Lady M @ Jewel Changi Airport

We usually like to buy Lady M cake when we’re at Jewel. We did the same today but the cake didnt make it when we arrived home. We noticed only one staff handling the store on a Sunday afternoon. Staff was not too friendly. It is not difficult to see why.

Staff handling slicing the cake have her long fringe always down dangling, look like anytime there will be hair in the cake. Half of the drinks don’t have -.- all juices not available, some not cancel on the list also not available -.- Don’t have atas cake place feel, no aesthetic, tables very near very cramp.

Got the pistachio & rose mille crepes and I was kinda disappointed because it was not as good as I expected with the high price. For me it was sweet, however I can sense that the crepes were made with high quality ingredients.

Nice cafe with good food. For the price though the atmosphere deserves to be better and more chic.

As what others have said, the attitude of the staffs here were very poor. Seemed like they were forced to work here. Gst 8% on top of the price for takeaway, while there’s both GST 8% and service charge 10% if you were to dine in. Pistachio crepe cake was super sweet, we found that the cream was overpowering, too much cream to cake ratio that the cake layers were falling apart. Tasted very creamy and “wet”, unpleasant taste. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Hanging at this all time fave crepes cafe. Thks to the staff who arrange a table for me. And let me played with my popmart toys. Ordered their tiramisu crepes & mint tea. Still prefer their tie guan ying flavour crepes. Been to their original outlet at Marina Sq (closed since). Other outlets also been to Scott Sq (closed), Orchard Gateway, Westgate, & South Beach too 😋

The crepes, i never complain, always good quality delivered. Elected for the package of 2 crepes & 2 drinks, though price has hiked but i'm still okay. However the crepes were served on smelt like damp plates, the odour was quite a put off. Though they did replace the plates, only. But quite unapologetic about the whole event, the server obviously stood strong claiming there was no odour while sniffing thru' face masks.

I almost sprained my ankle going down the steep ramp near the cashier. The staff did not even bother to help or enquire if I was ok. Enquired if they accept cash and the response was no, so I just joined my friends without ordering. Their tea servings were small. Looking at the table next to ours, there were large portions of leftover cakes. If the cakes were good, there would be no leftovers, right? Poor service, no cash option. Not interested in coming back ever.
