I stayed at La Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés in a Deluxe Double Room for 5 nights in March 2025 and absolutely loved it! This boutique hotel is truly wonderful. It was fully renovated very recently, and it shows.||All of the staff are super friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Julio on the concierge desk who was always ready with a smiling morning/afternoon/evening greeting (he seemed to be there constantly!).||The room itself (Deluxe Double Room) was lovely and comfortable with all of the modern conveniences you would expect, and more! ||Heated bathroom floor! The largest and plushest bath towels of any hotel I've even stayed in anywhere in the world - and I'm not exaggerating! ||Two large screen TV's. ||Brand new coffee maker and kettle. And somehow the kettle boils water in the quietest way I've ever come across! ||Super fast WiFi - that never dropped out. ||Fabulous heating/cooling system that is controlled by a modern wall mounted unit. It takes a little working out (Julio showed me how to use it, when he ushered me to my room upon arrival), but once you get the hang of it, it's brilliant. ||Great artworks on the walls, with a hardcover book in the room that tells you the history behind each one and who the artist was. I found this super interesting and it added to the overall "specialness" of the room.||Plenty of desk space and power outlets for plugging all of your devices into. ||A lovely two seater leather couch to relax on. ||Beautifully comfortable king size bed. ||A turn-down service at night (with complimentary snack items). ||I unfortunately didn't get to eat breakfast in the hotel dining room, but it looked very good (as I headed out the front door each morning)! ||The hotel location is magnificent. I'd not stayed in this part of the 6th before, and I can assure you, I will now stay nowhere else whenever I'm in Paris. Fabulous cafe's & restaurants (including the world famous Les Deux Magots), boutique shops, and historical sites all within easy walking distance of the hotel. ||In future, I absolutely won't be staying anywhere else other than at La Villa Saint-Germain-des-Prés whenever I am in Paris. ||A truly wonderful boutique hotel.
