The crepe cakes were simply mouth watering. The sweetness level was just about right and a must try in desserts. This is an upscale place and the price varies between $11-14 per slice of the crepe cake. The pistachio crepe cake is one of the best delicacies served at Lady M.

Lady M -- Exquisite but Indulgent Consistency delivers perfect crepe cakes, both in terms of taste and presentation. If you get their original, you can't go wrong. Literally--get that every time. In terms of their season flavors, I'd say they are hit-or-miss. Sometimes they are delicious, but sometimes I feel like I wasted my precious Lady M opportunity on a subpar cake. You see, they are very expensive, both in terms of price and in terms of calories. So if you have a special occasion, I'd recommend celebrating here for an unforgettable splurge. However, if you get the wrong flavor... well, let them eat cake.

Very white and bright, you might think that you were in heaven. The crepe cakes are delicious although expensive. I came twice, one time with my aunt, and tried 3 different flavors so far. They all returned out amazing.

2nd update The dining restaurant inside is a joyful destination to visit. I enjoyed having an afternoon tea alone and with friends. Calming and relaxing! I visited Lady M in New York bunch of times in the past and actually was not impressed. But I was surprised to see they opened one inside Bellevue Square. This is definitely a high end crepes cake more catered to Asian less sweet and light creams. The price is $12.5 for a small slice. Since I have not had it for so long, I bought two slices red bean and chestnuts and they are fine and I actually could not tell the huge difference of these two because of the nature of these cakes mostly filled with light creams. On a very bright note, I bought a packet of their lunar year dragon red envelopes (5 in a packet for $10) from their counter. It is spectacular beautiful design. I love the auspicious colorful dragon with the tail on the other side that created a 3D feel.

A sophisticated atmosphere, but disappointing service. It was a journey for the three moms, one of us being pregnant. We decided to spend the rest of the day at a lovely café with desserts and tea. However, we were told we couldn’t sit inside because it was 8pm and they close at 9pm. While the staff tried to assist us, the manager, speaking on the phone, upheld this policy. We attempted to find a table outside in the mall, but everything was taken. In the end, we settled for chairs in a walkway, surrounded by people, which was quite inconvenient. As for the tea and desserts, we ordered four different cakes. While all were tasty, some had the flavor of something from a grocery store. The teas, however, were fantastic.

I had Mon Blanc that was made with whipped cream and chestnut cream only. I prefer to have some sponge cake bottom. The Matcha Chocolate Mille Crape was really good though. The interior is all white so looks clean but not really relaxing…

Google
Pretty fun crepe cakes in the Bellevue Square Mall! We got the earl grey crepe cake to share and separate drinks. The crepe cake was enjoyable but drinks were just okay. Cutlery and napkins were nice quality so we felt fancy. The cafe is so pretty and picturesque!

Came here because I got distracted by the all-white interior design while wandering in the Bellevue mall. Everything from the walls to the floor to the tables and chairs were white so it's impressive how pristine they kept the place. Service was also great. I got the rose tea latte and a slice of their new jasmine calamansi cake. Could definitely taste both flavors distinctly, so props to that, and the signature look and texture of the thin layered crepes made it a fun eating experience compared to other cakes. But in the end, it was just a good latte and a decent (and small) slice of cake, nothing too mind blowing, and also a tad expensive. I didn't mind the price because it felt like I was paying extra for the aesthetic (of the food and the place) but I can imagine if I got this to go I would feel like I overpaid

Yelp
Where do I start? I have tried many crepe cakes and was not satisfied until I tried Lady M crepe cakes . I first discovered this place when I was exploring New York City, I was delighted when I tried their matcha crepe cake. Since then, I always visit this place if it's in my vicinity. I am happy that they have this pop up in seattle and I hope they will open it permanently in Seattle. I also like their seasonal flavors, passion fruit in particular.

Yelp
"You can't eat the cake you just bought" --Lady M staff 2 stars for the poor policy in place and no signage or clarity from staff before purchasing a "to-go" cake versus "dine-in" cake. First visit to this beautiful cake shop, we bought a slice of the champagne Mille crepe cake and a whole 9inch Black Forest cake for my family to enjoy over Christmas. There were no lines and just a few customers enjoying their cakes at the seating area. The guy who helped us with our cakes was nice, and helped us pack ice for our long drive. We saw a lot of empty tables and proceeded to try and sit down. One of the staff quickly stopped us and told us these are reserved for "dine-in" customers. Confused, I asked can we reserve a seat? He quickly said no, you'd have to order a cake for dine-in. We were holding a large Lady M bag and said we just wanted to eat our small slice of champagne mille cake and he said no. We HAD to specifically order a cake for dine-in only and then we can be seated "due to Washington tax laws" and they "charge cakes differently between dine-in and to-go." The staff at the register never mentioned this policy nor asked if we ever wanted to dine-in. I have never, in my life, heard of different taxes on food due to dining in versus to-go. Not sure I would come back solely because of this poor experience with this weird policy.

Yelp
Located inside Bellevue Square Mall with an adorable interior! Clean and curated decor, great place for a sweet treat and a good chat. Service is to the point and provided by the cake counter. Peppermint Hot Chocolate was made with love and the Pumpkin Cake (not pictured) was absolutely delightful, both items weren't too sweet but satisfied my craving. I will absolutely be back.

Laura G.

Yelp
Signature Mille Crêpes: The cream was smooth and the crepe layers are nice and thin. Overall it tasted good, but not good enough to cost ~$12 for a tiny slice of crepe cake. Service was fast because all the slices were pre-cut in a counter. There are several tables inside for dining.

Ash G.

Yelp
I love coming to Lady M and love that they actually put some effort in their aesthetic but I just wanted to add to my review that I looooove their service! They try there absolute best to clear tables out fast and also so sweet Let's talk dessert I tried their pecan crepe cake and it's so yummy!! I personally still like the pistachio more as it's my fav but I absolutely devoured this bad boy and I love how their coffee is STRONG!! Ugh yes!!

Jackie Y.

Yelp
I enjoyed the cake! You can really feel the many layers the cake has and the cream and matcha flavor was pretty good. We were turned away from dining 1 hour before closing which really disappointed me. I looked up the FAQ for lady m and it said they close dining 15 minutes before closing, so I'm not sure why weren't allowed to sit and eat when there were still people seated inside.

Mary C.

Yelp
Called the store to see if I can reserve a pistachio cake, they said they no longer had any. But while I was at Bellevue square, I dropped by and they did have one available. (Apparently they don't hold the cake if there is limited supply). The cake was quite good with the famous Mille *many many layers. And not too sweet. Cost 6 inch cake was $70. Was a little pricey for cake but it was for mom's birthday! We did a pick up but the atmosphere for the cafe was quite cute. I believe the slides were around $12 /slice at the cafe.

Megan S.

Yelp
Great service and beautiful (all white) decor. The napkins are so nice, I took mine home! The cake slices are expensive, but really good! These are super rich. I think one slice is more than enough for one person. My favorite is still the original, I think the matcha one was overpowering and the cream was much thicker, it was hard to finish because of the richness. I really like that the original slice is not super sweet or super heavy.

Ayana B.

Yelp
This experience was amazing! The atmosphere is so luxurious and the cakes do not disappoint! Their Mille Crepe cakes are what they are known for and the texture is just perfect, and flavors are subtle and intricate. They also have really nice teas. The service staff are so kind and helpful, don't be afraid to ask for recommendations!! They make sure to give you the best treatment possible, so it's great for when you need a bit of pampering for your taste buds!

Evangeline L.

Yelp
Lady M does not disappoint! I always love their classic, matcha, and rose (when they have it). It's always one of my favorite spots, even though it's extremely pricey

Charlie T.

Yelp
I've been a fan of they crepe cakes. I'm glad to see that they finally open up the physical spot with seating to be able to enjoy the cakes immediately. We ordered a few slices to share and were pleased with them. We had the green tea, marron, and pistachio ones. They crepes cakes have been consistent everytime, which is great.

Yelp
I always come here every time I go to Bellevue Square! Lady M has the best crepe cakes ever. I ordered the Lavender crepe cake slice and the crepe layers were so soft, creamy, buttery, and flavorful. I specifically went this time to get the Lavender Matcha slice which is seasonal. It wasn't on the menu so I ordered the lavender crepe cake instead since I thought the season for it ended. After I finished my meal and left, I noticed in the display it was there! It is pretty disappointing that I finished my cake before seeing what I came here for and that it wasn't on the menu. If it is being served, why not put it on the menu? Each cake slice is over $11+ so I paid way more than what I was expecting to since I wanted to get what I originally came here for. Regardless, the cake was still absolutely delicious! The interior is white and clean, as is the bathroom. The service has always been great in the 4+ times I've been here.

Vanessa L.

Yelp
We sadly couldnt try the whole dine-in experience as we were on a time crunch and the line kept getting the longer each time we passed by. However, we were able to get a slice of one of their seasonal cakes to go. Their seasonals from what I noticed, are less popular than their regular flavors. Especially the Matcha. Their seasonals this season of Winter 2024 (from what I remembered and what was left at the time) was the Earl Grey, Tres Leches, and Checkers. We tried the Tres Leches and we absolutely loved how airy the cake is. Plus it is not overly sweet. The husband isnt a huge fan of cake, but this is an exception. Overall, will definitely come back! Might try the dine-in experience next time.

Reetu P.

Yelp
Love the service and staff here! So glad they finally opened a proper store vs pop ups. You can to-go or sit down and enjoy all their yummy cheesecakes. Cheese cake prices vary but are totally worth it. My favorite so far is the tiramisu and checkers. This has become my favorite spot for dessert to enjoy at home or to take to events.

Bessie C.

Yelp
Takeout and dine in available. Both the pistachio and passion fruit cake were delicate and not too sweet. Interior of the cafe was beautifully decorated with chandeliers. Attentive servers and even had a bathroom in the back.

Paul V.

Yelp
What a unique dining experience here at the Lady M Cake Boutique! We were just strolling at the Bellevue Square when the bright lights of Lady M drew us in for some dessert. Crepe cakes was Lady M's highlight, we ordered their Signature Mille Crepe, Green Tea Crepes, and Amedei Chocolate for the kids. We were seated and our server in matching bright uniform came in with our eye catching crepes in short order. The sliverware and china was very classy. The crepes, with its multi-layer glory is such a beautiful sight to behold. The Signature Mille Crepes was subtly delicious. Green Tea crepe had its proper green tea taste as well. And as far as the Chocolate crepe, well the kids loved and I affirmed on it as well. It was truly a great experience to dine in at the Lady M. I suspect that the dine-in experience, the detail and polish in its restaurant, really helped in giving this restaurant a very solid 4-satrs.

Ciara W.

Yelp
Crepe cake was ok. It was really moist. I just dont understand the hype of paying over 10 bucks for a small slice of cake. Was not amazing to me. The drinks are decent too. I ordered the rose tea and it was really good. But, again, not amazing for the price. This place is overrated in my opinion

Sophia Y.

Yelp
Have gotten their cakes to go in the past but recently had the chance to dine inside the cafe. Ambiance is a very clean aesthetic - almost too sterile? But it does make your photos pop with everything being so white and bright. The service is top notch with very attentive servers. I would say it is pretty pricey for what you get - especially the Mont Blanc; it was much smaller than I had anticipated and the teas can get pretty pricey if you opt for lattes. All in all you probably know what a crepe cake tastes like - I'm more of a traditional cake enthusiast. But I do appreciate the Asiany flavors they offer here. Definitely opt for dine in if you have the time as it feels a little big like a high tea experience.

Ramya A.

Yelp
This place has an elegant dessert dining experience. We did have to wait 5ish minutes to be seated since all the dining area was full. We loved the charm of this place, it was well lit and white everywhere for that classy appearance. The flat plates made it easier to share and the Lady M logo on the silverware was subtle and delightful. I loved the flavor of the rose tea latte and I was able to get oat milk with it. The tiramisu, amedei chocolate crepes were really yummy and I have a weakness for cheesecake and that was good too. Highly recommend for everyone to try this place!

Hung T.

Yelp
If you're in Bellevue Square Mall, craving something sweet, you gotta check out Lady M's new spot on the second floor, right across from the Apple Store. It's fancy from the get-go, with chic decor and vibes. Now, be warned, there might be a line, but trust me, it's worth the wait. Their crepe cakes are the bomb. You can go classic with original or green tea, but if you're feeling adventurous, try the seasonal ones. My personal fave? The earl grey--it's a game-changer. Staff are super friendly and clued-up, ready to dish out recommendations. It's become my go-to dessert spot in the area, and I highly recommend it. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Rachel S.

Yelp
I love this spot - a bit pricey, but worth it because of the taste, texture and perfect amount of crepe/cream combo. The new dine in area is gorgeous. Hope to dine in one day! Order online if you want their popular flavors, so you can skip any lines BUT you can't order every flavor online, so that's a big downside.

Anjela L.

Yelp
The service was superb. You do have to wait for a while, and it is a shame when people just chill with a laptop without eating since it's not an average cafe and there's very limited seating but the waiters are so attentive and they don't make you feel rushed. The cakes had unique flavors and looked gorgeous, however it's more of a "go once for the vibe and photo" kind of thing. I wouldn't go again but it was nice for the experience. They don't carry extra flavorings for coffee but their teas were unique and delicious. Overall a great experience and a fun date!

Madeline T.

Yelp
Cute crepe cake bakery located inside bellevue mall! In the pricier side of pastries, one cake slice is ~$11 while a whole cake ~$115. But that is probably because all the layers that consist of a crepe cake! We really enjoyed the iced rose tea latte. There is a sit down dining area inside where you could order tea and cakes as well. There aren't any prices on the cakes so we had to ask when ordering - definitely an upscale dessert shop.

Netra B.

Yelp
My husband brought chocolate flavored crepe cake from Lady M for my birthday and it was just delicious!! It's a fancy upscale place but absolutely worth it.

Elizabeth P.

Yelp
The crepe cakes are super delicious! Perfect dessert option that is very light, fluffy, and not too sweet. We got 4 slices of mille crepe with different flavors: signature, green tea, tiramisu, and chocolate. My favorite was their classic signature flavor. I would love to come back to try some of their new and seasonal flavors!

Sylvia P.

Yelp
Yeah over priced 12$ for a small slice and cant even eat a to go order inside thats crazy lol people should be able to order a to go and eat inside the cafe.

Emily J.

Yelp
I love these crepe cakes. They are light, airy, and freshly made. You can buy by the slice or get a whole cake. I saw they are now also on delivery apps, so you can get some straight to your door. My favorite flavor is the original. I can't even describe the flavor, but it is so good! None of the flavors are too overly sweet. I've gone here multiple times, and they are consistent with great cake. The price may be steep for cake, but it is worth it.

Michelle Z.

Yelp
Been loving their cakes since the first time I tried them!! They offer a variety of different flavors so you know you'll always find something that you'll love. The crepes are nice and moist, nothing of that hard outside part!!

Emelina W.

Yelp
My boyfriend's favorite cake. Pricy but delicious. After of one year "popup", they became permanent. That's great! Just be careful not eat too much!

Erin W.

Yelp
Happy to see Lady M now has a bigger store in Bellevue Square! It was spacious and there were many tables people could sit down and enjoy the cakes. The staff was very friendly and explained the flavors to me well. I had 3 cakes to go. The cakes were as usual wonderful and tasty. Will come back again to eat in next time!

Mahak Jain J.

Yelp
Loved the ambience and the slice of the cake. It was great with good flavorful pistachio. Service was very quick and server just came as we sat to take the order . Would love to order cake on my birthday next year for sure

Justine S.

Yelp
Cafe is cute, looks very fancy inside. Cakes are perfectly on display and look delicious. Service is great. However, I think I was expecting more as far as flavor goes. Each slice is $11-$12. I get the process of making such cakes and they offer an array of flavors and hot drinks... but I just wasn't that impressed with the taste.

Annie C.

Yelp
I finally had the opportunity to dine at their boutique shop without having to wait this time. The ambiance was very clean, bright and elegant, decked out in white. The menu was limited to their crepe cakes but it has drinks to complement with the cakes. I decided to try their seasonal pumpkin brûlée crepe cake with their signature rose tea latte. Overall, it just tasted so much better when you're dined in with some drink on hand. Felt like I was dining in luxury. The service was good as well. I will definitely some back again especially for the rose tea. It is a nice place to treat yourself or get together with friends.

Mei W.

Yelp
Beautiful gorgeous spot with all white interior and the best crepe cakes ever! I love the original cake and the matcha one. Me and my friend split one whole cake to buy for a Friendsgiving dinner and everyone loved it! The original flavor. It was a big hit! The service at the boutique was top notch and we definitely felt rich dining in, haha. Great experience! Can't wait to try their other flavors!

K S.

Yelp
This place is fancy but worth every penny Went there at the Bellevue Square mall and basically fell in love with a crêpe cake and their coffee as well Love the place and highly recommended it Stuff is very professional all wear masks and gloves and it really looks like you are in a place that knows what they're doing

Sarai G.

Yelp
Just okay. The cakes are as expected soft, creamy with the perfect level of sweet. The flavors don't slap your face but are pleasant. However, their iced cafe latte tasted very watered down. The ice cube were pleasant to munch on. The service was meh. We had one server take our order. Then another server bring out the desserts. Then another server come with the bill. Then another server come pick up the plates & question if we had paid after being told we had already paid. The glass water had an egg smell to it. Gross. Incredibly over priced. You could go to timeless tea in Bellevue & grab a crepe cake with same taste for $5 cheaper but... then you wouldn't be paying for the aesthetic.

Alex N.

Yelp
My favorite place to get crepe layer cakes. The classic favor was the one I got and I love the detail they put into the cake. I love how you can it the cake layer by layer but also as a slice. The place is clean and the workers were friendly and fast. Very good idea for a gift or dessert! I'd come back!

Cat L.

Yelp
Came here on a friend's recommendation. I wants to like this place so bad but it just ain't it for me. The price point is out there but then this is Bellevue so I'm hoping they'll bring on the quality of the product....nawhhh We got the matcha, which is the best out of all, you can taste the multi layers texture and the fluffiness of the cream ....so if have you, I recommend this. The champagne...taste like old champagne you left on the counter The other signature that was recommended (one with a nut on top) was also weird tasting I just can't ....

Nihra T.

Yelp
Not worth $11.50 -$12.50 for a really small slice of cake. Definitely not a repeat place.

Martin L.

Yelp
While the shop is beautiful, the price of dessert is unjustified. One piece of chocolate pie is $12 and it was nothing special. Won't be back.

lovetoeat a.

Yelp
I LOVE Lady M!!! So happy to see this cake boutique!! I have been a frequent visitor at the Bellevue location. It's quite relaxing to be able to sit down in this beautiful place, tasting a scrumptious slice of Mille crepe cake with a cappuccino or a cup of tea. My favorite is the marron crepe, available in November for a few months. The strawberry matcha is a close second. Wish that luscious fancy strawberries one was available here too, and not only New York. Service is very efficient and friendly.

Katherine G.

Yelp
I really wanted to like this more than I did, but it just wasn't that impressive to me. Known for their crepe cakes, they do look beautiful behind the glass display. We got a slice of the matcha which I believe is one of the most popular - it was $11.50 for a single slice which is honestly pretty ridiculous in my opinion. The cake itself was fine, not bad but nothing too outstanding either. I did like the matcha flavor, but felt like the crepe parts themselves felt really dry. I wasn't too impressed, but at least it was worth trying once.

Tom T.

Yelp
It has been a considerable span since my last visit to the Lady M Boutique, and I must express my appreciation for this delightful addition to the mall. The inclusion of ample seating distinguishes it notably from its predecessor--an ephemeral pop-up establishment. My visit was timed fortuitously, allowing me to secure a seat despite the bustling ambiance. A server by the name of Lucy orchestrated the proceedings with admirable courtesy. Her attentive demeanor was particularly evident as she elucidated the array of available cakes, ultimately guiding my selection toward the esteemed Signature Mille Crepe. To complement this delectable choice, a cafe latte found its place on my order. This establishment unquestionably stands as an oasis of repose, ideally suited for a serene #selfcaresunday interlude or convivial gatherings with friends. The ambiance resonates with an understated yet refined allure, encapsulating a sense of timeless elegance. Such attributes converge to craft an experience akin to a mini afternoon tea sojourn. In the wake of this memorable encounter, I can confidently assert my intent to revisit this venue on numerous occasions in the future.

Jane S.

Yelp
Just now we had cakes and coffee at Bellevue Lady M and it was my best experience. The coffee was great, I ordered cappuccino and my husband asked for double espresso- both were really good. My tiramisu cake was good, classic one was the best. We also took a few cakes home which were packed in a very nice box. Our bill was only $100 which was way more than reasonable for such a great dessert. The cakes are very light, not too sweet, not too greasy, very very good! The place itself is very beautiful, everything is so clean. The stuff was so friendly and sweet that we didn't want to leave. I read some reviews before coming here and many people said it's too expensive... Well, it's absolutely NOT! For such a great place, wonderful service and delicious food and drinks it's very REASONABLE. Definitely worth a try and I will be coming back more often. Thank you very much!

Xichen J.

Yelp
They recently moved to a larger location near Tumi inside the mall to offer dining in. However, there only seems to be cake and tea options for dining in and nothing savory. There is a separate line for carry out order. The cake tastes great and the service as well. The reason this place gets 4 stars is because each slice of cake costs over $10, which is a bit excessive in my opinion.

S L.

Yelp
Shop is clean and serviced was quick (for ordering and take out). Apparently there was a different line for ordering dine in and I only found out because the ladies in front of me were told that. For the cakes itself, I think everything is same in that all the cream between the feeling is creamy/buttery but not overwhelming. Also the sweetness is not too much - so if you like things ultra sweet this may not be for you. I also enjoy that while there is enough taste of the flavor it is not overbearing. So while it's good but if you want a strong taste it may not be your cup of tea either. Overall , I like the place but some special flavors were 11.8 for a slice and while I made crepe cakes myself at home and understand it's a lot of effort, it's also a wonder if it's worth the price. Some desserts these days are averaging $10-ish so I guess if you look at it that way, I think it deserves a 4.

Alyssa A.

Yelp
I order the cakes from here more often than I'd like to admit. I will say I can't touch on the ambiance or service as I haven't visited the store yet. My absolute favorite is the checkers cake. It's not too heavy and sugary, which is perfect.

Jay J.

Yelp
I love cake. I wanted to like this place but I wasn't impressed. The interior was clean and pretty with white everything. The fresh flowers on the tables added more elegance to the decor. Any coffee beverage was not available because their espresso machine was either not ready or broken. (They said they opened 2 days ago - and the machine is broken already?!) They recommend tea, so I ordered earl grey tea that was $8. It came out in a tiny tea pot, and one serving is only about 6 oz. They don't even tell you what kind of tea leaf brand they serve that costs $8 per cup. The checkers cake was okay, nothing special about it. I did like the chocolate crepe cake. Multiple layers of thin crepe with fillings in between made it very enjoyable. I'll most likely go back to try other cakes though since it just opened.
