Just amazing and authentic Mexican food. Loved the Tacos, just like in Mexico. Most people will not even go close to this place because it's a hole in the wall type of joint but if you don't you will miss out.

A great little find! Tortas are often few and far between, but the ones here were absolutely delicious. Before your meal, they bring chips, salsa, cilantro, onions, and limes — incredible. We ordered tortas al pastor and the fajita quesadilla, all amazing. Fresh, authentic, and a menu with variety! Incredible horchata, some of the best I’ve ever had. Great service, lowkey ambiance, clean. Wonderful experience!

Really like this local gem. Nothing fancy, quaint decor. Good authentic hand made south of the border opportunity to sample. Homemade salsa, tortillas, good taste. Salsa served with extra ingredients to let you flavor to taste, great idea. If you want romantic this may not it, but if you want good food served by folks who care. Try this place. Menu says since 2001 have been in business.

La Victoria is hands down my favorite restaurant in Hartsville! My wife and I like it so much that we are here for our joint birthday dinner. The food is always fresh and delicious and the service is excellent. I've never had a bad experience here and I highly recommend it!!

Apparently 5000 people saw my last photo, so I thought I'd give a bit of explanation this time. Hartsville is a small town, and it's full of growth potential. However, where we need no growth is La Victoria. Ever since I've stepped through the doors almost two years ago, this has become my Mecca that I visit on a weekly basis. I have never been to a restaurant that is so efficient and delivers such consistently good food, at a damn steal of a price too. I would still come here if everything on the menu was $20, just maybe a little less often for my wallet's sake. Not many places can you say that, if your order was brought out wrong, you went through a journey of discovery. I don't know how to end this except by saying: if you don't like Mexican food, come here and see if they can change your mind. They sure changed mine. With that, I leave you all with this picture of an empty plate.

The cook is from Zacatecas, and as such it’s different from what I’m used to eating. I prefer Oaxacan cuisine or food from the Sonora area in Mexico. The restaurant was spotless; the waitress was very sweet, although her English is somewhat limited. This is where the local Hispanic population in Hartsville eats. The food is authentic. Prices aren’t bad either.

These tacos are a 10, I will definitely be going back! I'm looking forward to trying other things on the menu!

We went by on Thursday evening, did not look like they were open at 5:30. There was a man painting the name beside the entry door. We decided to visit Casa Nueva instead.

If you like real authentic Mexican this is the place!! Food was excellent service is great!! I will go back again and again!!!

Ordered a torta con asada. I have to admit it was surprisingly very good! Full of flavor. I live 3 hours from the Mexican border in Texas and have to say this was the best torta I've ever had.

Tacos are mid, they don't give you extra lime and ignore you when you ask for more. They have an authentic Mexican restaurant feel and the Arepas are good.

Enjoyed dinner last evening with my two Stephen's. Enjoyed trying a New Mexican place. It is definitely a mom and pop place. The meal was great! Served both green and red sauce with fresh made chips. The meals take a little longer to prepare because they are prepared fresh and you can really taste the difference. The restaurant decor is very understated but very clean. Will definitely make this my New Mexican restaurant in Hartsville from now on.

Legit Mexican food from beautiful hard working ladies. Everything hand made. I wish I had you guys at home. We are a touring dance company and we will return here for dinner tonight. Not many options on Sunday and Monday for dinner in Hartsville. Thank you for saving us from fast food.

Very delicious! Was passing through coming home from the beach and this place really hit the spot. The food was really fresh and the workers were very friendly. Good vibes all around.

I almost don't want to write a review. This is a place I'd like to keep to myself. I have driven past this place a thousand times and never stopped. That was a mistake, food is good, authentic feeling atmosphere.

Small mom and pop authentic Mexican restaurant with great food. This is no taco bell. It's the real deal. Only problem is you'll drive past it if you're not careful. It doesn't look fancy but it's very clean and you will be glad you came. Great prices too

I live in Sumter and this place is amazing. It reminds me of Los Angeles. The food is authentic and truly delicious. You can tell if the Mexican Restaurant is authentic if it serves Menudo and how legit it is by how good the menudo is....and it is. I just wish they had pozole. Overall, I plan on eating here time and time again. Thank you La Victoria for sharing your culture and food with the South. It's hard to find authentic Mexican food within a 50 mile radius.

I would have never thought that this place was in business by the looks of it from outside. However a friend took my husband here and he loved it. He grew up near Mexico. He said it is authentic Mexican. He took me here and I really liked it too. It's nothing fancy, but the food is really good. I will go again.
