Well located inside the garden, this French restaurant serves some classic local dishes. It's tasty and well prepared, although a bit overpriced, it's a convenient spot especially if you have kids! They have children books, colored pencils and high chairs 👌the staff is also pretty friendly 😊

Great cafe/restaurant with friendly staff and fast service. As I write this I am realizing that La Terrasse de Madame was actually the first meal I had the pleasure of experiencing my very first time in Paris. I was staying at Hotel Luxembourg not too far away, so prior to my travel I had looked up restaurants in the nearby area that I could possibly enjoy a nice lunch after a very long day of travel from Chicago. I discovered La Terrasse de Madame nestled in Luxembourg Garden. Being from America, and this being my first time in Paris I wasn't quite sure about what different restaurants had to offer however I was excited about trying this place. La Terrasse de Madame exceeded my expectations in atmosphere, food/drink selection, and hospitality. The cafe felt classically cozy and made me immediately feel at home while away from home. The atmosphere wasn't fast-paced and encouraging of people grab food or coffee and go about their day. The environment encouraged you to stay and enjoy your food and conversation. We even sat near a grandmother reading to her young grandson. There was a great selection of food, fresh fruit juices, wine, teas, coffee, and everything we had was great. The great food quality, hospitality and ambiance was much appreciated and I hope to one day return. Thank you for being a great host to an international traveler always looking for great places to eat La Terrasse de Madame!

Drinks are served in paper cup yet it’s a bit pricey. Matche Latte is plain and too sugary.

nice café/restaurant inside of jardin de luxembourg. even though it is a bit pricey, everything tasted really good and the atmosphere on the terrace is perfect!

Nice place, friendly service. Tourist prices but actually good food. Still pretty expensive for the portion size. But definitely a nice location so that works in their benefit. Would come again though.

Located in a dream place. Taking a meal in the middle of the garden is just gorgeous. The dishes are not spectacular, quite the reverse, but they make the deal. Price is not as crazy as one might expect. If you're a tourist and you can afford a 17€ hamburger, go ahead.

I decided to go into the restaurant because of its nice looks, however I found a huge disappointment. Even though their staff was very nice, that did not make up for the immense lack of quality. I ordered the “entrecôte”, which was probably the worst meat I’ve ever been served. It was full of fat pieces that made it hard to cut. Not only that, but they brought it too me surprisingly fast and completely cold. Which only means it was pre-grilled, who knows when.. mind you, this was a 26€ plate. Conclusion: tourist trap

The worst place we have been to whist here. The food was fine, but it took 45 minutes to get it. Our server was extremely rude and was unable to smile at all. Anytime we asked him for something he seemed pissed off. We did not feel welcome at all and we will NEVER be visiting this place again. I am extremely disappointed. You should avoid this place at all costs. By far the RUDEST service in paris.
