Iced Rose Tea Latte is refreshing and able to taste the rose syrup after mixing the drink. For me, it tasted pretty good, especially when I chose the oat milk. There are a few milk options like whole, 2%, almond, and oat. They also offer cakes and ice cream. The service was quick, even though it was a Saturday afternoon. My initial thought for a Saturday was going to be relevantly busy. With ordering and making the drink, it only took about 5 minutes. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful with only less than 10 people in the cafe.

Delicious crepe cake but too rich to eat a whole slice. I had the Amedei Chocolate Mille Crepe. I couldn’t finish it. Definitely meant to be shared!

Come in out of curiosity and was greeted by the two sweetest girls ever. Amanda and Majestic talked us through the pastries and the ingredients that were in it. The pastries we got were a crepe like dessert layered one after another. I’ll post a picture of the ones we got and the tags. Highly recommend for anyone who is like me and visiting from out of town. I will definitely come back when I come visit again.

Crepe. 20 paper thjn handmade crepes layered with light pasty creeme. This is a must try!

Clean and new. Lots of seating and space. Not too many choices on cake and ice cream unfortunately. Lot of it is unavailable!

We were here exactly 24 months ago and it was a Vegan ice cream shop. Now it’s Lady M, opened in November 2023, located inside Resorts World. Lady M is a cake boutique that started in NY, known for their famous layered Mille crepe cakes. Their cakes reflects French and Japanese style. I am very familiar with their Irvine, CA location. The one in Las Vegas is the only location that offers ice cream! They teamed up with the NY Based Van Leeuwen. Everything else is the same like bon bons and drinks. We came for ice cream and sampled honeycomb which is known to Van Leeuwen and brown sugar cookie dough. But ended up with a scoop of strawberry. The strawberry is light, fluffy semi sweet, custard style almost comparable to Häagen-Dazs quality.

I ordered a 9" Tiramisu Crepe Cake about a week ago and when I've come to pick it up today the staff at the Resorts World location in Las Vegas has let me know they don't have this cake at all, the day of the pick up date I was scheduled to receive it. I absolutely don't understand how this is possible when I have specifically paid for this cake to be ready by this date and I also received confirmation this morning that I would be receiving this flavor today. I could've at least received a phone call in advance to change the flavor and not have to wait until showing up in person to find out. What sucks is I absolutely love this cake and had it before so there’s no issue there, I just wanted to enjoy it the day of my birthday, I understand errors happen but I also believe there was enough time to make this right. I don't know what's happening behind the scenes but please consider that the lack of communication between staff and corporate is going to evidently lose you customers.

Yelp Review 2025 #13: Before they opened a store at Resorts World - Las Vegas, we had to pay extra for shipping and wait for days to get a crepe cake on their website. And you could only order a whole cake. You can't order slices. So, having a Lady M in Vegas is definitely good news. The interior is bright and simply elegant. Marble counter top, orchids, plants, and white walls, tables and chairs. What made them famous is their Mille crepe cake. Twenty layers of crepe and cream perfectly stacked on top of each other. Talk about tedious and meticulous. I've never actually tried their original crepe cake. My go-to is their pistachio crepe cake. Absolutely divine! On our visits here, they always seem to run out of their green tea Mille crepe. Even if they've only been open for 2 hours they're already out! Sus! But that's how we ended up trying other flavors: Amadei chocolate, marron (chestnut, seasonal flavor), and Black Forest (seasonal flavor). They're all delicious and going to the store allows you to buy Mille crepe cakes by the slice. Whole cakes are about $70 for the small one, $115 for the full size cake, and a cake slice for $11. They also have regular cake, Van Leeuwen ice cream, bon bons, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, and milk.

It was a beautiful, quiet boutique with flower arrangements inside the mall area of the Resort World Hotel, but I had a bad experience on this visit. Once I stepped into the shop, a lady walked out from the kitchen to greet me. I ordered 2 slices of mille crepes cake, but both cakes' edges were dry and crunchy. It doesn't taste as good as my previous experience. The Champagne Mille Carpes cake has no special taste but costs the most from the entire selection. It's not worth it. Marron Mille Crepes is delicious and creamy. I don't know if the cake is dehydrated or sits in the fridge too long, I got diarrhea after I walked to the Fashion Show, which is not far away from the boutique. Lady M always makes delicious mille crepes cake but the last experience was very disappointing. I wish they could do better quality control on their cake.

the cake and service is excellent, but they charge 2.5 excluding tax for cup of hot water. Why?

The first time I tried Lady M was in New York, and their crepe cake was unforgettable, so I was thrilled when I heard they opened a location in Las Vegas! Last night, I finally got to go, and it didn't disappoint. I tried the strawberry matcha crepe cake, which was amazing, along with a pot of tea. I do wish the pot of tea was a bit bigger, but overall, the quality justifies the price - especially considering it's on the Strip where prices are naturally higher. The ambiance is beautiful and aesthetic, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The service was phenomenal, and I'll definitely be back!

The layers of the cake provide an interesting texture, the pistachio flavor really comes through. The latte is delicate and has almond milk. Not too strong, just right. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The place itself is a welcome respite from the noise of the casino.

last update: 2 weeks later, we got our Tres Leches cake delivered to us! And it was very good :) creamy!!!

I had high expectations, but I was disappointed. The cake was frozen, and the drink seemed carelessly made. It was disappointing. However, the cafe itself is pretty.

The gold standard in cake! Decadent and refined is what you'd expect at Resorts World. Service was exceptional. Be forewarned that the slice is expensive at $12-13 a slice. Don't ask how much the whole cake would be because it had to be over $100+. My companion and I got the butter pecan and the pistachio Mille crepe cake. Both were excellent. Somewhat tasted the same. After all, both are nuts. If I had to choose, I'm more of a pistachio type of gal. We did ask to have our crepe cakes cut in half so that's why the slices look smaller in the picture than usual. Bathrooms are located in the casino. Seating is outdoors and indoors. It was a pretty quiet day so we had our pick of seats.

They are finally open at Resorts World!!! The service and ambiance were wonderful as expected. A little sad that they changed their Chocolate Mille Crepe. The new chocolate flavor seems a little richer/sweeter than the old recipe. I do miss the big chocolate curls. I am just super happy that they are finally in town!!! I cannot wait to share their cakes with loved ones for the upcoming holidays.

Light and delicate. Love the subtle flavors. I tried a slice of matcha with lavender and one rose slice. The layers were nicely done. Both were nice tasting. Good spot to grab some dessert!

Delicious decadent cakes, nice staff and super cute ambience! The pistachio is a must try. Can't wait to go back.

The service was great and the cafe was really cute inside. The crepe cakes had a lot of different flavors and were good if you like crepes!

We came to the boutique to order take out. The crepe like cakes are always delicious. We ordered the green tea yuzu cake slice and the black sesame cake slice. The staff was prompt and helpful. The store was super clean and bright. We would come back again for their cakes when in the area.

Approaching this experience with a hint of caution, my love for all things crepes tempered by past disappointments, I was pleasantly surprised by Lady M. From the light, fluffy filling bursting with genuine popcorn flavor and adorned with small popcorn puff pieces, to the flawlessly thin and airy crepes, every aspect exceeded expectations. The slice was crowned with a generous coating of caramel chocolate, elevating it to sublime heights. While the price tag of $11 may seem steep, the impeccable quality makes it an investment well worth indulging in.

The servers were very friendly and patient and as always the cakes were delicious. They're famous for their crepe cakes and I can see why. Their other cakes are good but nothing that special to me.

I was staying at resorts world for a week recently. I saw Lady M store while I was walking around and got excited to try in this location. I am a big fan of their cakes and always have them when I am in New York and in San Francisco bay area where I live. l have mixed feelings about this store in Vegas. I went at 11am on feb 6, 2025 and there was this african american lady at the store who has pathetic customer service etiquette who didn't bring my order of 3 cake slices and tea after making me wait for more than 30 minutes. I thought maybe she is preparing tea and got busy with other tasks and got up and asked about my order to which she said she completely forgot to bring it, I saw her scrolling through her phone when I decided to actually approach her. I got very upset since I was the only one in this shop sitting patiently waiting for my order and I asked for refund instead for my order that was not served at all and at this point I just dont want to be sitting nearby this negative person and asked calmly about the refund . She told me she only took order of tea and didn't take my order of cake slices and told me I would be getting my refund in 3-4 days and it is already 5 days and I haven't got my refund nor did I get any apologies yet. This is my first time experiencing such bad customer service. I have never seen such incompetent person working in such a prestigious Lady M shop.

Delicious caffeine drinks, very bright ambience, excellent service! Walking down the strip, stopped by for quick coffee, kids got ice cream, we got a slice of cake! Good stuff! Nice relaxing vibe.. we hung around the balcony. Thank you to the two ladies behind the counter on December 23rd afternoon! Cheers!

Happy there is one in Las Vegas now. Came here to try new flavors. Service was great. No one was waiting in line. I was asked what I wanted. I was excited to try Sesame and Popcorn Mille crepe cake as well as passion fruit cheesecake. I got all 3. All 3 were yummy. Popcorn one reminded me of caramel popcorn. Cost $18 to park at the resort if you are visiting and not a resort world member.

This opened two weeks ago into the resorts world casino and it is a must go!!! They are insanely good and Vegas is lucky to get a location too! We had the signature mille crepes cake and it was very good and super light. Great dessert!!

A new Lady M opened in Resorts World, beautiful decor, modern, pristine, and kind service. We ate inside and tried the butter pecan crepe for $13. It wasn't too sweet and had crumbles of pecan in between each layer.

The food is good but terrible for the service . There are no initiative from the worker when they see the wait line , confusing for the guest where the start line , how to order, no sign no nothing . Start from ice cream area thats what in common sense normal people see that is the line to start but after wait for so long nobody approach or say anything that need to order from register to get serve. Instead the worker let the guest to figure out by themselves how to order, where to order and how get it done! Shame on you Lady M and Resort World, too bad!!!!

Stunning location, amazing service. Gaby did a fantastic job describing the cakes and helped narrow it down so that I was able to choose the right slice. Coffee is also far better than Starbucks, don't waste your money over there!

Came in for the first time on February 10 the staff not train and it seems like they don't know what they're doing. Came back for the second time at 4pm and they said they were close for maintenance and will be opening at 5pm. After waiting patiently 25 min after 5pm still not opening and the staff not even telling us what's going on, if we have to wait or they will be closing the rest of the day. I love lady M because I always go the one in LA. If the service is going to be like this then I will never go back here.

Stopped by Lady M was recommended by one of the security inside Resorts world. When you walk into Lady M it's clean and classic makes you feel like you're at a classy wedding or tea spot. We were graciously greeted by Amanda ,after we told her what brought us in my group and I were craving just a sliver of cake. She recommended the red velvet and we obliged. We sat inside and we were served up our slice with real silverware and plate. The Red velvet was the perfect portion, you could taste the chocolate and the frosting was light and not too dense or sugary. We definitely enjoyed the whole experience and really loved Amanda amazing customer service and bubbly personality.

The cake and coffee was very good. Gabby also provided outstanding service. I highly recommend Lady M at resort world.

Had a pretty bad experience here picking up a couple slices of cake for my wife. Cakes tasted like they've been flash frozen or something was off. Would love to of been able to switch them out but I was already too far out. Chocolate, pistachio and the classic slices all were horrible. I used to frequent at the Los Angeles location when it was open and it was fresh so I'm not sure what's the problem here.

After breakfast at Wally's, Sis was needing a little something sweet and Lady M had just opened. We walked in and there were already a few customers enjoying the pastries. Sis got the pistachio crepe cake and I got the classic crepe cake. Even though they came as expected, we thought they should be a little more special than our expectations. With the price point and the lovely ambiance of the restaurant that is perfect for your social media posts, the cakes weren't really special. But this place gets extra points because it is exactly what it should be I guess- less about the pastries and more about a feeling. You feel like you should be having afternoon tea with the ladies here. In fact, I thought it might be cool if they did an afternoon tea a la carte thing- have some tea sandwiches and tea sweets on display in the case and you pick out which items you want. You don't like cucumber sandwiches? Order the egg salad instead. But they don't do that, they just serve pretty cakes in a pretty setting, and even though it's unexceptional, it's just fine.

The cakes are great! Amanda makes the business even better. Will return for cake and Amanda's hospitality!

The store is so beautiful. The cakes are very light and so delicious. My favorite flavors are Tiramisu and Lavender Mille Crepes. Must try!!!

ABSOLUTELY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were getting ready to close and one employee started bitching at the two other employees that they stop taking orders at 7:59 and the one employee said he was only taking these last few customers which included me (doors were closed at this point and I was basically stuck in the place). All while the one female employee (maybe the supervisor?) would not stop bitching at the other two and making all the customers very uncomfortable. He took the order in front of me and when he went to take my order he said apparently I can't take yours yet they let me wait in there and never once told me to leave as they basically shut me in the place. The female employee in the most sarcastic tone said "I'm sorry". This employee should not be in the customer service industry nor managing anyone as she has no respect for customers or coworkers.

Excellent cake as usual, beautiful ambience. Can sit outside in little patio area. They also serve ice cream. Cakes run about $12 per slice but very good and light. Pricey but you get what you pay for.
