Spent an enjoyable afternoon, trying the champagne flight, which was delicious. The wine pourer was very knowledgeable. The views at this location are amazing. They have multiple private seat options located all over the property. Should you come with a large party several areas would be perfect. They do allow you to bring your own food which is awesome, because a lot of the wineries do not allow that. There have a bocce court there too! The 2020 Brut De Blancs and the 2020 Brut Rose would definitely my two favorites. I would certainly give this winery a thumbs up and 5 stars!

I have to admit I was first shocked with another winery charging $30 for a flight. Thought to myself ‘this is out of hand’. But, I ended up warming up to the place. Brandon was very nice and the pouring was not ‘a few drops’ like some wineries do. We also got just one flight since my wife does not drink much at all. The setting is nice even if noisy due the 101 proximity. Wine are good. We did the state flight (not the Bible’s they are more famous for). These wines seemed unique, not what one buys in the groceries store.

I have been wanting to go wine tasting for several years. Finally picked Laetitia Winery and it did not disappoint. All the staff was great. The wine and cheese was excellent. I have always enjoyed a sweet red. Unfortunately, they didn't have any but I loved every wine on their two flights and more. It was so difficult picking bottles to take home. Amber waited on us and she was absolutely amazing. She made my birthday experience perfect. She was so incredibly nice, funny, and answered every question we had about wine, the process, etc and I'm sure we asked a million questions. I cannot wait to go back because of her.

I did a tasting 3/12/22 at 11am and I just wanted to clarify why I rate my visit a 5/5. First off, we were running late because we had a family member pass unfortunately, so I called to let them know we probably couldn't make it, but, (I think her name was Amy), was accommodating and helped us secure our reservation even though we were late. Second, once we arrived, our server Maddy was very attentive, knowledgeable, thoughtful and helpful with our first wine tasting experience. My girlfriend and I brought a picnic basket and made a date out of it. Also, they honored my coupons for two free tastings even though they hadn't seen that type of coupon before. And to me that is OUTSTANDING customer service, which is why I not only bought a bottle of their delicious Brut Rosè for my girlfriend but, I joined their Wine Club. Big thanks to the great staff at Laetitia!!! Fingers crossed I win a 1c Magnum bottle! Thanks again.

Come for the views and surrounding landscapes and stay awhile. To really enjoy Laetitia, bring a picnic and your walking shoes because simply stopping for a tasting won't set it apart like it deserves. Part of wine tasting, for me, is the ambiance and overall experience. Their sparkling wines are brught, clean, and delicious. Sit outside under a tree or on a bench and share a bottle with friends. Is this the best wine I have ever tasted at an amazing price point that immediately caused me to join the wine club and purchase a case? Honestly, it's not. This is the best combo of quality wine, setting, and helpful staff and a welcoming vibe I have found in my Central Coast exploring. Enjoy! Just don't forget to allow the wine and yourself to breathe a bit before moving on!

Beyond... Beyond... Beyond! Beautiful venue and views! The staff goes above and Beyond to serve and teach. Very friendly and accommodating! My kids were visiting from Colorado and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!

Nice place but difficult to get to if driving from north. You have to exit and turn around which is a 15 min extra drive both sides. When we got there, the host was nice but confusing and wasn't great at communicating. She said no to wine tasting but we can get glasses and then to follow her. When my partner followed her, she said to hold on but then ended up doing a wine tasting for a group of ladies. Which then took a very long time for him to get helped. Then another host came out to ask me for help, I had asked if I can bring my dog inside and he said yes they are dog friendly. When I tried to go back and ask him for help he was already gone. So we had to wait for the girl to be done with other people. When she was able to help us, my partner asked if there were any sweet wines and she immediately said no and gave a judgemental attitude. So we then asked for the best wine because it will be a gift. So we got a sparkling rose. Which was good. After we drank our glass outside, we went in to get another wine and when looking at the wine list, there was a port wine available which is a sweet wine. We were surprised so we got that too. Overall the place had a great ambiance. Very pretty and relaxing but hosts could be better at communicating.

Yelp
1st stop on on wine tasting adventure for GF birthday. This winery is beautiful. They have both champagne and wine. GF was able to have a taste of both as our host was really nice to serve her as it was her Birthday. Again I'm not a drinker so I would not be good judge if it. My taste buds tends to like the more expensive bottles. We did purchase a bottle my GF really enjoyed.

Carina E.

Yelp
Back to. Open! Beautiful views, friendly staff, just no food truck. No food truck or music during the winter, but will continue in the summer.

Chesney F.

Yelp
Laetitia is a treasure in our family, and has been since it was Deutz. I've hung here with sisters, nieces, nephews, besties and of course my husband. It's so beautiful and my very favorite sparkling wines. My recent visit was to buy sparkling rose for a family birthday, and Tyler was a perfect host. Made it fun to taste even though I was traveling solo that day

Mike M.

Yelp
Our one and only wine club. Love their Pinot Noirs and Champagne (I know..... sparkling wine). Their tastings and club prices are very reasonable. They have had some ownership changes recently and their long time wine master is now one of the new owners. The main tasting building is quite dated but the grounds are still lovely. They will be remodeling soon so I expect some big improvements. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and still the best wines around.

Weston P.

Yelp
I hate wine so I'll start there. Came here strictly for my bride to sample some of her favorite wine. The grounds here are well kept. There is ample seating throughout. The staff here was exceptional in their knowledge of their wines and listening to what she liked. They were able to quickly provide wines that met her tastes and we walked away with 3 bottles. Seeing my bride smiling and enjoying their Pinot made it worth the trip and visit. Highly recommend this place off you like Pinot as they have a large selection.

Yelp
We have passed this winery a zillion times but never stop as always in rush to somewhere! Even though we have never been to the winery till this week, we have experienced their products to the fullest as our friend is a founding member here! Finally we turned off 101 to experience the winery in its fullest on a beautiful sunny Monday! A perfect day to go as nice and quiet! Around 1:00pm there was very few people there! The people at the winery were all quiet and respectful of others! The grounds are nice on a hilltop. There are multiple places to sit! You can bring a picnic and sit at several picnic area at picnic tables! There are seating for two overlooking the winery. Lastly there are tables for larger parties! Also some seating inside. The winery serves multiple wines, including sparking wine! We got the sparkling rose bottle and it hit the spot! You can also get a cheese ms meat tray for 30 dollars. Tastings are between 20-25 dollars! We will have to come back for some more at another time! Inside they have a small gift shop! Also a cool press that they stopped using recently! The press is definitely a site to see: it's massive! Also plenty of parking! A couple of lots near tasting area! Just be careful getting on and off the 101! As this was just the start to many more toasts: we will be back for more!

Trish S.

Yelp
We had a great time at Laetitia Vineyard. We showed up without a reservation, fairly close to closing time, and they were very welcoming. We had a couple tastings on the patio. One regular, one bubbly. All good stuff!

Tami N.

Yelp
10/10 winery experience. Definitely get your reservations in. Note this neat winery is right off the 101 N (aka turn that right turn signal on and keep a close eye out for the exit). Tried both the Bubbles flight and the Black Label tastings. The Black Label tasting is definitely worth the $10 upgrade if you're a red pinot noir person. However, I am a bubbles person so their flight was right up my alley. Favorites of both tastings were 2020 Brut de Blancs, 2020 Brut de Noirs, and the 2020 Bloc 02 pinot noir, and 2021 block 02 pinot noir. Lovely grounds with a good amount of chairs, regular tables, and picnic tables. Well worth a visit if you're a pinot noir and bubbly wine person!

Alex H.

Yelp
I would highly recommend this location - the views, service and wine are all top notch. They have ample parking and amazing outdoor seating areas all over the grounds, including a platform where they have live music. They also do private events and when we visited there was a private bridal shower happening under the oaks in an outdoor area. We had Jess as our server and she was absolutely lovely; super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable - bonus points she gave our pup some treats :). We did the sparkling and black label tastings and really enjoyed the sparkling tasting options, so much so that we ended up joining the wine club, specifically the sparkling one! Overall, would highly recommend especially if you're with a group or have family in town. Definitely does not disappoint and we will be back again soon!

John O.

Yelp
Service here is about average, however, you can't beat the quality of the bubbly here OR the picnic area which allows you to bring your own picnic lunch and enjoy with one of their bottles. The pinots are good and the bubbly (sparkling wine) is top notch here and actually, fairly affordable for the price point. The grounds are beautiful and it's a very relaxing stop if you're heading up to Paso on the 101. I've always enjoyed my trips to Laetitia. Big bonus for allowing food to be brought in and enjoyed on the grounds.

Hollie D.

Yelp
The service is Great!Kate is server! Max left I never said goodbye! All the other services are great!

Fred F.

Yelp
Very sad day for the Laetitia name. The corporation that bought the winery just layer off all of their tasting room employees without any notice. Wine club members found out by TV or social media. We know a lot of people that are canceling their membership and Boycotting Laetitia until they hire back their employees!

Kaelin C.

Yelp
right off the 101 sits this surprisingly private vineyard that we had passed numerous times and have always wanted to stop at, but didn't plan! we finally wanted a quick little afternoon getaway and laetitia fit the bill perfectly! we looked it up and it said it was dog friendly, which was what we were looking for. they had live music that ended right as we were getting there, but the part we heard was lovely. the woman that helped me pick out a wine was very sweet & patient :) string lights above a spacious patio, and other areas away from the crowd to explore were a nice escape. we enjoyed a bottle of Pinot, (which was so delicious!) right across from the patio up a few steps. would recommend checking out the view there! lots of different areas to walk around, which was great for us & our pup. looked like there were a few yard games out there, too. how fun!! will be returning, hopefully for a girls trip!

Donna S.

Yelp
Beautiful grounds. Great space for outdoor seating. Dog friendly. Now about their wines and sparklings We did the tastings for $20. Great pours, so you can really try them out. Great explanation of the wine making process. Walked away with a bottle and great service.

Natalie B.

Yelp
Beautiful location. Enjoyed a yummy cheese plate and great wine. Highly reccomend. Emeriss took wonderful care of us. She is a gem and really made it special for us.

Monique M.

Yelp
We went without a reservation and had the best time! Service was outstanding. My husband had the Pinot and I had the bubbly. Simply perfect!

Kim C.

Yelp
What a fabulous wine tasting experience! Our server, Kate, was exceptional! And my husband and I are both in the wine industry, she gave us all and more information about the wines and winery than we could have asked for. We enjoyed our time there and the wines are phenomenal! This was our first time in the central coast and we definitely will be back!

Michelle O.

Yelp
Best winery! Awesome sparkling and Pinot Noir! Beautiful setting, nicest people! You have to come experience this gem-you won't regret it!

Jason G.

Yelp
Outstanding wine tasting experience here. The winery specializes in Pinot Noir and méthode champenoise sparkling wines. We did the standard tasting and the black-label tasting. Both were great. Everything is table service and the pouring staff was a wealth of knowledge about the winery and wines. We stayed a while and ended up getting a charcuterie box which was delicious. Always a treat to come here. We'll be back many times.

Al P.

Yelp
Had a great time at Laetitia Vineyard & Winery, the tasting was very pleasant, Emily was a great hostess with lots of knowledge and introduced us to some great new wines. Overall, had a great experience. Don't miss on the cheese jalapeño sourdough...was awesome.

Mina G.

Yelp
I've had the pleasure of going to this winery a few times now, I must say they have some of the best sparkling wine I would say on the central coast. Every time we come this way, my friends and myself all agree we must stop at Leticia's to stock up until we can come back again... oh and we will! This is a small tasting room but they do have several seating areas right in front outside of the tasting room and one on the other side with lovely views of the vineyards. We have had a few severs and so far we couldn't of asked for more. Everybody was knowledgeable and friendly and incredibly helpful, because we certainly did have lots of questions and then we ALL walk out of there with a couple cases. The grounds are beautiful with lots of little sitting areas, the sparkling is delightful, I cannot leave without a case and these bottles just vanish it's so strange lol oh yeah we drank them all! You will enjoy this winery the sparkling is outstanding the grounds are beautiful, let's just put it this way you will enjoy all they have to offer, you will not be disappointed. Cheers ALL and SYOY

Paula M.

Yelp
I am a sparkling wine junkie and so very excited for my first visit at Laetitia and it did not disappoint. I know some people will never appreciate having to pay for wine tasting but being from Sonoma County, the $25 fee at Laetitia is more than reasonable for a flight of 5 tastes. The property is spacious with lots of outdoor seating on beautiful grounds. Our host Sean was knowledgeable, warm and attentive. And the wines - well let's just say I couldn't sign up for the wine club fast enough!

Evelia B.

Yelp
No pressure, very relaxing and beautiful scenery. Staff is friendly. Lovely fall afternoon for tasting.

Sharon H.

Yelp
We were on a road trip and were looking for a nice place to stop. I liked that this winery is RIGHT off the 101, and didn't involve taking a long detour. I knew it was nice from the pictures, but the pictures didn't quite do it justice, and I was surprised by how beautiful the winery was, with the vineyard on the hilltop and the tasting patio overlooking the vineyards. The tasting room and building itself are simple, but the view from the outdoor patio is really quite lovely and relaxing. You are encouraged to make a tasting reservation online, but luckily we didn't have an issue walking in on a weekday afternoon. I like that they are open daily til 5:30 which is later than many wineries, which close at 4 or aren't even open on the weekdays. There were two flight options, a bubbly, and a red/white. I don't like wines with a harsh finish and enjoyed all the wines in our flight. The pours were good enough for a $20/flight. We also got the cheese plate which included some dried fruit and a few crackers for $30. It was a bit hefty of a price but we did enjoy and finish all the cheeses. Our server was very nice, and explained the background of the blends well.

Molly S.

Yelp
Gorgeous winery!! The bubbles flight is so fun and unique, and waiter was beyond knowledgeable and funny! He even gave us an extra pour of their rose that was not on the flight, and a sample of a Pinot noir also not on the flight. Walking the grounds with the glass of wine was so peaceful and beautiful, and felt like Italy! Cant wait to return!

V M.

Yelp
Interesting that no reviews since they have closed tasting rooms. As a member we've not heard much. Rumors say it's been bought by big corporation. They fired all staff and open on occasions for club members. Today we went. It was weird that they were serving our one glass in a plastic (logo) " glass. Apparently they are throwing away all the plastic logo glasses. If you go. Be sure to save your cup for picnics / pool etc. So sad to see a local winery having to sell to big corp. clearly they don't care about the environment or local long term employees.

James A.

Yelp
We saw the signs for Laetitia off the 101, so decided to stop by on our way back to LA from our Pismo Beach trip. They recommend making reservations on-line, and it was easy to do on the day of. The winery is only accessible when heading north on the 101, so follow your GPS even though it definitely doesn't seem direct if coming from Pismo. Follow the paved road up the hill, and there was plenty of paved parking. We went early at 11 am on a Friday, and there were plenty of open slots. We were seated outside in our own private, shaded table, overlooking the vineyard and highway. Since there was two of us, we decided to get a bubbles flight and estate flight and share. All the wines were good, and most used grapes there was grown on the estate. Since it was lunch time, we added the cheese tray (if we had been better organized, we would have brought some light snacks to go with the various wines. We liked the 2018 NADIA Trio the best, and bought a bottle to bring home. It's a really well organized process, and our server (Jessica) was very friendly and engaging.

Jodi A.

Yelp
We made a reservation for a wine tasting. We not invited into the wine room which might have been nice. We sat outside the opening of the room with a view a other tables, and some trees. Could see a vineyard and absolutely no charm. Wine was decent, not mind blowing. The wine server was awesome and the best part If the experience. Asked about snacks and were offer a box of crackers to buy. It was disappointing at best. Felt very commercial.

John H.

Yelp
Great wines and friendly staff. Outdoor seating is very pleasant. Checking times available, they are not always open when expected.

Kris L.

Yelp
Phenomenal service. I came in on a random Wednesday afternoon and was literally blessed to have Beth Ann serve me. What an amazing human. So easy to talk to and made me feel like the most important person in the room. The wine was not quite what I prefer but Beth Ann made my experience so relaxing and informative I would highly recommend going here just to meet her. What an amazing random experience. Thank you Beth Ann for going above and beyond for me. You made my week!!

Janine D.

Yelp
While heading north on California Highway 101, we decided to take a little break and sample some of this wineries delicious beverages. The day was perfectly beautiful for sitting in the Adirondack chairs outside in their lawn area. We sampled both the Rose' Champagne and the Estate Pinot Noir. As usual, the wines were delicious. We have been members here over the years and have enjoyed the consistent quality of their wines. Staff are super friendly, making our visit all the more pleasant! A must stop on Hwy 101!

John S.

Yelp
Eileen's the SHIT!! Wooop wooooop! Thanks for a great tasting on a beautiful day. Wonderful service. We'll make sure to ask for you again.

Phia S.

Yelp
Sparkling wine, rolling hills of vines, and the coastal cliffs with the sun slowly drifting towards the horizon showing an array of orange hues. I don't remember signing up for being on The Bachelor? That is the only logical answer to how picturesque this place is. On top of that, their sparkling wine was delicious! Not many wineries on the Central Coast make a sparkling, so thank god that I found this place!! Right now, they had three different sparkling wines, so plenty of options to choose from. They were all very reasonably priced, making the wine a great "congrats" purchase for someone in celebration. Definitely recommend this place!

Steve P.

Yelp
What a great find, greeted at the door by wonderful staff. Once seated we ordered a cheese tray and a tasting. As you can see in the picture the tastings are generously poured, there was 4 different tasting each with their own unique flavor! Each glass poured was explained with emphasis on the flavors and aromas that we would experience. I would highly recommend this winery!

Nina M.

Yelp
My friend and I got some well-deserved mamas' time off today. We picked Laetitia as our destination because it was a convenient meet up location. I was impressed by the ample amount of outdoor tables. Each picnic table can comfortably sit 4+ and there were about 6 tables down below the vinery nestled between shady oaks. There were at least as many tables above the parking lot and several reserved tables right on the ground level. While wine tasting was not offered without reservation, we picked up one of their 4 sparkling wines. A bottle set us back 45$. While there weren't too many snacks offered for sale (only a basic charcuterie board), we were allowed to bring our own picnic. My friend and I had a really lovely afternoon (we spent over 3 hours at the winery unbothered) and even got the explore the grounds as there is a small little trail at the top. All in all, I think this is a great place for an intimate date or a meet-up with a small group. I would be happy to return.

Tita L.

Yelp
6 people in my group , all Asians got to their winery at 4:50 pm and they refused to serve us. They said we can't have wine tasting but we can buy a glass of wine. It's funny how they can sell us a glass but we can't taste their wines. How are we supposed to know which wines we like to order. They are very snooty if you ask me, or at least the lady that was at the front was. But she had no problem selling me a bottle of wine. So sad since this is our second time as friends going there . we had good service the first time we went there about 7 years ago but they probably have different staff this time.

Bradley D.

Yelp
I've been a member of the wine club at Leticia for five years used to be a great place to go. We bring friends there but lately it's closed. No one answers the phones. I've stopped by a couple times to pick up her wine and no one's there so. I really hope it opens it if it's there it's a great place with good wine, but who knows

Kathryn B.

Yelp
Another good tasting experience, this time with two other women instead of my husband. Today we had Scott who did an excellent job. I once again took home a mixed case of wine, just as I did in April. Shoot! I just remembered that I forgot to ask for a case discount. I just checked my receipt. Nope. I was not given a case discount. In April, I asked Franco if case discounts were given on mixed cases; they are and I got a case discount. Today, no case discount. I guess it's my fault because I failed to ask for it but it'd sure be nice if they had just automatically applied it. So four stars today rather than five. My other complaint is that the charcuterie wasn't as good as the one we had in April. It was no bigger, even though the reservation was for three people instead of two. Today, there was one pitiful package of crackers which wasn't enough for the Brie, the Chevre and the Fig Spread. As a top-notch winery, they could do a better job with the charcuterie. Just FYI: the best charcuterie I've had was at Dubost Winery in Paso Robles. Their 15-year-old grandson put it together. Just sayin'

Diane R.

Yelp
This winery is right off the highway on the northbound side. It overlooks the highway and some tables are able to hear the road noise. If you want a more quiet atmosphere, I would suggest sit at the tables above the fountain. At this time of COVID, reservations are required and there are no tastings. Only sparkling by the glass or bottle are sold. I found the sparkling pleasant but not something I would come back for. I thought the winery was in need of a refresh but the service was good.

Terra Z.

Yelp
Beautiful winery, with excellent service. My server Sean, was super friendly, knowledgeable and offered more suggestions of things to see while in the area!

Melanie B.

Yelp
Just left this lovely winery and we had a great time. Jessica squeezed us in with a very full busy day (make reservations) but she was so good to us (Thank you Jessica!) and we truly enjoyed every wine we tried. We got a Bubbles flight and a Pinot flight l, which both happen to be my favorite types of wines....so maybe I loved this place before we even tried the wines! Between the service and the wine - what a great place to start your weekend!

Till W.

Yelp
I kept seeing get 2 for 1 tasting price on my facebook as an ad for Laetitia Vineyard & Winery so I had to go! It was haunting me. Unfortunately, when we booked and prepaid for our tastings online, we forgot to use it! So, don't make that same mistake as we did. I liked the picnic tables where we could bring our own lunch and enjoy a tasting. It's secluded but if you're off the 101 and need a pit stop, this is a great stop!

Sara M.

Yelp
Must stop by this Winery. I wasn't sure what to expect from this place because it is not located among the other vineyards and wineries. I was on my back to the Los Angeles area from Paso Robles and found Laetitia online. It is easier to access from the 101 North freeway. If you are coming from the 101 South side, there will be a bit of a longer drive to the entrance. When you drive in through the gate - you will see some of the vines. I was indoors for the tasting. ROB was AMAZING! They have 3 different tasting flight options: the traditional flight, sparkling wines, and their premium, French barrel wines (clones of Pinot Noir). I chose the premium tasting. Rob was great at explaining each wine. I can be an inpatient person and he kept my attention. The wines were all some of the best that I have tasted. Thank you, Rob!

Richard B.

Yelp
Last week my wife and I made a spontaneous stop at Laetitia Vineyard on our drive from L.A. to Cambira and the Paso Robles area. We'd passed it by on a number of trips up to the Central Coast in the past but I assure you that it will now be a regular stop along the way. First and foremost, our server was absolutely one of the best we've ever had. Her name is Amber, and she is one of the friendliest and most engaging wine hosts we've had the pleasure of meeting and interacting with. And, in addition to this, we enjoyed some truly wonderful wines. We've gone to a number of wineries in the past where the wine was delightful but the service and hospitality was altogether lacking. It's seldom that we ever return to those vineyards. Laetitia on the other hand is one that we look forward to experiencing again. ~ Richard and Melissa

Christine T.

Yelp
We have loved visiting this winery for more than 15 years. So sad to see that their tasting room is no longer open and they gave their employees a days notice of their closing.

Julie D.

Yelp
I used to drive up to SLO all the time. All those times, I've always passed this at a weird time (not in the mood to pull over) and vowed to drop in at some point. That took ages. Well that visit finally happened, on my birthday no less. I wanted to get out visit over with so we didn't have to backtrack on our way home. I got an Airbnb in Santa Maria and already planned to spend the day in Solvang so the visit here happened shortly after we settled in. Tip: Follow the signs as you enter. I wasn't paying attention because I was too busy admiring the views and totally missed the turn. We ended up at the barrels by accident. The property is gorgeous. You can walk around before or after your tasting. I recommend doing it after. We had just the right amount of time to walk around, check out the vines and take photos. The view facing the vineyards was beyond amazing. The photos we took looked divine. There are even tables outside. Definitely worth the wait.

Lauren S.

Yelp
Laetitia has been on my list to visit for years. I have always enjoyed their wines, so it was time to finally make a visit. The grounds were beautiful. A hostess greeted us upon arrival and checked us in for our reservation. SLO county has COVID guidelines to wine taste is only by appointment. We we told we could sit where ever we liked. We picked a beautiful spot on the hill overlooking the vineyards and you could even see the ocean. Franco, was our server, and amazing. We each did wines by the glass, but he brought us a special try of their Blanc de Blanc. We also enjoyed their cheese plate option as a snack. One of the best places in SLO county for bubbles.

Jake C.

Yelp
Went to pickup my wine shipment and they are as always fantastic! The views and atmosphere is lovely. Due to covid we had to buy a charcuterie plate for around $18 dollars but we got two complimentary glasses (part of the wine club perks). The staff was very attentive and the wine is great! I wish that they would be open later so that you could watch the sunset as you sip on wine and socialize!

Yelp
The reception was unfriendly! The older woman who worked there immediately asked us if we had reservations, looked annoyed at us, and kept asking question over question. Finally, I just said, "Well, I'm not sure if we're going to buy wine or have a tasting so why don't you tell us what you offer?" She never smiled, or made us feel welcome. That is no way to run an 'off the freeway' business where people just stop in. I don't know what her problem was but we were happy when we walked in however, when we left, we were happy to get out of there!
