Ordered delivery from this place. I've had chimis before from only one other place across the state. They are by far one of my favorite "hamburgers" and i'll try them anywhere I go. I got the el original chimi and a big papi hotdog. The hotdog was the messier thing i've ever eaten but it was DELICIOUS, not to mention all beef. It was packaged well and arrived intact. The chimi however... it was disappointing. It lacked flavor. The patty lacked the ground beef texture. The sandwich was served in a small sandwich bag. All of the toppings were at the bottom of the sandwich. I wouldn't get a chimi from here again but I would definitely get their loaded hotdog again for sure, and I'd try other items on their menu.

I couldn't figure out what I wanted to eat but decided to stop by this food truck. Growing up in Stamford this was definitely something new to see. I ordered The Boss chimi which including bacon and jalapeño, so it's a step from the el original. When I say YALL...this shit slapped aka it's was BUSSIN BUSSIN aka it's was absolutely delicious!!! Honestly didn't even know what a chimi was but after the owners described it, I had to try it for myself & I have no regrets. Perfect meal before my nap. Will definitely be back to try more items. Aside from the food, the customer service was delightful. They were very honest and veered me in the perfect direction. Love love love
