Restaurant in a nice setting, thoughtfully decorated. Serveurs à little stuffy with not a touch of humour, maybe that was their instruction but not too welcoming. Menu confusing layout which lead to not understanding how many dishes proposed. Nice proposition and everything beautifully presented and not too much of the oh so fashionable mousse. Ingredients obviously quality and cooking at high level except for the beef which was requested bleu but arrived well done. I think that's party the fault of their tasting menu which offers several starters, mains and with reduced portions, so obviously cooking a very very small piece of beef or recooking a bigger piece leads to over cooking. They need to rethink this a bit. Obviously trying to reach a high level and week on the way there but they need to chill and enjoy themselves more. Look forward to following their progress.
