Playfully named burgers, modern surrounds, and poolside views

"A participating venue in the Vegas UnStripped event, represented by chef Luke Palladino." - Janna Karel

"A new indoor/outdoor dining concept with poolside sipping and late-night bites, led by chef Luke Palladino and opening April 30 on the sixth floor of Palms Place in the former Cafe 6 space. The breezy dining room has tall windows, cool-toned furnishings, and service for both casual daytime meals and late-night snacks. The menu features pizzas, sandwiches and appetizers, with its largest section devoted to large-format shareable plates for groups of four to six; specific offerings include a continental breakfast with muffins, pastries, butter, sliced fruits and yogurt dip ($69), a fruit platter of melon, pineapple, mango, dragon fruit and berries ($75), a party platter of pizza, chicken wings, chicken tenders and garlic knots ($115), and a $350 sushi boat with assorted rolls and nigiri. A late-night menu includes shrimp tacos and chicken wings, and cocktails are available by the glass or in pitchers for sharing. Typical hours are roughly 7 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m.–1 a.m. on weekends." - Janna Karel
