"White Night Beach Party La Toubana, one of Guadeloupe’s most exclusive beachfront hotels, hosts a white night beach party every Sunday around its infinity pool and beach. Open to the public but with the white beachwear requirement enforced, the outdoor event includes an international DJ spinning the latest tunes on one of the archipelago’s most beautiful beaches. There's a sumptuous all-inclusive buffet if you arrive before 2 p.m. and pay 50 euros, otherwise the cover charge is 25 euros."

This place is heaven on earth! We stayed 4 nights for our honeymoon, and our villa was AMAZING! Super spacious and well-appointed. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was massive. Plenty of space in the closet for our belongings, and the mini-bar was well stocked. We loved having a small selection of local treats to try as well. The plunge pool and deck were so luxurious that we never wanted to leave. The food is incredible at the restaurant, bar, and beach club. The drinks are also to die for. We loved our couples massage -- much needed after the long flight. The service is unparalleled. Check-in was a breeze, and we got a great tour of the property. Our room had a beautiful welcome gift for our honeymoon. And everyone on staff was so helpful in navigating the area and providing suggestions. We hope to be back very soon!

We stayed at La Toubana Hotel & Spa for 13 nights in April 2025 as a family with two kids and had a fantastic time. The resort is beautiful, with lush landscaping, stunning views, a private beach, and a spectacular infinity pool. The poolside beach bar offers breathtaking views over the sea-truly spectacular. The restaurant is excellent, led by a professional chef, which guarantees high-quality food. The menu features tasty dishes, including Creole and French cuisine, and while the wine list is a bit limited, the selection is good. There’s also a beach snack bar for light lunches and cocktails right by the water. The spa and amenities are top-notch, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Concierge services are very efficient and made our stay easy to organize. The only downsides are the high prices (expected for a luxury resort) and that some areas could use a bit of renovation. Overall, you feel very comfortable and relaxed here, whether with kids or as a couple. After researching other options, I think this is the best resort in Guadeloupe for a high-end, relaxing holiday. Highly recommended-just go!

The stay exceeded our expectations. Everything was excellent and the place is magnificent. Beautiful beach with very comfortable sunbeds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Always with a smile! We booked a bungalow with a small pool and seaview. The food is creative and very well tasting. It was fabulous and we would be happy to come back!

hip boutique hotel with fantastic staff, great food and wonderful accommodations. The staff will do anything they can to make sure you’re comfortable. The views are fantastic. The beach area was cozy but great for cooling off in. The drink selection was fantastic. Would def stay here again.

My wife and I, traveled to Guadaloupe and stayed a La Toubana for three nights. |What a wonderful experience! The hotel itself is beautiful, views are breathtaking and the suite extremely spacious. The lovely beach down below is just a corner of paradise with a dedicated area for the hotel guests. |Food was great in both restaurants. Yet, what really went above and beyond our expectations was the service. Every staff member is so accommodating and polite, genuine and pleasant at every interaction.|I truly recommend staying here and I look forward to our next visit! ||Well done everybody:)

The resort is beautiful - the setting, the high spots near the pool, the cove they have created and protect...the service at "La Plage" restaurant is great as is the food.|The food and service at the Grande Bleu is average. And, the menu is pretty limited throughout the resort. Especially, if you're hungry between meal times. Breakfast should be a bit grander with more fruit and healthy options AND coffee and tea service with sweet "Good Mornings!" It felt as if it is designed for minimal staff interactions. Too bad for us as we love connecting with our hosts.|The front desk staff is great! The coordination of activities is great. Our room was frustratingly small - but the worst was they did NOT honor the "Do Not Disturb" requests. Even when our tag was on our unit door! |Lastly, the Fitness Center is in sharp contrast to everything else about this gorgeous place. With just a few improvements, they could really have a gem!! Three pieces of equipment are unsecured to the floor, which makes them wobble dangerously. The AC fan whines painfully all the time. The set-up is awkward and there are no light dumbbells or other small tools that could really round out the movement options. It's a shame, really. Because a great workout spot is key to a restorative vacation...and then you can indulge in the Spa! (Which we heard was nice...)

First the great points - beautiful hotel with stunning views out across the bays, bar staff fabulous, friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and professional- thanks to Christopher and his great team. Rooms (we had junior garden suite) lovely with good facilities as expected in a 5 star hotel. A reasonable stroll to the beach a bit of a climb back but very short and transport could be arranged if needed.|Now the gripes which prevented a 5 rating these are the things that irked us may be they wouldn’t others. The food offering at the bar is poor we were there for 2 weeks and it didn’t change we of course went out and about and didn’t eat at the hotel daily but when we did with an ala carte restaurant or pool bar to chose from if you didn’t want a full on dining experience then the bar only offered a limited snack menu which stayed the same irrespective of time of day or eve - dips with toast, pizza or fried balls. At the beach the menu was more varied with salads why not offer this at the bar or fruit kebabs, grilled fish kebabs, grilled chicken etc. |Getting about is difficult - car hire very expensive although we knew this before we left so was prepared. However what we weren’t prepared for was taking a taxi arranged by the hotel to Sainte Anne that cost 45 euro more than one we picked up from the local rank…. Needless to say we only arranged it through them once and made our own arrangements for a taxi other times - wasn’t the easiest as French very limited but with google translate we managed it.

Only real 5 stars in Guadeloupe. It is nice, with amazing point of views. You will have a good time and gorgeous sunrise. But overall, and I want to be clear this is totally unrelated to the hotel (whose staff is almost only from metropolitan France anyway): because located in Guadeloupe, it is much more expensive than the same thing on another island which doesn't have French high wages for employees. You can find much more luxurious hotel for the same price in Saint Lucia, Dominica etc. And with more staff and better, quicker service. And always the same problem in Guadeloupe with an often bad attitude from locals toward tourists and particularly if you are not black (obviously you will meet lovely people but you will meet many more where you will feel totally unwelcome and not willing to make any effort for whatever product/service they provide). Been going to Guadeloupe for 30 years every other year: gorgeous island, beautiful history, finally a nice hotel, but the local attitude combined with high prices for everything make it low on the carribean islands to visit if it is your first or second time there. If you have decided to go to Guadeloupe, it is the best hotel on the island. Worth knowing if you are a big party they also have several villas with 3 or 4 bedrooms you can rent with also amazing view and full hotel service.
