I placed a large order through their website. A few minutes later, the restaurant called to say the driver had arrived, but the food wasn’t ready, and asked if I wanted to contact the driver to wait at least 30 minutes. As a customer, I shouldn’t have to do that when ordering through their own platform. They sent another driver, and the food arrived an hour and a half later—but one of the items was missing. The food itself was good, but their customer service needs urgent improvement.
