Famous restaurant in the northeast area of Thailand. Restaurant is always crowded so make sure you go early otherwise you need to wait for a while. Food is very good and you can taste the real issan food at here. We order the soup with ants egg inside and the taste is so special. For the name they introduce why it called ladyboy cafe in their menu.

Wonderful experience, attentive staff, very knowledgeable about the menu which was quite big. The food was amazing and price is low compared to the great quality of food you will be served. We shared 5 dishes, 4 large beers, 1030฿ 10/10 will come back again.

We went for lunch in a rainy day but the restaurant was still crowded. Their service is excellent from the first step till the end. Variety of dishes with pictures in the menu made them more interesting and all what I ordered are all yummy! I love the way they list how much spicy each customer preferred.

Nice food, reasonably priced. Good service. But the restaurant is far too cold, too many aircon units at too low temperature

Local taste of Northeastern Thai style, which you should not miss. The restaurant name reflects an enjoyable and fun moment related to a signature dish of Som Tam or papaya spicy salad. Various type of Som Tam are offered in the menu with different combinations like pork sausage or Moo Yor, seafood, or typical style. Decoration is simple, but nice and spacious. The staff are very helpful to recommend the dish and spicy level to your tolerance. Must try indeed!!

Perfect Isan foods. We ate quite a lot here. It is unfortunate they do not have Isan sausage but everything else was perfect. If you are around Khon Kaen, it is recommended.
