La Taula Restaurant

Such a nice restaurant, we loved it. You get a menu for 29€ with starters, main course, dessert and drinks (water, coffee, champagne, wine). We ordered rabbit and shrimp for the main course and salmon tartare and goose for the starters. They all had a great taste. The staff is very well prepared and the restaurant is very classy and in a fancy vintage way. I would totally recommend it

I wish I had taken photos, but it was so delicious it was gone as soon as it arrived. The waitress was the wife of the chef. They serve a prefix menu that changes per season/month. The food was well cooked, delicious and came with unlimited house wine, which was also good. 100% recommend. I got the lamb shoulder and can’t recall everything else. I plan to go again and will update my review. UPDATE: can I just say this is such an underrated venue. It has the nicest owner and a genius chef in the kitchen. They have a fabulous unlimited wine option and you can’t beat this pricing for such a lovely dining experience. We had a mushroom risotto with ibérico ham, scallops cooked perfectly in a well seasoned broth topped with jamón and green beans, burrata pasta with shrimp, eggplant/onions with toasted pita (can’t recall the name of the bread used), brownie cake and white chocolate panacotta topped with passion fruit drizzle. I meant to take a picture of the menu with all the delicious dishes, but this will not be our last time going to enjoy their restaurant so next time I will.

Hidden gem in Saint Gervasi, I came here due to the reviews I have read and it was a very nice surprise. Tasty food, good portions, everything was correct and the service was fast and friendly. A must go if you are in the region!

They offer a menu for a fix price. Watch out thou...if you don't get all courses you pay full price anyway. I find it quite unfair. Moreover not in line with a no food waste approach. The squids were delicious.

The best main course in 2022 for me; 12 hour braised/oven baked shoulder of goat. If I could give 6 stars I would. Service impeccable. Food was the most sincere expression of home cooking I have had in a long time. A high note in the symphony of Barcelona cuisine. Ohhhh. And an amazing value to make this review that much more enjoyable to write.

What a wonderful little place! The menue is rather small, but very creative and special. The food was excellent, especially the beef. The service also was great, very friendly and attentive. And the price was very affordable, I wouldn’t have expected to eat so good for that price. The only thing I really regret is that the opening times make it impossible for me to come back again during my trip to Barcelona, at least for this time. I definitely hope to come back again.

We got the prix fixe menu, and everything was outstanding, with very generous portions and high quality ingredients. The people were friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and quiet. The leg of lamb and seafood paella were standouts. Get the chocolate torta.

First night in barcelona and we got Excellent traditional food and wine at great prices, loved it! Definitely worth a visit if you are in the area!
