Been going to La Victoria in Hayward for a long time at their old location. Liked going there. Everything was pretty and prices were decent but once they moved and built their new modern restaurant on Mission, the prices were raised a lot. I guess the cost for the new -pace and inflation, I guess. This location has enough private parking and place is really fancy with lots of lights and can be seen from the main road on Mission Blvd. Can’t miss it. I love their super nacho fries with carne asada meat. Their fries are a little larger but not steak fries. Sometimes, the fries are a little soggy and other times, the fries are crispy and good when it’s soaked with all the ingredients on top. They are not consistent. I like their super flour quesadillas with carne asada as well but it’s more like a super burrito to me. The flour tortilla is cooked or fried and crunchy, just the way I like it. I like their tacos as well. Better eaten at the restaurant as there have plenty of seats and not always full, and you eat everything fresh. I see more people take to go from here. I always get their famous orange sauce in the bottle to bring home so I can add it to my other other dishes. It’s so good and makes my dishes spicy. Don’t leave this place without it. Service here is quick and food is pretty good. When I get that craving, I do come here.

(See recent update)Good and so far a dependable taqueria to sit down and have dinner at. We normally get the burritos and or burrito bowls which are burritos basically without the wrapping. The grilled chicken is really delicious. We also have the watermelon agua fresca and we will undoubtedly return within the next few weeks. Update Oct 4, 2024. Ordered up a couple of super burritos, with salsa, guacamole and sour cream. All of which either thinly applied or non existent. The pineapple agua fresca was perfect. Disappointed tonight. Not usual as we've eaten here at least a dozen times since my initial review and everything was good.

Ordered the flautas and they were pretty good. Sauce was tasty and location is nice and new. Overall good for quick mexican food.

Beautiful spot. Parking can be limited. Burritos are very good, and the orange sauce is good. My ex showed me this spot. Sienna, if you see this, no, I don't miss you. I don't regret that I broke up with you. I have never been better. P. S - I should've asked for that black wooden box back. But whatever. Anyway the food is good. Inside feels luxurious for a taqueria. Staff is nice. Would recommend to others.

Literally drove out of my way to grab a Al Pastor Super burrito and to buy a couple of bottles of La Vics famous orange sauce! Did not disappoint!

I’m not sure why this place is rated below 4 stars. For how busy this spot is, and my own experience, should be about a 4.4 star. Definitely had better food elsewhere so I can’t go any higher. The prices are a lil high, but you go to Taco Bell and it’s worse quality and probably more expensive. I like this spot.

Yesterday I got 2 veggie burritos and of the veggie burrito had a plastic wrapper inside. I took a bite and realized it wasn’t dissolving, I spat it out and saw that it was a big chunk of plastic wrapper. This was a horrible experience!! How does a chunk that big of a plastic wrapper even get inside a burrito? Do the workers not realize what they are stuffing inside a burrito? This is ridiculous! I will never be eating from this place ever again! Zero quality assurance and this could have been health and safety hazard. Anyone could have choked on it!
