Lake Lorraine

The bartender was to say the least rude. We have never been there before & didn't know much about "Meads." He was not impressed that we had questions about the drinks. On the other hand the restaurant attached was great! Friendly employees & the food was delicious. I would go back for the food...that's it. Nice outdoor seating area.

Nice little area in Western Sioux Falls. Different stores to check in on, a few places to grab a bite to eat or play arcade games nearby. Has a little something for everyone. If in the area, take a drive through and see what's going on.

5 below, hobby lobby, and Dave n Busters all centrally located here. Awesome space.. great products cheap prices, and friendly staff!

Haven’t been there but just driving by it is beautiful to look at hopefully will get there are use the kayaks next year

Lake Lorraine is one of my favorite places to walk my dog! I love how large the walk path is, and I do enjoy hearing the water against the wind, it reminds me of the ocean, which I took for granted when I lived by one for many years. Make sure to bring poop bags if you're walking your pet, and I have only noticed one trash container on the whole walk, so plan the walk accordingly. There is a senior living site near the lake. I've said hello to a few of the residents on my walks, really kind folks. The nearby Chick N Max, Pillar Dental, and Silverstar Car Wash are businesses I frequent when in the area. Check it out sometime!

Good collection of lame places to shop. Nothing over the top. All stores here need chairs like Home Goods for the men who visit have a place to chill for a minute while your wife and kids look at rugs. Hob Lob, as the cool kids call it, used to be my nightmare, but I do know what sections have entertaining things to look at. Five below, grab a snack. DSW, large place to buy shoes. And the real fancy place on the north end to look at things someone else can afford. No swimming. Chicken Max isn’t that good.

Filled with good stores, has the lake for water activities and a farmers market during the summer worth spending some time here.

I had an eye exam here. Highly recommended everyone was so nice and asked questions made me feel like they cared.
