O.M.G. This chocolate is the ABSOLUTE BEST. the store is located in Pentagon City mall... the store is organized super well. Ms. Briana helped is today and she was so wonderful. She helped my kiddos pick out their favorites and asked if there were any allergies before they picked - i appreciated that. Chocolate is so yuuuuuuuuuummmy. We loved our visit. Packaging was soooooo nice.

Fantastic chocolatier in Pentagon City! The chocolates are absolutely delicious, and the staff is both knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend treating yourself to something sweet!

My time at this location was so so. The man at the door giving samples was nice. He definitely caught my attention. I usually jump between Tysons and Union. Daniele made it an experience that reeled me in and made this location my permanent store. I was very pleased at Daniele and the way she handled the crowed alone. She asked for help but never received any. Everyone was so patient with her because she made sure she got to everyone. She made the wait and experience worth it. Her skills and negotiation are something I have never seen in someone so young. She was able to get 3 signups plus convinced every customer she helped to get a small bag of pralines.Including me! 🤣 Another thing that got me was her switching languages to help the little kids that spoke no english. She was just so lovely, kind, and patient. She was very knowledgeable about the products in the store and helped every person with the same smile and kindness. I have visited this store on 3 separate occasions since and she has always been there with the same attitude and running the store as if she was the owner. That’s the type of customer service that should be taught in every store. That young lady is amazing. 10/10. The best ever.

Some of thee most decadent chocolate I've ever had in my life. Very much worth every penny - because it's not cheap. I'm a firm believer in "you get what you pay for". This definitely fits that analogy. I love the fact that they allow you to sample before you purchase too. But I get the same one each time. The kids can get the samples because that's my "me-time" candy store. I've experienced so-so friendliness with the staff. It's literally so-so but I make it easy for them because I know exactly what I want. I do find that one particular associate can get impatient if they feel as if you won't purchase a specific amount. I got the feeling almost as if he worked on commission. But anywhere, excellent chocolatier.

The person waiting on me was very unprofessional. Instead of talking to me she was busy talking to her coworkers about an outfit she wanted to buy. Serving customers was definitely secondary. When I asked for a specific chocolate she was quick to tell me I couldn’t sample it because it was the last piece. Never did I indicate that I wanted to sample, merely purchase. Nice store, great chocolate (I bought several types) but service lacking.

My experience was wonderful. I went a couple of days ago with my daughter. It is important to mention my daughter has autism and nonverbal. Ms. Danielle was amazing. We were greeted by a young lady, Ms. Elisa, handing out samples outside of the store. As we entered the store, the energy was just overall welcoming. Ms. Danielle was standing there waiting and asked us how she could help us. She was very knowledgeable about the slabs of chocolate. My daughter started to get fussy because she wanted Ms. Danielle’s attention. She wasted no time giving it to her. She allowed me to shop while she played with my daughter. My daughter was sooo happy and didn’t want to leave. We ended our experience singing the Itsy Bitsy Spider and as we left my daughter told Ms. Danielle “Bye”. It may not seem a lot but my daughter never talks and it was amazing on how welcoming she made us feel. I usually try to avoid coming in because of previous experiences but these past few visits, Ms. Danielle made it worth it. Thank you Laderach and Ms. Danielle

Delicious dark chocolate (80%/70%). Great customer service. I left my credit card in this store today, then Briana and Daniele helped to keep it and return it to me. Thank you.

A box of these hand-made Swiss chocolates would be the perfect gift for someone special. Or a special treat for yourself. The staff is always so nice and helpful.
