La Victoria Review - East Dallas - Dallas - The Infatuation

"La Victoria in East Dallas opens up at 7am, which is great if you typically wake up at an hour most people reserve for getting to the airport. Drag a friend who needs a reason to get up early and order a classic breakfast burrito or something funkier, like the crunchy Dom’s Delight with bacon, eggs, guac, onion, and peanuts. Whichever you choose, grab a pork tamale for a snack later on. And if you’re not the type to get up before sunrise, don’t sweat—you can pop by for lunch before they close at 2pm." - Gabe Bergado

I’ve had multiple situations where I went to go purchase a coffee ask for a small coffee with milk and was served milk in chunks was obviously 🙄 expired also bought one empanada and I found a rock inside of it then went another time bought 6 empanada’s and the dough was raw was served with a lot of cooking oil and wasn’t fully cooked I wasn’t gonna place bad review but due to the back to back situations I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this situation.

If you want small barely stuffed, mostly potato, stale overcooked empanadas with super vinegar hot sauce then come here.

We visited La Victoria Restaurant in Clifton, NJ, for the first time today and had an excellent experience. The food was delicious and fresh, with incredible flavor. The prices were relatively reasonable, and the restaurant is conveniently located. This place is a hidden gem in Clifton. We especially appreciated that everything is made from scratch, making it truly special. 10/10. We will definitely visit more often. Thank you!

Man, this spot is 🔥. The empanadas are on point every single time, and the pasteles are stuffed with flavor like no other. Service is always mad friendly too — they make you feel like you’ve been coming here forever. Definitely my go-to Colombian bakery!

Everything we’ve tried is delicious! Anything you have to wait for trust me it’s worth the wait!! The empanadas are out of this world. Homemade soups are delicious. I could go on and on. Don’t miss this experience. OK, so how do you post?

La Victoria tiene un excellente menu para sus fiestas! We got an amazing graduation dinner for 25 people that was chicken with mushroom, spinach rice and pork with tamarind sauce and Colombian pasta with Greek yogurt and fruit Everything was so yummy and fresh all our guests enjoyed it

La lechona is excellent! Tasty pork belly filled with rice and pigeon peas. Worth the experience.

I went on saturday to get the lechona (supposedly they make it on that specific day). The food smelled and tasted like old and reheated. Nothing like what they show on social media which is what i expected to find

Yelp
I was so excited to try La Victoria and it did not miss! The woman I placed the order with over the phone was so helpful! When I went it to get my food the owner was there and he was so kind! I've been to his other restaurants too and they are all top notch. This was my first time trying a Arepa de Chocolo y queso and I think I like it better than a regular arepa. The pan de bono was soooo good! And I loved the cheese empanada. It is a small but cute bakery with a homey vibe. 10/10!

Yelp
They bought out Homemade Piroges. They still use the same recipes. The outside of the building is different. I bought the Piroges. They are exactly the same. The people inside the store where very friendly. A young gentleman came out and talked to me.
