We liked it very much but I'm surprised people say there is hot water! The showers in both men's and women's work by pressing a button, and no way to adjust temperature. The spray is like a fine mist 🌫️. Someone actually drilled holes in the men's shower head to get a stronger spray! Otherwise we were pleased with nice hikes on site and location close to other hiking. Unfortunately our campsite #48 was a stone's throw to Lake Rabun road and there was loud traffic day and night, despite the remoteness of the area. There was no cell service or Internet.

I highly recommend this campground. I stayed at site 38 in Loop 1. The host is a very friendly man. He greeted me every morning. At site 38, there is more privacy than in others, and I liked that. It is next to a hill, so it is easy to find wood for the bonfire. It is very close to the entrance and the bathroom. The bathrooms are very large and there is hot water, in the three days that I bathed it did not run out, it lasts a long time. The bathrooms are very clean, and there is a garbage container outside. I recommend going to the Angel waterfall. And to the lake that is in front of the entrance of the camp. It was from October 24 to 27, 2024, and it was already fall. But on the 27th, it was much more intense than the first day.

It is an older campground but the staff there are very attentive. One of the nicest, cleanest campgrounds I have been to since I was young. The staff kept an eye on the campground without being invasive. I would go back again. The swim area has been redone and it looks amazing. I loved the little touches throughout the camp ground.

Nice flat campsite. Great hosts. The hike to Angel Falls was very nice.

I usually primitive camp and prefer disbursed camping for free but this place exceeded my expectations. Hot water, spacious sites not packed together, good newer picnic tables, working fire pits, fairly clean restroom facilities, reaponsible and pleasant campground host. Our site as well as all the others I looked at were better than the pictures on the website for booking. It is much cheaper than Tallulah Gorge State Park campground and less crowded.

My family loves camping here! We tend to go about two times a year. The campsites are about $25 for one night. It does the body good to get out of the city and sleep in the fresh air. Recommend!

This is a fantastic place to tent or RV campgrounds, with nice bathroom/shower facilities, large spaces, and great trails. Fantastic access to Lake Rabun and Lake Burton, great restaurants in nearby towns, and plenty of gorgeous mountain views. My family has been visiting every season 3-7 times for nearly 20 years.

Great experience, friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and plenty of private campsites surrounded by trees. Unfortunately it rained the entire time.
