Great location and view in Annecey. Inside the hotel excellent food, very comforting and formal environment. Great staff and service and still best thing will be food. It’s great experience travelling in French parts of Switzerland and in France too where you enjoy these places. This is the beauty of French cuisine, they have a passion to be best in food and they make many places worth your time and money and most importantly the calories. I am surprised every time I discover a new place, how different they are from each other. Salmon tartare and beef steak were the best of all. Great collection of wines… enjoy

Good service and pleasant interior and views over the lake. Free parking available at the hotel for customers. Waiter spoke several languages and was friendly plus he had good knowledge of the dishes available. Booking was a struggle as the person answering the phone didn’t speak English, nevertheless i called the hotel and spoke to a kind helpful lady their that was able to make the booking. The booking cost €80 and had to be confirmed via email. Overall was a pleasant experience for Sunday lunch. Be warned the lunch on Sunday operates 12-2pm.

We have been to this restaurant in the summer of 2017, 2019 and now 2020 - all the special occasions. We visited this restaurant on July 18th for a birthday dinner (and the reason we came to Annecy). We arrived at 8:30pm for our reservation but did not receive even our first course for 1 hour. We repeatedly had to ask for water, bread etc. as the waitstaff was no where to be seen. At 85 euros per person for the menu, the meal + service was appalling. In previous visits, we received the cheese tray with our own options. This year is was a frozen piece or something covered in nuts and extremely disappointing. Also, they do not keep the wine at your table. Even half of our bottle of red "somehow disappeared" after having 2 glasses during the meat course, the bottle (which they saved), came back empty. When we asked where the rest of the bottle was, the sommelier told us they would never mix up someone's wine and stormed off. Then how come we didn't see them finish the bottle after two pours?? This was also after our waitress misplaced our water and tried to say we had finished a bottle of Chateldon when we had more than half remaining. When we raised these issues to the manager, he did nothing to make our experience better. In the end, my husband paid 285 euros for a meal which I cried during based on the treatment by the staff. The view is amazing, but unfortunately we will never come back. There are many beautiful and excellent restaurants in Annecy which are much more worth the visit.

21 February 2019, we had the menu "degustation" for lunch. Except for the first plate, the food was very good. The cookings of the meat was perfect, but the waiters mixed up the plates. For one course, we had to ask for forks and knifes because they forgot to provide them.... I had the wine forfait "V60e" and my wife had two individual glasses. One selection of white wine was from Austria which was a bit disappointing since France has so many excellent wines.

Terrace is beautiful, but service outside was terrible the day we went. Staff was sweet but incredible slow for everything. We waited around 30 min for drinks and even longer for food. Food was fine when it arrived :-) Amazing location though and I can’t say anything about the restaurant inside.

A great place with an amazing view on the lake. We took the 5 course menu, which was superb (but the mises en bouche were just ok, nothing special). Service was excellent. Overall great but overly pricey.

Very very slow service. 45 min wait to get drinks..
