Shocked and pleasantly surprised that a food truck at the gas station was soo soo good and worth the visit. The portions are huge. Everything was so tasty. The birria tacos was so well seasoned it didn’t even need the consommé. The spicy shrimp indeed was spicy but was so tasty. I am a little surprised this place isn’t more heavily reviewed. Will definitely be back!

Food is great. The server was super friendly. Oh the the portions are amazing. Believe me this fat guy likes to eat, and they absolutely delivered.

This is definitely the BEST Mexican food I’ve ever had from a truck. They should open a restaurant. Sooo much flavor and lots of options. I’ll be back as much as possible.

I ordered the birria torta and two al pastor tacos via DoorDash. I was really excited, but that honestly was the worst al pastor taco I’ve ever had in my life. The meat was SO DRY and BLAND. I don’t say that often about food, but it literally tasted like cardboard. I don’t know if it was old, or maybe just an off batch, but of the hundreds of al pastor tacos I’ve had in my life, it’s officially on the bottom of the list. The torta was… okay. The birria fell flat — I’ve had better but it wasn’t terrible, it just fell short on flavor. It seemed like the rest of the sandwich comprised of iceberg lettuce. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed considering the rave reviews and that I want to support local restaurants. But ultimately, the torta was below average and the tacos were absolutely terrible. Probably won’t return.

I’ve walked past this place so many times and I finally had a chance to grab something to eat. Got the carne asada fries and a chicken quesadilla. Both we so good! I’m definitely going to be back for more

food here is 3/5, quesadilla is fine, but burritos are bland af…meat is really veiny/streaky, rice is not seasoned enough (or at all?)

As someone from SoCal, I've been looking for a good Mexican place around here. It's a taco truck next to the gas station, not the best location, but easy to get to. This place was perfect, taco tuesday had great prices, and the tacos were perfectly sized and flavored. The red salsa was so flavorful and perfectly spicy. I'm definitely coming back and bringing my family from Cali when they come up and visit xD

Amazing tacos! What an amazing find! I love their chicken tacos so crispy and lots of flavors! The employees are friendly. It's a taco truck located outside of this Chevron. I highly recommend them!

I knew I shouldn't have eaten the food as soon as I noticed a strange odor in my taco... It led to hours of vomiting and diarrhea.

I can only speak to this spot for their birria. While my boyfriend and I enjoy their queso-birria tacos, we found ourselves liking them more as regular tacos rather than birria tacos. The birria didn't quite stand out--it tasted more like carnitas in both texture and flavor. The meat wasn't super soft and flavorful like I've had it at other places. That said, the tacos are generously loaded with meat, which we appreciated, but the consomé was disappointing. It lacked flavor and was overly oily. I wouldn't recommend the birria ramen either--it's essentially just ramen noodles in the same bland and oily consomé. As for service, the guy working is always super friendly, and the food comes out quickly, which is a definite plus. We've been here a few times and will continue to stop by for a quick taco fix since it's just two minutes away from us. However, it's not a place we'd rave about or go out of our way for--it's just okay. One thing to note: on two separate occasions, we found the place closed even though their hours online and on the door said they should be open. Now, I always call ahead to make sure they're actually open before heading over.

I discovered La Tia Angelina when I saw this food truck parked at a gas station on my way to Redmond from Bellevue, as it's located right off of Bel-Red road. After some research of this food truck (thanks, Yelpers!), I learned they offer $1.50 tacos on Tuesday. SOLD. Obviously, I visited on a Tuesday to check out these tacos and the friendly employee let me know that they offer street tacos every Tuesday for $1.50 and you can choose whatever protein for it. I ended up ordering eight street tacos for my partner and me. We got two of the asada, al pastor, carnitas and the birria tacos and had a side of consommé with. The street tacos were solid, and liked the amount of cilantro and onions on the soft corn tortillas with the meat. Of the bunch, I liked the carnitas the most. They had good flavor to it, especially with the red salsa they provide, which was spicy! The consommé though is the winner here. The broth had a ton of flavor from the simmering meat. It's worth trying. The menu features some other items though that I gotta try for another visit, even if it's not Taco Tuesday, like the birria ramen! Since the consommé was so darn good, I can only imagine this ramen to be delicious as the consommé as its base. They also feature a birria grilled cheese, which they provide consommé for dipping. Get outta here, tomato soup! There are also the classic quesadillas, tortas, burritos, etc. There's a lot to choose from, so I shall be back.

This was a food truck at a charity run - service was quick and the tacos were good. I had half then and half that evening- all in all a good value for good food.

Huge portions. Service is friendly. Pricing is great. Will definitely be back. Best taco truck in the area.

Taco Tuesday!! I was happy to find La Tia Angelia. I was super tempted by the Birria grilled cheese on sourdough AND the Birria Ramen. I'm obsessed with great Birria anything, but i love a Birria taco with cheese, so that's what I ordered AND it was Taco Tuesday, so ya gotta. Great service! I ordered from the truck and he brought it to my car. So flavorful!! I t didn't come with consome but they were very moist, so it worked it fine and I didn't miss it.

Best tacos in Bellevue by a mile. Great customer service and the meat, tortillas and salsa is on point.

So delicious and CHEAP! Prices may have risen over the summer because tacos are now $3.00 each instead of $2.50, but still cheap in my book. They give you a lot of meat and toppings in the tacos so you can have a great meal for ~$10 and leave with a full stomach. Only thing they could improve on is I wish they would give you napkins as tacos tend to get pretty messy to eat, but that's just a nit-picky thing. Would come back for more!

Best tacos in Bellevue! Lets go yelpers go give this place a try! I highly recommend. All the tacos Ingot were just incredible. My daughter also love hers.

TACO TUEEEESDAY All Tacos for $1!!! I will comeback even if its not Tuesday, cuz their tacos are very tasty and so freakin delicious. These people are so nice too, while I was waiting outside for my tacos they offered me a soup for free. What a kind man! Anyway y'all should try their asada fries its so bomb and the tacos too!!!

This review is long overdue. Tia Angelina catered a teacher appreciation luncheon for 65 people at our Bellevue public school and did a wonderful job. They were communicative and very willing to work with our budget and dietary constraints. Catering delivery was prompt and the food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommended!

my friends and i had such an amazing experience here. i got the birria ramen, and my friends got the torta and the birria tacos which were all incredible! the service was amazing too. they even gave us some of their new menu item to sample which were birria egg rolls that were so fire. definitely coming back to get those when they're on the menu!! 10/10 experience :)

Stopped by their truck parked at the Chevron corner of Bel-Red. Glad I did because I have been looking for good quesabirria since I moved up here from SoCal years back. The service was great - they were kind enough to offer delivering the food to my car but I chose to wait outside cause I got mad love for these kinds of businesses. The consomme was good and I was delightfully surprised they packed the tacos full of meat. Definitely will visit them again soon and I look forward to trying their carne asada fries. Cheers!

Oh wow! Just had their tacos. DELICIOUS!!! Best tacos I've had in my life. Feels like homemade, full or flavor and best crispy tortilla. This place newly opened and is now my favorite taco place!

Great service, kind workers. Got tacos Al pastor but they were smothered with oil, cinnamon and cloves . Prefer it elsewhere, wouldn't recommend.

Order asada and Al pastor tacos. Added cheese to the Al pastor, they forgot the cheese. Extremely dry tacos with cheap tortillas and minimal meat. They were nice though :(

Wow! Yummmmmmyyyy! Best tacos I have ever had. The meat has so much flavor and you can taste the freshness in the other ingredients. This is my new favorite taco and burrito place. You have to try it! You won't be disappointed. It is a cheap eat, for the amount of food you get. The people that run the truck are so nice and helpful. I did not know what I wanted, but they recommended the birria. I had never tried that before. The meat is marinated and super tender.

I ate tons of street tacos in LA and was looking for something in the Bellevue/Redmond area. It's a small taco truck at the side of the gas station. Prices for the tacos are reasonable ($2.50 each) and they taste pretty good. Food was prepared very quickly also. The tortillas were made well, but I found the carnitas a little bland and the asada a bit too fatty for me. The chicken taco I tried was very solid. Toppings were excellent. I will definitely be coming back--great value and overall good taste + experience!

My boyfriend and I went here yesterday and the guy which I believe is the owner was super nice and helpful! The carne tacos and birria tacos were so good and it's definitely good quality! If you're ever in the area, please come and give it a try :)

Please don't flag this, it is a real review. This truck is the best around by far. Prices are low for what you get and you would need to travel at least 1000 miles to get a better birra taco and consume. Tortas are exceptional as well... The owner is hard working and really cares about his product, opening up after working his regular job all day. 10 stars, if I could...

We decided to try a new place, so we went here we got the Birria Tacos with some consome and asada fries, both are really good. The service was really good we highly recommend.
