We ordered takeaway and found the male staff at the counter attentive and friendly. The cakes were well-packed, with protective cardboard buffers for each individual cake. However, we were disappointed that the cakes were not properly chilled in the display counter. The crepe cakes were badly melted even though we consumed them within 30 minutes of purchase. We also tried the new seasonal cheesecake at $16 per slice, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst cheesecakes we’ve had in recent time, falling short even compared to budget cheesecakes from Han’s. It’s a shame, as we’ve enjoyed most of the cakes from previous visits.

lol tried the new creme brûlée cheesecake. It was not good, not worth the $16++ price I paid. 1. Crust was not torched evenly. For $16, that’s the bare minimum 2. It had a yuzu-like/citrusy taste which was very very weird, considering we didn’t see any description of a citrusy taste, nor any indication. It just didn’t taste like a typical creme brûlée or cheesecake. It wasn’t unpleasant, but it’s not good 3. It was hard to cut. No idea why but I struggled to cut through the slice. TLDR: this $16++ slice of cake is NOT worth it. Don’t bother. Lady M continues to prove that you pay for vibes, not quality of cake. Service was great no issues there.

Enjoyed a lovely tea time with family at Lady M @ Jewel Changi Airport. Their cakes and drinks were quite nice. It wasn't too crowded when I visited, which made it easy to relax. A few cake options were already sold out, though. Overall, it's a perfectly okay place to chill and unwind.

Cake is still good. Staff look unhappy and not motivated. The place is quite worn out, some of the flooring around the sitting area and service counter are worn out. Saw staff standing on a patched flooring, not sure how safe is it. Expected Jewel’s outlet to be more polished but somehow other outlets have better vibes. Would recommend other outlets for the vibes and experience.

I was quite disappointed with my recent visit. The café used to serve lattes in quality cups, but now they’ve switched to small Styrofoam cups (around 150ml) that seem cheap, are not eco-friendly, and raise health concerns. Additionally, the coffee was terrible—watery, bitter, and unenjoyable. I couldn’t even finish a sip and had to toss it out. Paying $8 for such poor quality and presentation is unacceptable. Not worth the price. The staff was also distracted looking at her phone when I was ready to order, until another staff member prompted her.

It’s quite packed when I went. Saw a couple gave up waiting for their seats as it seemed that they waited long and they are short of staff. The couple was in the queue before me queueing for my order and the lady even asked me about my queue is for queueing for what… The queue to buy and wait for seats is not very clear. But i guess if wait is long better ask the staff and get their attention. Anyway I think the Gateau Au Choco slice is my top favourite as it is rich and chocolatey. It goes very well with iced cold green pomegranate tea.

Lady M at Changi Airport is pure dessert heaven! ✨ I tried the Matcha Mille Crêpe, Strawberry Mille Crêpe, and the Rose Mille Crêpe, and each one was absolutely delightful. The Matcha had that perfect balance of earthy bitterness and creamy sweetness, layered so delicately that every bite melted in the mouth. The Strawberry was fresh, light, and fruity – not overly sweet, just the right amount of indulgence. And the Rose Mille Crêpe was exquisite – subtle floral notes that felt so elegant and refreshing. The presentation was beautiful, the textures were silky, and the flavors were refined. Having these treats right at Changi made the travel experience even more special. A must-stop for anyone with a sweet tooth passing through the airport! 🍰🌸🍓🍵
