Eating poolside (indoors and air conditioned, but the glass walls mere feet from the water) on the 6th floor of Palms Place... Honestly, I have found much of the Vegas food pretty mediocre, but this place was recommended by a friend. FINALLY. A damn good cheeseburger and an even better Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Standard fries. Nice wine selection. And my waitress, Sara, was PHENOMENAL. She is confident, charismatic, and makes you feel like you matter. Hope she's still around when you stop by!

If I died in this restaurant and went straight to hell, I don't think I would ever realize I'm not at this pit of a restaurant anymore. Laguna Pool House & Kitchen provided me with the absolute worst pizza I have ever had in my whole life, and the service lived up to that same expectation. I walk in and just assume it's a seat yourself kind of place. Not much of a greeting. AS SOON AS the server comes over, I explain I have a F&B credit to use. She acknowledges it and I order a pizza. When I tell you, this is the worst pizza I have ever seen in my entire life, I am not kidding. Take a frozen slab of "dough" put ketchup on it, cook it until the ketchup soaks into the pizza, and then add what might be mozzarella, might not be mozzarella. Boom. Laguna Pool House & Kitchen's signature pizza recipe. I had to force myself to eat some of it but still didn't finish it. I was glad it was free because there's no way you should be charging people for this "pizza". The service throughout was so incredibly slow. I was barely checked on, and had a different person every time, even though there was nobody else in the restaurant. Then I go to check out, and the server says that I have to pay for it out of pocket because they can't locate my F&B. I pushed back but the staff pushed back harder, so I was forced to pay THIRTY DOLLARS for something that should've given me an urgent care stipend. The staff had ZERO problem solving skills, compassion, or even just general comprehension whatsoever. I was lied to. I was screwed over. I was ROBBED. I even put on the receipt that I was disputing it and they still posted it. So of course, it is in dispute with the bank right now. They were in the wrong and it should not have been charged. I would've NEVER ordered it had I known they weren't going to honor the F&B. Even under normal circumstances, I don't think anyone should have to pay for such a god awful "pizza". But the staff went above and beyond to belittle me. They left a very lasting impression of what the service at Laguna looks like. They are bullies, crooks, and thieves. My issue was not resolved and ruined my entire outlook of the Palms. The service and the food was some of the worst I have ever experienced. They refused to make it right and were so berating. I will never be back to Palms and the experience I had at this restaurant is largely to blame for that.

First and foremost, my husband and I haven't been on a date in while. He surprised me with a dinner date at this beautiful restaurant. The food was outstanding, the service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was a complete vibe. The staff was phenomenal! Our waiter Aretha went well beyond her services, she was very straight forward and knowledgeable. We order the Provolone Fritto, it came out wrong and she sent it back, then the chef came out with our new order and apologize for the mistake which was awesome. I will try to upload some pictures, even I took a bite before taken the picture. Thank you to Cierra for helping us out as well, this was some phenomenal customer service all the way around. We would highly recommend this restaurant.

Google
Despite a great atmosphere with a pool next to the tables, I had my worst experience in 3 weeks at the Laguna Pool House & Kitchen. We arrived at 7:30pm and it’s supposed to be to close at 8pm, so that might explain the really poor service we had. We were probably the 3rd table in the full restaurant. We ordered 2 margarita, chips and salsa, salmon and a NY steak for after the drink. We’ve waited for everything : food and drinks, even with an empty restaurant. At the end, we had the outrageous ask to have another margarita. Well, that was a mistake. Even if the restaurant was about to close, we had to wait for the barmaid to finish her chat with the only other customers in the restaurant. Another employee had to remind her job or we would have waited even longer.

Google
We arrived as a group of 20 and they did an amazing job of handling us. The wait staff was excellent and the food was delicious. I highly recommend. Plus, this is super romantic and sort of hidden from the rest of the casino crowd.

Hidden Gem inside if Palms Place gives a great brunch vibe with poolside views and good music. The food was fresh. The ambiance was relaxed, and the service was consistent! @thejohnnyrio

We made reservations although we didn’t need to..we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We were greeted warmly & seated right away. Our server was attentive & friendly. Food was good! We’ll definitely be back.

Yelp
My family and I had an amazing time at Laguna Pool House and Kitchen. If you are staying at Palms Place or if you are a local - this place is a no brainer. We are locals and heard through friends how local and family friendly they are. We called up to inquire about renting a cabana for us and our two littles, ages 4 and 6 on a Sunday. They had availability and after learning that as a local we got a 20% discount we decided to try it out. The price goes towards the cost of food and drink anyways and we knew that over the course of a day we would make that minimum anyways. We valeted at Palm Place (the building closest to Arville). Valet is free but please make sure to tip as it is hot out there. We took the elevators up to the 6th floor and were at Laguna Beach House. We were greeted warmly by the young lady I talked to on the phone (I am so sorry I forgot her name). She took us to our cabana where there was a couch, two lounge chairs, a TV and chilled water already waiting for us. We spent the day swimming and lounging. There was a thunderstorm near the area so they took us all inside and once it was safe, let us back out on the pool deck. They were so apologetic about it - they can't control the weather so I was just happy they were taking safety seriously. The girl who took our order throughout the day was so nice and my kids loved her - Daphne! She was so great. And there was a kitchen guy who brought out food as well if it was busy - Kevion. Overall - we had such a great time spending the day here and will definitely make this a family outing more often than not.

Yelp
Came in on a Tuesday evening ordered to go. The staff is absolutely so sweet and friendly everyone greets you and is so helpful all smiles and positive energy. Ordering was very easy and our order came out correct which is always a bonus. We ordered a bunch of items to try. Chicken tenders were so good my fave Burger was really good also my husbands fave. Chicken wings came out crispy and not greasy at all. Fresh veggies were good Pepperoni pizza was kind of soggy and way to much cheese but the flavor was good For dessert we did the fruity pebble cheese cake and sadly it was gross not creamy At all and was dry and crumbled. Dont recommend it.

Yelp
Our St. Patrick's Day Brunch sponsored by the Ladies Las Vegas Veterans and OUTDOORNISTA.ORG, was a resounding success! We were thrilled to host 40 female veterans from the greater Las Vegas area, and everyone had an awesome time! A big thank you to Palms Casino Resort for helping to make the brunch such a special and memorable event. Our event space was OUTSTANDING! Plenty of sunlight and an AMAZING view of the pool... The ENTIRE staff went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. The entire staff at Palms Casino Resort and Hotel, The Serrano Club, The Laguna Pool House and Kitchen, and META-HOSPITALITY went above and beyond with their unwavering dedication, tireless effort, and exceptional service. Special thanks to Shawna Bowman, Kathleen Jane Bada, Rodelyn Punzalan, Briana Theocharides, Angela Miranda, and especially Erin O'Connor, a nationally recognized comedian and strong supporter of veterans, who delivered a hilarious comedy set that had everyone laughing! #serranoclub #metahospitality

Yelp
Nice atmosphere & friendly, attentive staff but the food was a mix of good and bad. The chilaquiles were tasty. A lot of chips more than anything but good. The shrimp tacos were just odd. Came in tiny crunchy shells with barely any shrimp deconstructed with the mango pico and spicy sauce on the side served with kettle chips. You couldn't taste the slaw and there wasn't room for the toppings. Just weird. Not something I'd recommend. Got a local discount that we had no idea about so extra star for that.
google avatar

Darrell M.

Yelp
Avoid. It's not the same place it was a year ago and the menu is limited to literally nothing. $16 chilaquiles were just soggy chips but not quite soggy enough to enjoy any flavor. $15 drinks watered down flavorless drinks that take forever although there were only 2 other customers besides us. Not the server's fault. Bartender was busy taking to her one only bar customer. Our server was as nice as can be but when your organization hangs you out to dry with this food and experience.... We tipped him well and thanked him. Not sure Palms should continue to market this place if it's going to waste people's time and money.

Yelp
Worst service I've ever received. We called up in advance to make a reservation that we did not need to because when we got there, the place was pretty much empty. we sat there for ten minutes and watched the one waitress deal with the table next to us to make sure that they got all of their bloody Mary's in their timeframe. During 10 + minutes we stayed the waitress did not acknowledge us, did not look at us, nothing. I know she saw us because she walked past us at least a half dozen times. I tried to make eye contact and nothing finally we walked out. This is the worst service ever and we got literally zero service. All the time the waitress spent at the table next to us. She could've at least said something or acknowledged our existence. I get it if you're staying at the Palms place do yourself a favor. Do not come here and do not expect good service or in our case any service. If I could give zero out of five stars, I would do that because there was no food. There was no service. There was no acknowledgment. In a town of customer service they should be ashamed of themselves. Btw besides us and the next to us there was only one other patron at a third table that was it. Crazy.

Yelp
Great restaurant in Palms Place. They have free valet or you can park in front of Palms place and take the elevator to the right of the parking garage to the 6th floor. Service Super nice and chill servers. It was Soul Sunday so they had a dj. It added to the whole atmosphere of the meal. We had a great view of the pool outside too. Food They seem to still be experimenting with the menu because there were some different options when we got there from online and other yelp reviews. Everything was delicious, but keep that in mind if you have your taste buds set on something. I ordered the Laguna breakfast because I wanted to try the bacon. I devoured my whole plate. My friends ordered french toast and the omelette and shared so I got to taste a little of everything. I had coffee with a shot of Bourbon creme. It was just enough alcohol to get me chair dancing to the dj. Pool Pool is $50 extra for a locals day pass. I have been to this pool and hope one day it will be free to locals.

Yelp
We came here to catch up with friends. We sat at the bar had some drinks and ordered some food. Everything was delish! The chicken piccata is a must get! Make sure you ask for Loretta at the bar. She was amazing! She is so friendly and made the best dirty martini.
google avatar

Laura V.

Yelp
I gave this place 2 stars, one for the server and one for the DJ. First and last time in here. We had better and more tasty food at Denny's. Overpriced and nothing special food. Waist of time!!! I don't understand why this place has 4 stars on yelp...

Yelp

Yelp
Food is one of life's simple pleasures and Laguna Pool House & Kitchen has an amazing knack for pleasing palates. You'll find them in Palms Place located near West Garage. There's an escalator leading to Skytube walkway, and an elevator will take you up to the 6th floor. Self-parking garage is FREE at Palms Casino Resort. Soft opening was on March 31st, and the grand opening was on April 30, 2023. On day of the final hockey game, there weren't a lot of people dining at the restaurant. Interior is very pretty and spacious with cozy seating. They have a nice bar with TV and an intimate lounge. Menu offers an enticing selection of starters for shareable, salads, pasta, fish, chicken, pork chop, short rib, steak, and pizza. They have signature cocktails and wine by the glass, as well as desserts and side dish. I love the creamy Mashed Potatoes ($9) with yummy garlic butter, it's very good! And the Crisp Brussels Sprouts ($11) with sage leaves, parmigiano cheese, and aged balsamic is tasty. A terrific starter would be Marcona Almond Hummus ($18) which is superb and delicious! It's roasted almond and chickpea hummus with baby heirloom carrots, tomatoes, persian cucumber, and piquillo pepper, served with grilled naan, EVOO, and zaatar. The entrees all look good and I went straight for dessert. They have cheesecake, tartlette, creme brulee, soft serve and fried ice cream. Best dessert is the Warm Cast Iron Skillet Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie ($11) with coffee ice cream and salted caramel, super yum and not too sweet! Definitely a hidden gem. Service from Lilia, Marah, and Davion was excellent and remarkable! They were personable, attentive, efficient, and polite. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the overall vibe makes it a happy dining experience. Swimming pool is complimentary and FREE for locals on Monday through Friday from 10am to 8pm. On Fridays, they have an old school DJ playing live music for Sushi and Karaoke night. Brunch is every Sunday from 9am to 3pm, offering four different brunch menus, and French toast is an item that's highly recommended.

Yelp
This restaurant is in the Palms Condos which is a short walk from the casino. We had Brussels sprouts and a chicken Cesar salad. Excellent! This is a Hidden Gem inside of the Palms Casino, you just need to make your way over here. The bar staff saw we hadn't been waited on timely & jumped into action. Felicia our Server & Bar Tender is the best. All her recommendations were great. If you live in the Palms or you're visiting the Palms casino make your way over to Laguna. It is so pretty and chilled. You forget you're in a casino.

Yelp
This a beautiful and lively restaurant for brunch and with a live DJ. Everything we ate was delicious and our server was very nice and helpful. Here are some choices we made. Three of us got the Crusted & Stuffed French Toast corn flakes, sweet mascarpone, berries, maple syrup, the Laguna breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes and toast) and the Spanish omelet. Also got a loaded michelada drink with bacon , French toast square and a sausage! My friends hit coffee with bourbon crème - everything was so amazing. We will definitely be back!!

Yelp
What a find! Fab brunch in private dining room. Super friendly staff, attentive service from Gabriel, excellent food and really fun cocktails.

Yelp
We were there for a pop up chef event, but ordered a couple things from the menu also. The room is bright and open, with pool views and a well appointed dining room and bar. We enjoyed our PuPu platter, we also had shrimp tacos and fruity pebbles cheesecake to go. Kiel was our server, and he was excellent, in spite of being busy. This is a great place, we enjoyed our night and we will be back soon.

Yelp

Yelp
What to this place during a soft opening. The weight staff was absolutely incredible very friendly very knowledgeable very present and attentive. The Manager came by introduced himself and also told us about what they're doing during this soft opening. The 1st course was the delicious mushroom soup very creamy and velvety with a good portion of fresh mushrooms as well as cook mushrooms. Then a great Caesar salad Which was a healthy portion. The main dishes were also outstanding and I had a bone and rib eye And then also there is a great wagu short rib as well. The sides were very delicious creamy Mashed potatoes crispy and flavourful russell sprouts the mac and cheese were just o k, I highly recommend this restaurant a great experience.

Yelp
So happen to stumble across this accidentally but it was actually pretty dope. When I came it wasn't open yet but when it opens it's going to be pretty amazing I assume. There's plenty of space, Superior views, and a full bar right inside. They have at least 15 or 20 cabanas that you can stay in. Music is playing on the speaker so you had a good vibe. If you're not staying here is $25 to come and enjoy for the entire day. The staff here, even though it wasn't fully open was super nice and super friendly. They answered all the questions and let us come in roam around and see all the nooks and crannies of the pool area. They had a soft opening and I guess it went over pretty well so they're not opening again till probably a week from now. You have plenty of lifeguard staff here so you are safe if you can't swim. Even though the pool isn't necessarily too deep by any means. You can look out and see half of the strip at a view, so the views are great. The pictures don't do it enough justice but it looks amazing! I highly suggest this, even though I haven't swam here, I was still go ahead and come back to the spot. They have a full bar again, they have food and drink as well. On a really nice day it's really worth it to me.

Yelp
Came here Saturday night, the restaurant is so nice. The food was delicious and over server was great. I hope more people discover this hidden gem. The burger and fries were amazing. Salmon and risotto were on point. Chicken, potatoes were yummy.

Yelp
Free for locals Monday-Friday. Drinks were delicious! Very nice and relaxing up there. They have music playing but it's not crazy loud and it wasn't too busy.

Yelp
I had the opportunity to dine here as the winner of a complimentary dinner for 2 that I won at the 2023 Nevada Women Veterans & Military Conference. First of all I'd like to thank Palms for their support of the military community. Now for the food. We dined during the soft opening. For starters we had the signature Tropical Storm cocktail and the Negroni and Margarita mocktails. The Margarita was not as tasty as the Negroni. We then enjoyed the Wild Mushroom Soup appetizer, Caesars Salad, Smoked Wagyu Beef Short Rib, Bone-in Ribeye, Crisp Brussels Sprouts, Curried Cauliflower Fried Rice, Macaroni and Cheese, and Mashed Potatoes. Everything was delicious, except the Mac & Cheese which was just okay. The Warm Cast Iron Skillet Baked Chocolate Chip Cookie and the Passion Fruit Crème Brûlée were both to die for. The ambiance was laid back and relaxing. The dining area overlooks the pool. The service was second to none. The staff were friendly. I'll definitely return and recommend this establishment to others.

Yelp
This place blows. Used to be good before the pandemic. San Manuel bought the property and the food is Shit. Ordered chicken tenders they brought me chicken wings. The wings were slimy not a single ounce of crispiness on the skin. Absolutely disgusting. They told me I could keep it since they gave me the wrong item. I told him just to take it back and throw it in the trash not even for free I would eat these wings. Chicken tenders came frozen. I think they're around 20 bucks for frozen tenders. Wouldn't be that difficult to hand bread some chicken- the prices don't reflect frozen chicken.

Sonya H.

Yelp
My second time here. The ambience and service is always great. The mushroom pizza could have been more flavorful.

Yelp

Yelp
Had a delicious and nourishing brunch after a long night partying :) the food was fresh and tasty, vibes breezy, and the service great. Highly recommend

Kyle S.

Yelp
Service was a bit slow (bottomless mimosas were flowing constantly) but the waiter was excellent as was the food. The restaurant includes complimentary pool access which looked like a nice opportunity if you bring your swim gear.

John D.

Yelp
I'm glad this place is open! I'm a former Las Vegas resident who visits every year and I like to go there to relax; have a cold drink and people watch. The food is pretty good and so is the service. I know this sounds peculiar but the pillows there are pretty comfy to sit on because they're big and puffy! I know most people don't sit on pillows and only think of them as decoration but to me, pillows are meant to be used and I feel that I'm using them to the fullest when I sit on them. Plus, I feel the most comfortable when I'm sitting on pillows; especially, after standing for long periods of time or previously sitting on hard surfaces. If sitting on pillows is wrong, I don't want to be right!

Jen R.

Yelp
Jaleesa our server @ the Laguna pool house, & Kitchen is top notch! She was very friendly, professional, & amazing!! She serviced quite a bit of guest but made you feel you were her first priority!! props to the Palms for having her on their staff!!

Stephen D.

Yelp
Great place to grab a drink and get some dinner. The bartenders are great. Especially Penelope and Felicia! They make amazing drinks and are very friendly. Definitely want to keep coming back.

Yelp
Great food! Great atmosphere! The values of the chef and management team really shines through to the entire team.

Yelp
Just opened, formally Simon in Palms Place, great room over looking pool, mountains . Was here for Saturday brunch. Pastrami Hash was really good. I would recommend if you are at Palms.

Yelp
I love this restaurant. The food is so good! The atmosphere is so welcoming, and the servers are excellent. I can't wait to visit it again.

Yelp
I've been going to this pool as a local most of the summer and spend money every visit. Stopped in today with 8 people ready to buy bottle service and was turned away because they are no longer accepting locals. The pool was dead, who turns away that kind of revenue? Poor business decisions being made, looks like I will find a new casino to gamble at as well. Palms was my spot, never again!

Yelp
Palms and palms place pools stay free for locals so i go dea all da time. One time i was supah hungry and needed for grind so i went ask da nice bikini waitress for da drink and food menus. She was supah u'i (pretty) and 'olu'olu (nice). I went ordah da hot pastrami sandwich and fries and a pina colada. She went bring out da drink first when i was cruzing in da jacuzzi. Pineapple slice sweet and not too sour and da drink was ono!! Then da sandwich and fries came and it broke da mouf!! All this while i was cruzing in da jacuzzi. U nevah live until u had one hot pastrami sandwich, fries and a pina colada in da jacuzzi served by one cute bikini waitress. I felt like one king! Las Vegas is all about customer service and she did not disappoint!! She kept refilling my sparkling watah too so nice her. I made sure for give her one big kine tip cuz she was so pretty and nice. Cherry food, cherry service, hot tub, cute bikini waitress. What more can u ask for?

Yelp
They accommodated my style of diet, and brought out the best honey glazed salmon I've ever had!!
