"Located at the Mexico City-inspired cocktail bar in South Austin, La Taquicardia is a trailer serving tacos, quesadillas, burritos, gorditas, and beyond. While flour tortillas are an option for the tacos, you’d be doing yourself a disservice by not ordering the excellent house-made blue corn tortillas. Tasty mexican food truck with options ranging from nachos, tacos, gorditas, quesabirria, and so much more. This food truck is located behind Lulu's in their back patio. Inside Lulu's, you'll find tasty cocktails and beers. Their tortillas are nixtamalized, and they use blue corn for an added touch. Their salsa are also amazing, so I highly encourage you give them a try. Taquicardia does have a second location I can't wait to try.

Delicious Mexican food from a mainstay food truck in the area. The service was quick, options varied, and prices fair. Everything our group got was great, I'd come back to Taquicardia wherever they were next.

Best barbacoa taco I’ve ever had. I was raised on the border to Mexico and only like authentic barbacoa and this place has it. The flour tortillas taste home made and are delicious. They serve a generous amount of guacamole in the guacamole and chips. The taco truck is located behind Parlay house and behind Lulu’s cantina. Their hours of operation are the same as lulus. Brunch Sat/Sun 12-4. Happy hour M-F 4-7.

Great food. Great staff. This lovely truck is a hidden gem outside of lulus. I’ve never been the this area but i loved everything about the truck and the Mexican aesthetic! The porch area reminded me of my grandmothers porch. 🥹 I got 2 taco plates w/ pastor tacos on flour. The tortilla and pork were amazing. I loved the seasoning. The plate came with rice and beans. The rice was a white basmati and the beans were black topped with queso fresco. The bean’s definitely needed some salt but that was provided for us in our to go bag! Will definitely be coming back again! 🫶

This food was AMAZING. We got the nachos, mole taco, & pastor taco. Each one was delicious and I think the mole was my favorite! Definitely recommend.

They deserve to be recognized as great but I don't want the quality or atmosphere to change. The drinks at Lulu (pure, in season, and fresh aqua fresca!) coupled with the food here is my new favorite Austin dining experience.
