wait to explore more of their menu!! 10 out of 10.

First visit and not our last! Ordered Aztecs salad, Burrito and Steak fajita . Extremely fresh, excellent flavor and great portions. Place is spotless !! Very impressed

Our new go to for Mexican!! We had a big wait for our order (we ordered online on a Saturday), but everything came out fresh and delicious. We ordered a combination of burritos and tacos with chicken tinga and mango shrimp fillings, yucca fries, which were delicious and a kids meal. Thumbs up for offering kids meals for our picky eater. She loved her burger and fries! You can customize your taco toppings and the portions are quite hardy. I ordered 2 tacos and one was sufficient for a meal. They are packed with yummy ingredients. The other taco made excellent left overs the next day, wasn't soggy at all. Best of all we felt great after we ate it. Their food has a lot of flavor but it's not overly salty or heavy. Very excited about this new take out option. Great place!

Incredibly rude staff, food subpar. Terribly Americanized Mexican cuisine- will not come again. If you're looking for good food go to Amelias, panchos (around the corner), or los amigos.

Food is so good!!! Only downside is the location is terrible which can make the parking lot a war zone.

Update: food still good but since my review there are items that are on the menu that aren't available. Sometimes you order online and somethings you pay for aren't available either. Also, online there is an option to "not" include items or "add" items such as lettuce or sauces and they still add everything as if the order isn't read at all. I've been there in person picking up while seeing other customers being told they don't have anymore "item" and they include something else without asking you. If you place an order online, they should follow the order. If something isn't available, they should call you and ask if you want something else or a refund.

This was the best burrito I've had in years, and definitely the best in the Boston area. Everyone working there was very friendly, it was sanitary, and a cool atmosphere to it with some nice artwork. Definitely go here and check it out!

OMG! So good, I didn't even need the dressing! I added shrimp, corn, pickled onions, pico de gallo and cojita cheese. Do yourself a favor and go for it! Love, love, love.

While I wanted to take a star away as the service was less than pleasant, the food here is amazing. The street corn, nachos and tacos are some of the best I've had in this area. Prices are very reasonable. Parking is a bit tight as the lot is tiny but it's definitely worth the trip.

Forget about Chipotle! When you can get DOUBLE the portion, 10X BETTER flavor plus same speed and reliability of service, why waste your time and money on watered-down Mexican food? Get your Mexican fix here. You will thank me later

We ordered catering from the Dedham location. We tried the one in Roslindale, but the "manager of catering" never called me back after 2 days of waiting to take my order- hence the 4 stars. But we got a hold of the Dedham location easily and they gave soooo much food. I didn't realize how much food came with our order. Just so everyone knows- it DID come with lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, onions, limes, chips. I didn't think it did but it was a huge life saver. We will have leftovers for days! Ordered two meats, mixed vegetables, Mexican rice, and guacamole.

Not only was the food delicious and the service great, but two of the guys helped me get my car started when it wouldn't start. Truly a class act! Highly recommended and appreciated

I was super excited to try this place. The street corn was amazing and my boyfriend loved his chicken tings bowl, the potion was huge, however there was barely any rice or cheese, it was mostly just Chicken. I ordered a burrito with rice, beans, cheese, lettuce and sour cream, and they forgot to put the beans in it. I unwrapped the burrito and searched and there were no beans at all, it essentially was just a rice burrito the I ended up not eating which was disappointing. Everybody has off days so i would be willing to try again.

Recently moved to town and was so happy to see a local authentic Mexican spot with a menu with so diverse of options. My wife and I love the food. It's always fresh, made to order correctly and the contactless delivery is always on time with a call to note it has been left for us, which during covid is a nice perk. We've ordered the chips & guac, street corn, grilled chicken tacos, shrimp tacos, burritos, tinga chimichanga & other items and have yet to find anything we didn't like. Highly recommend!
