We regrettably went this to this place last night. Only came for a beer before a concert at the arena one time, but decided to dine in this time with my wife. It has a great vibe and atmosphere, but that’s where anything good ends… 1. The lower bar wooden tables that seat four are incredibly wobbly. I can’t imagine why. Kind of hard to watch your beer shake because the table decides to swivel from side to side when you touch it. 2. The young staff (bartenders and runners) behind the bar gossiped, munched on snacks, and played on their phones any chance they could, rather than making eye contact with customers to at least get a sense if anyone needed anything. 3. We had a random bartender (?) come up and ask US what we ordered. Huh? Then, what looked to be a manager (guy in his 40s with a ball cap and beard) walk to our table with a plate of fries and ask if we ordered them before delivering it to another table. Again, huh? You’re running a restaurant and don’t know who ordered what? 4. The food was downright awful. How any restaurant in Buffalo can mess up a Beef on Weck is stunning to me. Rock hard, burnt roll. Processed, lunchmeat-type beef (not shaved like you get anywhere else here) that was brown/black and dry. Fries were the frozen, spiral kind you can get at Tops. The onion rings were decent. This was at 6pm with only one other table in the lower bar, and two groups of couples dining at the bar, itself. My guess is that the staff was too busy checking their phones and giggling to know that my sandwich was left to die under a kitchen heat lamp for 10 minutes longer than it needed to be. Not to mention the only other table (who came in after us) getting their food first. I had to flag down our server from behind the bar to come with our check, just so I could be done with the disaster known as the Labatt Brew House.

This is a must see spot. A restaurant and full bar right in the heart of the city. The vibe is off the hook. Large parking garage across the way, also next door and street parking available with lots of lighting close to the venue. Very hometown friendly neighborhood atmosphere. Clean, smells good, and fun. Amazing bartenders and shout out to the cook. Loved the QR codes around the restaurant for access to the food and drink menu. The burgers were Soooooooooooooo gooooooooood ❤️ we sat at the bar, heard stories , and enjoyed being in the presence of the locals. The drinks were cold, the food was hot and the service was spot on. If you are in the area please do yourself a favor and stop in. It definitely is a HIDDEN GEM 😉 big shout out to Jason for making the day special. Jeff is a big Labatt Blue fan and being at the USA mother ship was a moment in time he will never forget. Melts my heart that people like Jason still exist. 🤘

We came before a Sabres vs. Rangers game and the staff was amazing! The hostess helped charge my old phone to make sure I had tickets to get in, and the bartenders at the top bar were so sweet. We LOVED our interactions with Dejohn so much we actually left to explore and decided it wasn’t even remotely close to the experience we had here! Food was great, beers were cold, staff was pleasant and fun to be around! Will come here before games, especially to see Dejohn every time!!

Best bar pretzels - always soft and delicious, some other places mess them up. Great layout for watching the games, big outdoor area with cornhole, clean single-person restrooms!

My girlfriend and I went here to check out this new place. We had a few beers and some food. We split French bread pizza and Montreal smoked meat. French bread pizza was really good and the smoked meat was good. Doesnt compare to Schwartz's in Montreal but was still decent. I did have a piece of hair in my smoked meat sandwich, which was a turn off but the staff handled it well. We paid for the food and then mentioned it to the waitress, we didnt want anything for free just wanted to point it out. The manager came over and readjusted our bill. I told him it wasnt necessary but he insisted. Beer was good, I had the #20 and my girlfriend had the #23. Mine was a porter dark and smooth. My girlfriend had a blonde ale and it was good. I think a better experience would have been a dedicated waiter or waitress and a better ordering system. It is a seat yourself and order at a station system. No one came to check on us for the food, just asked if we needed more drinks. Overall Staff was friendly and a good experience and would go again.

Decided to check out the Labatt Brew House this past weekend with my boyfriend. It was quite busy, almost all of the tables were taken and the bar was full. We sat down and ordered some drinks and decided to try out the food. The menu is small for food and you have to order it from the desk and then they give you a buzzer and will bring your food to you. The pizza bread was pretty tasty. The smoked meat was a little dry and my boyfriends sandwich had a long hair in it. We still enjoyed our time though. When our waitress gave us the bill we let her know what happened. Not to complain, but to give them feedback. She insisted that she take the sandwich off the bill, even though we were still willing to pay for it. A manager came over and apologized and insisted he take the sandwich off the bill because "that's what we do here." We were grateful for that. We will still go back for some drinks, but probably won't order food from here again.

Google
First time here and pretty impressed. Decent beer selection, not just Labatt's brand. Lots of local brews. Industrial decor, keeping it with the warehouse feel. Food looks amazing. Very simple menu but just enough to constitute bar food. Correction...food is amazing. Perfect pregame spot or place to have s drink while the post game traffic thins out.

Google
Excellent service if you are just looking for a place to hang and bar food. Wings were great…service awesome. Nice beer garden and large indoor area. Had a great time here.

Yelp
Located across the street from the LECOM Harborcenter, this is a great choice for bar food and great beers. Known for their beers (so many choices), wings, and beef on weck. There have a ton of seating, and it is a fantastic place for groups (we went with 45 hockey players and parents). The Poutine was ok (good gravy but not so good cheese curds). The Beef on Weck was very good, tender, flavor packed, but very salty (those with high blood pressure be warned). The staff were friendly and efficient. Enjoy.

Yelp
The actual building is really neat inside, but the food is not good. I do not drink beer, but they do have seltzers, but not a big selection. I believe they do have a full bar as well. We sat at the bar and service was good. It's good for a quick stop before a concert or game at arena, but to go there for any other reason, I wouldn't not really recommend. It's ok.
google avatar

Yelp
Good selection of beer. I got the jalapeño burger which was excellent. Two people got chicken fingers but were cold when they came out. Server was having trouble with their handheld for orders which slowed down the service and caused someone's Italian sausage to come out well after everyone else's food. They need to upgrade their systems.

Yelp
Stopped here for a drink before a concert at the Key Bank Center. It's the perfect location for either a drink, a quick meal, or both before an event. We parked in the Center parking ramp and crossed over to Labatts within minutes. Then, rather than fighting traffic as everyone is leaving an event, pop back over and relax for a while. There was quite a crowd when we entered, but service was quick and friendly. Since we didn't eat on this visit I can only review the service and convenience. Based on that, the next visit will include food. No pics this visit. 2023-2

Yelp
So, for the first time in quite a while I didn't snap any photos. (Sorry). We traveled downtown to the arena early than expected for the Sabres game and needed a quick bite to eat so we ventured over the Brew house. We were promptly greeted and escorted to our table which was clean and ready. The place was humming with the usual pre game crowd so I expected to get our order a little slower than usual. This was not the case. We got our drinks, pretzels, chicken fingers and spinach dip rather quickly. The drinks were in plastic solo cups, I mean I get why though. The chicken fingers, perfectly cooked as were the fries, crispy, decent sized as were the fries (a baby cup of bleu cheese isn't enough for these). Pretzel sticks, a little on the overdone side but pretty decent . The spin dip. Skip this. Seriously. Unless you love the taste of just warm melted cream cheese, it has no other distinct flavors coming through aside from that. This was only thing on the table that had a questionable flavor profile. But I think if you skip that dip you'll have a great dining experience. Ps/ if you have Zack(h?) you're in good hands. He was great with soft touches on the table and did a good job of clearning the table as we ate.

Yelp
This review is from Dec 2023. They have a decent selection of beers which is nice. There's something for everyone. Double wings 6/10 Half med, half garlic parm, extra crispy. So the wings were not really crispy at all. The garlic parm ones were just slightly crispier than the medium, not sure how that happens. They were pretty large in size though. The medium sauce was a really good flavor, but I wouldn't say they're a true medium on the spice level, they were pretty mild (not complaining because I don't like spice. I'm just glad the flavor was good). The garlic parm sauce was garlicky, you could taste it pretty well. The consistency was like if you sautéed garlic in some oil and then strained the garlic out and tossed the wings in the garlic flavored oil. There was absolutely no Parmesan cheese on them at all though, which was sad. The blue cheese was not terrible. Little thinner with some good chunks in it.

Yelp
It is a good option to stop in the vicinity of the arena, or if you're out there and don't know where else to go. I am not specifically going out of my way to come to this restaurant. A group of us walked over after a Bandits game. We were seated at a long table. Although it was crowded in there, there was no issue in hearing our group talk. I liked the space and there were some bar games, including darts. I wasn't feeling the best and had fries and water. The fries were super good. I wish they provided some sort of dipping sauce to go along with it. My boyfriend had the chicken fingers. He said they were good, but just ordinary frozen fingers. My friends had a chicken sandwich, which they enjoyed, and the hot pretzels, which were good, but greasy. The atmosphere is great. This could be amazing. They need to step up their game on the menu and food offerings and the drinks. I wanted a cocktail menu and there are just beers and seltzers. I get this is a brewery, but you'd think it would provide more. Our server was magnificent. They were peppy, attentive, and friendly. Highly recommend the server and service, that was five stars.

Yelp
This place reopened a second time and feels completely different. The beer menu contains nearly all guest taps rather than including a variety of labatt brewed beers. I stopped in post Sabres game and the place was packed. It's a cool hang out spot if you can find a seat, otherwise feels like a regular bar rather than a "tasting bar"

Ed M.

Yelp
Nice proximity to the arena. Ordered the chicken sandwich and a burger. It was absolutely awful. Over cooked, no flavor, and over salted. The fries and onion rings were old and cold. I have NEVER written a bad review, but this bothered me. How can a really cool bar like this one not nail two simple sandwiches. I hope they change it, because I will not done there again until they do.

Yelp
We have only been here a couple times and only for Drinks so far. On this visit back in February we came after attending a show at Helium, Jay from Jay and Silent Bob. We had a couple of rounds and played a game at the bar. Their beer selection was much better than the last time we came so that was a big plus for my friends that are all into craft beers. It wasn't super busy so we got a seat at the bar which is always a plus!

Yelp
Really cool atmosphere and great for groups! Large open space with big tables, including community seating. Each table has a drink and food menu on it. Big beer list - 4 for $10 flights. If you want a flight you write down the numbers onto the small slip of paper located in the box with the menus. Small food list but quality items. All the food we ordered came out very quickly! Their ordering system was weird though. If you want a drink, you're encouraged to sit at a table and let the waitstaff take your order. However if you want food, you can't order at the table, you must go to the bar or to a kiosk to order food. Food was good but not many shareable options. We ordered the meatballs, candied bacon, and artichoke dip to share amongst a group. Meatballs - 2 giant juicy meatballs served in tomato sauce. Great for 2 people, but messy if cutting up to share with a group. The candied bacon was good too, it came out as 4 long strips. People split them in half so we could all try them. The dip was the most shareable, and when we ran out of bread, a waitress brought more which was nice. Deducting a star because the service was confusing, a different waitress came by every time someone new came to our table, but not for refills. I had my tab with one waiter, but he never came back the rest of the night. Because all the staff help all tables, it seems like it would be efficient in theory but instead it seemed unorganized. I encourage you to check them out, but if you want good service, don't go immediately before events at the arena.

Yelp
Labatt Brew House opened recently in the Buffalo Cobble Stone district. Beer is brewed at this location, mostly smaller batches of beers you don't usually see with the Labatt name on it. They also have many beers of other craft breweries on tap or in bottles. Walking in gives you right away that industrial feeling: pipes, a (not working) transport belt over head and the brewery tanks are right there. The bar area is roomy and offers plenty of seating room. There is also a bigger space for private parties etc. I just had some beers with friends and did not try their food menu. Behind the bar is a big collection of beer cans.

Michelle R.

Yelp
On February 6, 2025 we experienced incredibly poor customer service. We tried to go to the Labatt House for dinner before a concert last night and were told by the hostess that they couldn't seat us at a table because we were a party of 2 but that we could go sit at the bar and order food there. There were no empty seats at the bar (the hostess did walk with us to the bar and verified this). We noticed that there was a small circular high top with 4 stools that was open and we asked to sit there. We were then told by the manager that we could not sit there because were were only a party of 2 and it was a table for a party of 4. I looked around and said "There are at least 6 of these exact tables in the same section that only have two people occupying the tables, I don't understand why we cannot sit here." I was told that they were seated before it became busy. We took our business elsewhere.

Yelp
Great find! All the food was great. Wings have great flavor, the ropa vieja empanada and turkey club are great! Even the French fries were amazing very crispy and a crust. Service was great and very attentive. I had a flight to try some different beers out. The stouts were pretty decent but the flavor of the Buck Star Porter was the best! If it's there definitely get it. Why they didn't get 5-stars: To be honest, his place is actually a 4.5, so I had to lower them to a 4. I demoted them because most of the wings ended up a little soggy, I only found a few crispy ones. They should try a plate instead of a basket so the bottom wings don't get steamed. The flavor of the hot was great though.

Yelp
As far as location, it's a five. Close to the arena. It's probably a scene before and after a game. There were a good number of beers on tap and a full bar. The rest is a mess. We bellied up to the bar around 6 on a Saturday night. The place was relatively empty with the wait staff sitting around. Weren't the most attentive or well-trained bunch. They were nice enough. The drinks came out quickly, but the food we ordered was forgotten about. Cold fries. Warm salad. Should have found a local watering hole. The space is great. Maybe we caught them on a bad night. Probably won't be back.
google avatar

Donald G.

Yelp
Came before a concert. Was very disappointed compared to what it use to be. Food was below average, had to get different Beef on Weck, looked just awful the first time the sandwiches came out. Waitress noticed right away and took care of it. salad and rest of the food wings etc were just bland and unappetizing. Ordered cheeseburger it was over cooked and without... cheese. Bathroom (men's) was a dump, just unreal. It was 6pm and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day from last night's game.
google avatar

Yelp
Great place to celebrate any Buffalo Sports! This place is jam packed for Sabres games but it's so much larger in there than you would expect from the outside. Plenty of bar service at each of the bars inside. There are plenty of TVs but I wish they were a bit bigger. Lots of seating area, and many, many beers available! When they are really busy they have a separate section of the bar that is reserved for food orders which is actually really smart. Food came quick and was delicious. We got bacon cheese fries and fish tacos. The real reason you come here though is for the atmosphere, it really is a blast being surrounded by buffalo fans everywhere!

Yelp
I've been here a couple of times and I can honestly say, even as a non beer drinker, I really like this place. The staff is nice, there's a lot of seating, and even if it's crowded the workers are pretty attentive. They have a tasting room within the building where you can have a private tasting session. They explain the process of how certain beers on the tasting menu are made and you get a good portion. They also offer flights at the bar if you don't need a private session. There's also a bakery in the back of the building. They have separate hours but if you catch them I definitely suggest trying it out. They have tasty homemade treats. The building itself is a nice size with 2 bars. One in the front and another downstairs in the back. If you're not a beer drinker, like myself, it's ok because they also sell ciders and have a full bar. Even though they are really known for their beer, don't sleep on their food. It's actually pretty good. I suggest trying out their brunch menu as well. Just when you thought there was nothing else they could have, you realize there's a patio in the back. So in the summer you can sit outside and enjoy the sun, your drink, and plenty of seating. They are located right next to the arena so if there is a concert, a Sabres game, or a Bandits game expect it to be super crowded. I suggest going here on a day nothing is really going on to get the full experience. They are also great at hosting office parties.

Yelp
Really cool place. Admittedly, it's been a couple of years, but came upon this on a search and wanted to write a review. I stopped in with my brother during a Sabre game while waiting for some family members who were actually at the game. It was really nice. Excellent wings and great service, even though it was crazy busy. I was very impressed and will be back in a couple of weeks when I go back for a visit to Buffalo.
google avatar

Kelsie K.

Yelp
Such a fun spot for a large group to hang out! We visited from out of town and we were able to walk right in and find a table big enough for our group of 14. Beware, it does get really busy after a Lacrosse or Hockey game let out! You do have to order food and drinks at the bar, but they'll bring everything out to you when it's ready. The specialty wings were fantastic, I'm not a spice or heat person and I thought they were really good. The burgers were also a great size and come with chips!
google avatar

Shannon R.

Yelp
Fun bar/ restaurant with great beer selection. We love the outdoor patio, including games.
google avatar

Mary C. S.

Yelp
We stopped by to check this place out on a fairly quiet Monday evening. Almost all of of the patrons were enjoying a comfortable summer evening on the large (and dog friendly) back patio. We didn't order food, but the menu appears to be standard pub food. Hubby had a sampler of 4 brewed on site beers. He was generally not impressed with any of them, and in fact did something he rarely does--did not finish one of them. So, great gathering place for groups but dial down expectations for the craft beer experience.
google avatar

Jenna W.

Yelp
A nice addition to the area! My husband and I stopped in before a show at Helium. It was a little busy but not packed. I heard it gets VERY crowded before the Sabres games so we were pumped to get a seat at the bar. The service was pretty slow/bartenders seemed to not be too attentive however it's so new I'm hoping it was just due to that! They had a great list of local beers including some they are test brewing there. the charcuterie board is pretty on point for the price too! Definitely looking forward to stopping back in and trying more beers and bar food!
google avatar

Kathleen C.

Yelp
Went here over the weekend for the first time. It was pretty good! The place is very interesting! When you first walk in, to your right is a wall of beer! This would be a great place for those who have a serious passion/ love for beer! Throughout the restaurant, on the walls, they have articles/Information about beer/alcohol through history- the place I sat at, had the articles of the the 21st amendment (the bill that ended the prohibition) on the wall. Another one I saw was "Beer during Wartime". The menu is pretty basic, but the food is great tasting! Overall, I'd visit again

Yelp
The Brew House is a great addition to the Cobblestone District. I've found myself strugling in the past to kill time or stop somewhere to eat/drink when in the area, so this is a perfect addition. The ability to grab a table and order from the bar/kiosk, in my opinion is a nice way to order when you want, especially if tables are filled. It's a little unconventional but I think it works for the space. They offer the traditional Labatt brews, some other local breweries, as well as a few others. I didn't have a problem trying to find 4 beers for my flight as they have 24 on tap. I grabbed a pretzel. It's definitely shareable and was on the sweeter side. They have a lot of other apps, snacks if you're looking at lighter fare. The empanadas were ok, the pierogis were a bit better. A few kinks to work out, but worth a stop!
google avatar

Zach S.

Yelp
Good to place go to before a Sabres game. Literally across the street and it's big enough (and the service is quick enough) to accommodate probably 25% of the fans going to the game. I got a good Genessee beer and a pretty good sour ($7.50/each) and enjoyed my half hour here.
google avatar

Arvid Y.

Yelp
A great place to grab a cold one. I imagine this place must get crazy on game nights, since it's right by Key Arena. It's also conveniently located by Canalside, so it was the perfect rest spot for a tourist like me after walking around on a hot summer day. The atmosphere is industrial, but clean and inviting. I enjoyed the beer columns ranging from light to dark as you walk in the entrance. The main bar is nicely air conditioned with plenty of big screen TVs. The other half of the restaurant is open spaced and actually connects to the street level patio. They serve more than just Labatt and have a pretty wide selection of beer and beer cocktails. I really enjoyed my Bliss beer from Thin Man Brewery. Overall I would definitely go back again!
google avatar

Elyse C.

Yelp
Labatt Brew House just opened up in Buffalo! The decor is a wonderful combination of industrial and modern. Taste fresh beer while surrounded by the very vats producing it. What else is there to say, the beer is cold and fresh, and the staff is friendly! This would be a great place to start or end your night out. Minutes walk from the Sabres Arena and canalside. If you find a beer that you love, growlers are readily available. I never knew Labatt made more than Blue (/light/lime)!
google avatar

Greg O.

Yelp
Labatt and "a variety of beer styles" isn't a combination most people in Buffalo would ever say but the brew house has an excellent selection of both Labatt made craft beer and other breweries' offerings. The menu has a nice selection of appetizers, maybe a little pricey for the amount of food, but the meatballs and spinach dip were both delicious.
google avatar

Shawn L.

Yelp
This place is nice, it's set up differently then most tasting rooms. It's dividend so be prepared to be in one side of another. The place is new so it was really clean. It was packed both times I went. This isn't a place to bring a large group to eat nor drink in my opinion. The tables are always taken because there is no time limit on them. So a person could sit there for hours if they wanted to, which sucks if you want to sit and eat with your friends. If your ordering food you must order at the front when entering and they give you a pager. So you pay then get your food where ever you might end up! It's priced like most places like this, so be prepared to shell out a couple of bucks for a few drinks. I wish I could of tasted what they had to offer, some of it sounded good.
google avatar

Tiffany D.

Yelp
Perfect stop to grab a beer before watching the Sabres game. Staff was very busy but handled it well and were friendly.

Kevin K.

Yelp
I'm not sure what has happened to this place but to give it 1 star is gracious. Food is less than average, service was decent. Bathroom made me feel like I should update my tetanus shot. Lastly, who serves beer indoors in a plastic cup? So sad what it has become.
google avatar

Dave B.

Yelp
What can I say, it's a brew house. Lots and lots of beer, actually they have NA beer available also. That's excellent since nowadays not everyone wants alcohol in their beer, but still love the taste of beer. And there are so many out there now. Every restaurant and bar should carry a selection of NA beers, and start with Labatts!
google avatar

Jessica R.

Yelp
Really cool brewery right next to the Arena. Great New England IPA on tap. Prices are decent and the space is very modern industrial chique. The beer garden outside is really awesome to chill and play games at during the summer. Inside is cool as well and always packed before and after games and concerts. It's a great place to hang with friends for a few brews and bites.
google avatar

Garrett W.

Yelp
This is a great place to hang out before, during, or after Sabres games. Highly recommend going to the tasting room and trying out a flight or two of Labatt beers that haven't been officially released yet. Flights are only $10 so you can't beat that. On my last visit there, I tried a habanero IPA that honestly might be my new favorite brew from Labatt! The spot can get busy on game night, but the service is fast and there's a ton of space in the back that people tend not to flock to if you have a bigger group.
google avatar

Nicole G.

Yelp
Not my favorite business model. We came here before a game so it was slammed, so I understand the need for patience. The part I dont like is that you have to physically go to a kiosk to order food and catch a "cocktail server" to get drinks. This makes no sense and is frankly confusing. The servers walk aimlessly around trying to find the person that ordered food because they have no idea what the person looks like. And getting a server is hard because they are understaffed. Food wise, It was ok... we got 2 apps the pretzels were ok (not good Getman pretzels) and the bacon was overpriced (they dont even have thick cut). The beer is ok.... there was confusion as we got a flight. It was confusion as they dont allow you to do tastings of some.
google avatar

Elias F.

Yelp
Great spot to meet with friends just for fun or before a game. I have been here several times and their beer selection goes well beyond just blue and blue light. Massive selection of beers available. I have only had the food their for private events but I will say it's great! Highly recommend the pretzels with beer cheese and the candied bacon, you won't be disappointed. Also check out the patio good spot in the summer to hang out and have a beer.

Yelp
Weak drinks, slow service, high prices. We were one of two couples in the place and the service was terrible. Dead on a Friday night. The bartender had no idea where the beers on tap were even from.

Yelp
Food is only okay. Nothing I'd go out of my way to get. Drink selection is clearly where they thrive. They feature their own beer as well as other local breweries. Not a restaurant setting but more a bar setting. Many people were standing and you have to fight to find somewhere to sit down. Lots of open space though and they have a couple different bar areas. There is an upstairs but from what I hear, its going to be for "members only". I'm excited to see what that entails. Overall, atmosphere is great. Great place to come to before or after the games at the KeyBank Center.

Yelp
We stopped in for the first time the other night on the way to the bandits game. I've been wanting to check this out for a while now and we just happened to walk by it the other day and we figured there was no time like the present. I didn't get to check out as much of the building as I would have liked, we basically just went belly up to the bar in their tasting room and left after a quick flight and a beer. I grabbed one of their IPAs and beer was enjoyable, I'd call it good not great. I think we're planning on going back soon for food and more beers, I'll make sure to update the review at that time.

Yelp
This is a place that has all the possibilities of being a great stop before/after a sabres game or a bandits game. On the night we were there, it was a bandits game...we got there around 7:30...place was DEAD...everyone was at the lacrosse game...service was good...when the game let out, it became crowded and was a lot of fun, however, the staff were new and not properly trained on registers/food orders...our bill along with wait times to get check and then speak to manager was not acceptable by any standard...I get that businesses are struggling to find workers, but management needs to step up and make sure servers are properly trained before being thrown to the wolves on a busy night...would not recommend...also, food was subpar...

Yelp
Hi! Went to the Brew House when there was a Bandits game in town and there were two different playoff games on TV. The place was crowded, but cleared out just before the Bandits game started. Our companions did the tasting room and found it to be very good--nice selection of beers, nice and quiet--removed from the restaurant area. In the restaurant, you have to find your own table, so there is a certain amount of "hovering" going on when you see that folks may be vacating a table. That can be a distraction and a little disconcerting if you're the one being "hovered over." I like how you order the food--you go up to a station and put the order in. Your food is delivered to your table with lightning speed, which is awesome. As for the food. I had the smoked meat dinner and it was FABULOUS. Two of our companions had the turkey club and kept raving about how wonderful it was. 5 stars for both of those dishes. My partner ordered the sausage dinner. Terrible. Just terrible. 1 star, because it was edible, though I wouldn't have. The sausage was a small rope curled on the plate. It was absolutely tasteless. It came with about 5 different condiments and a BUNCH of rolls...made me wonder...there was enough sausage for maaaaaaybe two rolls? So how come so many rolls? Were we supposed to just dip the rolls in condiments? The rolls were tasty, mind you. Can I just say? The restaurant hit it out of the park with the smoked meat and the turkey clubs. PLEASE rethink that sausage platter situation. It is an embarrassment to an otherwise great dining experience!!! Lastly, the service was MAGNIFIQUE! So attentive, and none of this, "Oh let me get your waiter..." EVERYONE helped us, whatever we needed.

Yelp
Super cool brewery! They have a tasting room, as well as a huge room that is the restaurant part of the building. On this visit we went to the tasting room only. I've always been a fan of Labatt, but wasn't aware of how many different types of their beer that exists. I was pleasantly surprised when I got the beer list and saw so many unique flavors. The grapefruit and peach immediately caught my attention. Our bartender was awesome and he let me try them both before ordering. Grapefruit ended up being my favorite, it wasn't too sweet or hoppy, it didn't taste like typical beer and I loved that. Prices are cheap too, which is awesome. I got my glad for $3.50 and my friend got a flight of 4 beers for $10. On top of the great beer and prices, the atmosphere is cool. They have a projection screen for sports, you can see the giant containers where they brew the beer, the walls are all rustic brick, and everyone is there to have a fun time. Highly recommend coming here! I now understand why they're packed during Sabres games; perfect place to celebrate pregame.

Yelp
I went to the Brew House opening night and things were hopping as you might expect. The decor is great, modern, but it still maintained much of the original building. This is definitely a place geared towards a quick bite, and would be ideal if you need to grab some food quick before the game. When you walk in, you place your order at a hostess station. They then give you a GPS unit which you place on your table (seat yourself) so the wait staff knows where to bring your food. I ordered the perogies and they did taste good but I felt it wasn't much food for the cost. I left a little hungry still. The menu is quite limited and is mostly appetizers and small plates. I wouldn't recommend going if you are real hungry and want a full meal. I recall when the Draft House plans were first announced being concerned Labbatt would be pushed over the many great breweries that we have here. Good news, they've made an effort to include the local breweries. It was actually nice to get a tasting from several local breweries in one place.

Yelp
The physical atmosphere and set up is great. I'd love to come back in the summer when the "garage doors" are open, though that street can be a wind tunnel so it will be interesting to see how it works out. The ordering set up was odd. I had to open two separate tabs for food and beverages that you had to order at separate places. The GPS devices for the food were neat, but all of the waiters would walk by saying "Is this your food?" Most of the time it wasn't. On top of that, it took 25 minutes to get our wings and I had to talk to two waitresses two times each to get our sausage platter. It took nearly an hour. The very late sausage platter as noted in another review was sub par. It tasted good, but you basically got one sausage and four small rolls to put it on. For [$16] I was expecting 4 to 6 full size sausages and a variety of mustards. The wings were sub par. Maybe o.k. for Cleveland or Tampa, but not acceptable in Buffalo. The New England IPA that I got directly from the bartender was great. I'll go there again when I'm by the stadium, but I will never order food again. Complete disaster.

Yelp
It was my first time here and it was a quick stop before a Sabres game to grab some drinks. The place was packed and hard to survey because of that. Waitresses were buzzing around and taking orders almost immediately which was great. No standing at the bar waiting for your turn. We received our drinks very quickly and even found a standing table for our group. It was quite noisy but I would hope so with a place full of Sabres fans. I will definitely be back and check it out on a regular night as well to get a better feel of the place and to check out its menu. For Sabres games it's definitely a good stop since orders and drink delivery are really fast even though it was extremely busy.

Yelp
Overall, this place was super fun, with great food and great brews! I'm a big fan of beer cocktails, so the Pomegranate Beer-jito was the perfect drink for me, while my friends enjoyed the chocolate stout and Labatt Blue Citra. The atmosphere was very cool, and although it was extremely crowded right before the Sabres game, we were able to find seating for a party of 6 and a server came over to see us almost immediately. The decor was very innovative and personalized to the setting, and there were several bars and food-ordering stations to accommodate the crowd. Our food came out lightning fast - almost as soon as we ordered at the kiosk our server brought our meal to the table - and was just as good as any other bar food I've had. Overall, a super positive experience!

Yelp
I was very surprised at how much I enjoyed my first visit here. Beer list has a nice mix of local and expirmental brew and the appetizer menu was of good variety. We had the perogies and meatballs; the meatballs I expected to be some mass produced frozen thing and turns out they're a homemade pair with a very solid sauce. Definitely a hit in my book. Troy was a fantastic bartender and looking forward to going back
