True to its name, this place is all about tartare — of seafood, fish, beef, pork, and even dessert. The concept is unique and well executed. I tried 15 courses; all were nicely prepared and tasty. My absolute favorite was a beautifully balanced ceviche of seabass tartare with corn, pickled onion, and citrus sauce. Service was professional and patient, despite one waitress handling all four tables. I spent nearly three hours there and left very happy. They offer a three-course lunch menu too.
