I have been ordering coffee from La vela for years, and their consistency, quality, priced and customer service is unparalleled. Any time I have had an issue their customer service team has immediately responded and gone over and above my expectations to right wrongs. I recommend them to any of my friends who I’ve turned on to the home espresso game. I buy their blends with every order, and enjoy their rotating seasonal single origins as well. Can’t say enough positive things about this company. La Vela is top notch.

We showed up thinking this was a coffee shop but it’s actually the roasting facility for the brand, not a coffee shop. Regardless, Leonardo was so incredibly nice and immediately opened the gate to offer us whatever coffee we wanted. It was genuinely one of the best coffees I’ve ever had in Miami. Thank you La vela!

Was recommended by a friend to try their coffee and I love it. Setup a monthly subscription, first package got lost but their customer service team was impeccable and they were able to send a new package over. Great service and tasty coffee.

Coffee is really good, but I think your shop or catering truck is infested with roaches. Saw one come out of your catering cart at a company event. It happens, which is why it's still 4 stars.

This coffee is absolutely delicious!! So smooth and creamy. Really easy and enjoyable to drink even for those who are sensitive to caffeine or acidity. The beans are so top quality that it tastes good anyway you make it - hot, cold, etc. Unlike most coffee, you can actually taste the different flavors in this blend, all of which mix together so well. Significantly better than any blend at Starbucks or Dunkin. This coffee is so good you'll want to start making coffee at home everyday!! Cannot recommend enough.

Salamon, the owner, was amazing to accodate me and make me a coffee. Their facility as roaster is nice and they do catering events and delivery. Great quick interaction and great cappuccino!
